Turistička sezona je pred vratima, a niz je pokazatelja, od rezervacija do predsezone, koji sugeriraju da bi ona mogla biti dobra. Zbog toga su ugostitelji u potrazi za radnicima, posebno za kuharima i konobarima, kojima se nude povećene, za hrvatske prilike dobre plaće. Međutim, one i dalje zaostaju za plaćama u inozemstvu, na primjer u Italiji, ili u Austriji, gdje su dvostruke.
Upravo stoga ovih je dana došlo ubrzano, neki su komentirali i panično, do proširenja primjene Kolektivnog ugovora u ugostiteljstvu, čime se svim zaposlenima u djelatnostima pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane povećava minimalna plaća za prosječno 17 posto. Ugovor se primjenjuje od prvog svibnja, odnosno kolektivni ugovor proširuje se na sve radnike i poslodavce u ugostiteljstvu temeljem odluke Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. Time se minimalana plaća postavlja na razinu koja se približava iznosu od 900 eura, piše Novi list.

Međutim, sindikati nisu zadovoljni. "Vlada mora kroz poreznu politiku dodatno olakšati izdvajanja poslodavcima, kako bi se dio tih sredstava prelio na konačne korisnike – zaposlenike. U protivnom plaće će i dalje biti premale, domaća će stručna radna snaga i dalje napuštati Hrvatsku, tvrdi Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske.
Kako su istaknuli neki od konobara, plaća koja bi dosezala po prilici dvije tisuće eura zaustavila bi odljev domaće radne snage. Dakako, da takav iznos djeluje pomalo šokantno na ostatak hrvatske radne scene, konobari povlače paralelu s primjerice radnicima koji obavljaju završne radove u graditeljstvu i sa cijenama pića u našim lokalima koje su slične inozemnima.
Pitanje je samo tko će nam nakon svega raditi u školama, tko će nam odgajati i učiti djecu, još i više tko će nam brinuti o zdravlju. Pred vratima smo devastacije klasičnog, nazovimo ga "normalnog", sustava koje čini jedno društvo zaokruženom gospodarsko-socijalnom sredinom. Vrijeme je za generalnu rekonstrukciju sustava ne samo plaća nego i odnosa prema radu i sveukupnog sustava vrijednosti. Turistička sezona je pred vratima, a niz je pokazatelja, od rezervacija do predsezone, koji sugeriraju da bi ona mogla biti dobra. Zbog toga su ugostitelji u potrazi za radnicima, posebno za kuharima i konobarima, kojima se nude povećene, za hrvatske prilike dobre plaće. Međutim, one i dalje zaostaju za plaćama u inozemstvu, na primjer u Italiji, ili u Austriji, gdje su dvostruke.
Upravo stoga ovih je dana došlo ubrzano, neki su komentirali i panično, do proširenja primjene Kolektivnog ugovora u ugostiteljstvu, čime se svim zaposlenima u djelatnostima pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane povećava minimalna plaća za prosječno 17 posto. Ugovor se primjenjuje od prvog svibnja, odnosno kolektivni ugovor proširuje se na sve radnike i poslodavce u ugostiteljstvu temeljem odluke Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. Time se minimalana plaća postavlja na razinu koja se približava iznosu od 900 eura, piše Novi list.

Međutim, sindikati nisu zadovoljni. "Vlada mora kroz poreznu politiku dodatno olakšati izdvajanja poslodavcima, kako bi se dio tih sredstava prelio na konačne korisnike – zaposlenike. U protivnom plaće će i dalje biti premale, domaća će stručna radna snaga i dalje napuštati Hrvatsku, tvrdi Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske.
Kako su istaknuli neki od konobara, plaća koja bi dosezala po prilici dvije tisuće eura zaustavila bi odljev domaće radne snage. Dakako, da takav iznos djeluje pomalo šokantno na ostatak hrvatske radne scene, konobari povlače paralelu s primjerice radnicima koji obavljaju završne radove u graditeljstvu i sa cijenama pića u našim lokalima koje su slične inozemnima.
Pitanje je samo tko će nam nakon svega raditi u školama, tko će nam odgajati i učiti djecu, još i više tko će nam brinuti o zdravlju. Pred vratima smo devastacije klasičnog, nazovimo ga "normalnog", sustava koje čini jedno društvo zaokruženom gospodarsko-socijalnom sredinom. Vrijeme je za generalnu rekonstrukciju sustava ne samo plaća nego i odnosa prema radu i sveukupnog sustava vrijednosti.
