Pomalo u sjeni dnevnih korona-statistika i vijesti da je pozitivan i premijer Andrej Plenković, prošla je vijest da je predsjednik Republike osnovao svoj Ekonomski savjet.

Na čelu Savjeta je doc. dr. sc. Velibor Mačkić, koji je posebnim savjetnikom predsjednika ekonomiju postao još početkom godine.

U Milanovićevom ekonomskom "Dream Teamu" su još i bivši savjetnik predsjednika dr. Ive Josipovića, prof. dr. sc. Boris Cota (Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb), kao i prof. dr. sc. Đula Borozan (Ekonomski fakultet Osijek),  izv. prof. dr. sc. Bruno Ćorić (Ekonomski fakultet Split), izv. prof. dr. sc. Saša Drezgić (Ekonomski fakultet Rijeka), doc. dr. sc. Ana Grdović Gnip (Fakultet za matematiku, prirodne znanosti i informacijske tehnologije Sveučilišta Primorska Kopar), izv. prof. dr. sc. Tomislav Hernaus (Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb), Mario Holzner (Bečki institut za međunarodne ekonomske odnose – WIIW) , doc. dr. sc. Igor Matutinović (Sheffield Business School), izv. prof. dr. sc. Vinko Muštra (Ekonomski fakultet Split), dr. sc. Marina Tkalec (Ekonomski institut Zagreb) i dr. sc. Iva Tomić (Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca Zagreb)...

Dakle, ispada da kao predsjednik, čije su ovlasti u sferi ekonomije gotovo pa nikakve, ima daleko jači savjetnički tim nego što ga je imao kao premijer.

Tada je formalno, na plaći, kao savjetnicu za gospodarstvo imao samo Spomenku Rakušić, stručnjakinju za hortikulturu, marketing te vanjsku trgovinu s iskustvom rada u nekad moćnoj Astri.

No, imao je on tada na raspolaganju i dobru volju 40-50 uvaženih intelektualaca, a među njima je bilo i ekonomista i ljudi iz biznisa. 

Naime, Milanović je kao predsjednik Vlade inicirao okupljanje think-tank grupe s nizom poznatih imena. Istina, nikad nismo vidjeli taj popis u cijelosti, ali su se po medijima spominjala imena Emila Tedeschija, vlasnika Atlantic Grupe, Zvonka Kusića, predsjednika HAZU-a, ekonomiste Ive Bićanića, povjesničara Nevena Budaka i Tvrtka Jakovine, šefice Ericssona Nikole Tesle Gordane Kovačević, astrofizičara Bojana Plečnika, arhitekte Nikole Bašića, znanstvenika-istraživača Ivana Đikića i Nenada Bana...

Pompozno najavljeni strateški dokument o razvoju Hrvatske, tzv. Viziju 2030. koja je trebala iznjedriti odgovore na pitanja o komparativnim prednostima i dugoročnim interesima RH, nažalost, nikad nismo dočekali jer se famozni think-tank, nakon početne redovitosti sastajanja, vremenom naprosto – ugasio.

Pozivi na sastanke jednostavno su prestali stizati... Neki članovi skupine znali su se neslužbeno požaliti novinarima i podijeliti s nama razočaranje, ali ipak je prevladao prešutni dogovor da o tome ne istupaju.

Zato ne čudi da gotovo nikoga od njih nema u novom Milanovićevom ekonomskom "Dream Teamu".

Inače, kad smo već kod ekonomije, Zoran Milanović po naknadnim analizama neovisnih stručnjaka teško da bi upisao prolaznu ocjenu.

Tako je analitičar Velimir Šonje u "Političkim analizama" (broj 20) podsjetio na stalni rast javnog duga te kako je "vlada Zorana Milanovića 'hladno' izgubila investicijski kreditni rejting (potkraj 2012./početkom 2013.), ušla u Proceduru prekomjernog deficita (engl. EDP, potkraj 2013./početkom 2014.) i nastavila kršiti limite na deficit koje je usuglasila s Europskom komisijom u okviru EDP-a (koliko se može procijeniti potkraj 2014./početkom 2015.)".

Podsjetio je i na to da je u svojim prvim istupima u ulozi premijera najavljivao "uspješnu Hrvatsku", u vrhu pozitivnih europskih statistika, da bi dvije i pol godine kasnije izostanak gospodarskog rasta pravdao "vanjskih čimbenicima", "anemičnom Italijom" i "stagnirajućom Njemačkom".

Šonje Milanoviću kao premijeru prigovara i izostanak strukturnih reformi:

- Fundamentalni problem Zorana Milanovića, SDP-a i lijevog centra u širem smislu u tome je što nije završio transformaciju iz stare postkomunističke ljevice u modernu europsku liberalnu ljevicu. Stara postkomunistička ljevica robuje arhaičnim konceptima državnog intervencionizma i klasne borbe (koju smatra prikrivenom ili privremeno prekinutom), slabo razumije narav tržišne ekonomije, razvoja i inovacija, prema profitu i poduzetništvu gaji svojevrsnu moralnu odbojnost (Antun Vujić traži još gori izraz za tajkune, pa nakon prijelazne faze u kojoj ih naziva oligarsima, poentira izrazom kompradori), a svaki zahtjev za efikasnošću javnog sektora ili za ustupanjem prostora privatnomu tumači se kao neoliberalni napad na socijalnu državu u korist korporativnih interesa...

Šonje je u spomenutom članku u "Političkim analizama" također istaknuo indikativan podatak iz mandata Milanovićeve Vlade:

- Vlada Smjernice ekonomske i fiskalne politike nikada nije donijela na vrijeme sukladno zakonu. Proračuni su se najčešće donosili u zadnji tren, prezentirali se u nečitljivim i metodološki neujednačenim formatima, bez prethodnih javnih rasprava i bez prezentacijskih formata koji bi i osobama koje nisu ekonomisti približile bit trošenja sredstava poreznih obveznika...

No, pustimo sad bližu prošlost... Bliža nam je budućnost, u kojoj će Milanović, sada kao predsjednik, imati prigode pokazati je li ga proučavanje Thomasa Pikettyja potaknulo da više sluša – ekonomiste.

Pomalo u sjeni dnevnih korona-statistika i vijesti da je pozitivan i premijer Andrej Plenković, prošla je vijest da je predsjednik Republike osnovao svoj Ekonomski savjet.

Na čelu Savjeta je doc. dr. sc. Velibor Mačkić, koji je posebnim savjetnikom predsjednika ekonomiju postao još početkom godine.

U Milanovićevom ekonomskom "Dream Teamu" su još i bivši savjetnik predsjednika dr. Ive Josipovića, prof. dr. sc. Boris Cota (Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb), kao i prof. dr. sc. Đula Borozan (Ekonomski fakultet Osijek),  izv. prof. dr. sc. Bruno Ćorić (Ekonomski fakultet Split), izv. prof. dr. sc. Saša Drezgić (Ekonomski fakultet Rijeka), doc. dr. sc. Ana Grdović Gnip (Fakultet za matematiku, prirodne znanosti i informacijske tehnologije Sveučilišta Primorska Kopar), izv. prof. dr. sc. Tomislav Hernaus (Ekonomski fakultet Zagreb), Mario Holzner (Bečki institut za međunarodne ekonomske odnose – WIIW) , doc. dr. sc. Igor Matutinović (Sheffield Business School), izv. prof. dr. sc. Vinko Muštra (Ekonomski fakultet Split), dr. sc. Marina Tkalec (Ekonomski institut Zagreb) i dr. sc. Iva Tomić (Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca Zagreb)...

Dakle, ispada da kao predsjednik, čije su ovlasti u sferi ekonomije gotovo pa nikakve, ima daleko jači savjetnički tim nego što ga je imao kao premijer.

Tada je formalno, na plaći, kao savjetnicu za gospodarstvo imao samo Spomenku Rakušić, stručnjakinju za hortikulturu, marketing te vanjsku trgovinu s iskustvom rada u nekad moćnoj Astri.

No, imao je on tada na raspolaganju i dobru volju 40-50 uvaženih intelektualaca, a među njima je bilo i ekonomista i ljudi iz biznisa. 

Naime, Milanović je kao predsjednik Vlade inicirao okupljanje think-tank grupe s nizom poznatih imena. Istina, nikad nismo vidjeli taj popis u cijelosti, ali su se po medijima spominjala imena Emila Tedeschija, vlasnika Atlantic Grupe, Zvonka Kusića, predsjednika HAZU-a, ekonomiste Ive Bićanića, povjesničara Nevena Budaka i Tvrtka Jakovine, šefice Ericssona Nikole Tesle Gordane Kovačević, astrofizičara Bojana Plečnika, arhitekte Nikole Bašića, znanstvenika-istraživača Ivana Đikića i Nenada Bana...

Pompozno najavljeni strateški dokument o razvoju Hrvatske, tzv. Viziju 2030. koja je trebala iznjedriti odgovore na pitanja o komparativnim prednostima i dugoročnim interesima RH, nažalost, nikad nismo dočekali jer se famozni think-tank, nakon početne redovitosti sastajanja, vremenom naprosto – ugasio.

Pozivi na sastanke jednostavno su prestali stizati... Neki članovi skupine znali su se neslužbeno požaliti novinarima i podijeliti s nama razočaranje, ali ipak je prevladao prešutni dogovor da o tome ne istupaju.

Zato ne čudi da gotovo nikoga od njih nema u novom Milanovićevom ekonomskom "Dream Teamu".

Inače, kad smo već kod ekonomije, Zoran Milanović po naknadnim analizama neovisnih stručnjaka teško da bi upisao prolaznu ocjenu.

Tako je analitičar Velimir Šonje u "Političkim analizama" (broj 20) podsjetio na stalni rast javnog duga te kako je "vlada Zorana Milanovića 'hladno' izgubila investicijski kreditni rejting (potkraj 2012./početkom 2013.), ušla u Proceduru prekomjernog deficita (engl. EDP, potkraj 2013./početkom 2014.) i nastavila kršiti limite na deficit koje je usuglasila s Europskom komisijom u okviru EDP-a (koliko se može procijeniti potkraj 2014./početkom 2015.)".

Podsjetio je i na to da je u svojim prvim istupima u ulozi premijera najavljivao "uspješnu Hrvatsku", u vrhu pozitivnih europskih statistika, da bi dvije i pol godine kasnije izostanak gospodarskog rasta pravdao "vanjskih čimbenicima", "anemičnom Italijom" i "stagnirajućom Njemačkom".

Šonje Milanoviću kao premijeru prigovara i izostanak strukturnih reformi:

- Fundamentalni problem Zorana Milanovića, SDP-a i lijevog centra u širem smislu u tome je što nije završio transformaciju iz stare postkomunističke ljevice u modernu europsku liberalnu ljevicu. Stara postkomunistička ljevica robuje arhaičnim konceptima državnog intervencionizma i klasne borbe (koju smatra prikrivenom ili privremeno prekinutom), slabo razumije narav tržišne ekonomije, razvoja i inovacija, prema profitu i poduzetništvu gaji svojevrsnu moralnu odbojnost (Antun Vujić traži još gori izraz za tajkune, pa nakon prijelazne faze u kojoj ih naziva oligarsima, poentira izrazom kompradori), a svaki zahtjev za efikasnošću javnog sektora ili za ustupanjem prostora privatnomu tumači se kao neoliberalni napad na socijalnu državu u korist korporativnih interesa...

Šonje je u spomenutom članku u "Političkim analizama" također istaknuo indikativan podatak iz mandata Milanovićeve Vlade:

- Vlada Smjernice ekonomske i fiskalne politike nikada nije donijela na vrijeme sukladno zakonu. Proračuni su se najčešće donosili u zadnji tren, prezentirali se u nečitljivim i metodološki neujednačenim formatima, bez prethodnih javnih rasprava i bez prezentacijskih formata koji bi i osobama koje nisu ekonomisti približile bit trošenja sredstava poreznih obveznika...

No, pustimo sad bližu prošlost... Bliža nam je budućnost, u kojoj će Milanović, sada kao predsjednik, imati prigode pokazati je li ga proučavanje Thomasa Pikettyja potaknulo da više sluša – ekonomiste.
