Prije utakmice prognoze su bile kako je Danska veliki favorit. 

No, iz iskustva, očekivao sam upravo onakav tvrdi dvoboj. Uvijek kada skandinavske zemlje igraju međusobno, vidi se taj uzajamni respekt. Gusto je bilo sve do 45. minute, dok Landin nije krenuo nizati obrane. Rekao bih kako je ovo bila tipična utakmica finala, ne toliko kvalitetna. Ipak se vidjelo da je ulog velik.

Mogao se primijetiti umor kod obje ekipe. Pogotovo kod Danaca koji su se iscrpili protiv Španjolske, a još i utakmicu prije s Egiptom koja je otišla do sedmeraca. Oni su te susrete odradili s manjim brojem igrača. Ali, na kraju treba priznati kako su zasluženo došli do zlata.

Šveđanima, s druge strane, da je netko ponudio srebro prije početka turnira, mislim kako bi ga objeručke prihvatili. Uz Njemačku, imali su uvjerljivo najoslabljeniju selekciju, no izvukli su maksimum. Više zbog kvalitete, manje zbog ždrijeba.

Naravno da je finale prelomio fantastični Landin. Ponovno smo se imali priliku uvjeriti u značenje vratara. Po meni, golmani su postali najdominantnije figure u rukometu. Oni presuđuju kada se utakmica lomi. Landin je u završnici svakog susreta briljirao. Dakako, velike zasluge ima i obrana ispred njega.

Uz Dansku, najbolji tandem vratara imaju Španjolci s Corralesom i Perez de Vargasom. Mislim kako su i oni imali kvalitetu za otići do kraja. Ali za osvojiti turnir, potrebno je i malo sreće.

Treba istaknuti i domaćina Egipat koji je također bio hendikepiran jer nisu imali publiku. I bez toga, napravili su odličan rezultat, a sitnice su ih dijelile od toga da izbace Dansku.

Sjetimo se da su Danci na prošlom Europskom prvenstvu, spletom okolnosti, ispali već u grupi, ali kod njih nije bilo velikih potresa. Znalo se i tada koliku kvalitetu imaju. Zadržali su izbornika Jakobsena koji je vrhunski trener. Pokazao je puno taktičkih varijanti. Sjajno su igrali sedam na šest protiv Španjolske da otupe njihovu 5-1 obranu. Sačuvali su mir, pridodali još nekoliko mladih igrača i evo ih – opet su svjetski prvaci.

Oni bi nam mogli poslužiti kao primjer kako se vjeruje mladim igračima. Dancima su oni nosili dobar dio igre i dobili su veliku minutažu, dok kod naših to nije bio slučaj. Dobivali su mrvice, a nakon promašenog šuta često su odmah morali na klupu.

Prije utakmice prognoze su bile kako je Danska veliki favorit. 

No, iz iskustva, očekivao sam upravo onakav tvrdi dvoboj. Uvijek kada skandinavske zemlje igraju međusobno, vidi se taj uzajamni respekt. Gusto je bilo sve do 45. minute, dok Landin nije krenuo nizati obrane. Rekao bih kako je ovo bila tipična utakmica finala, ne toliko kvalitetna. Ipak se vidjelo da je ulog velik.

Mogao se primijetiti umor kod obje ekipe. Pogotovo kod Danaca koji su se iscrpili protiv Španjolske, a još i utakmicu prije s Egiptom koja je otišla do sedmeraca. Oni su te susrete odradili s manjim brojem igrača. Ali, na kraju treba priznati kako su zasluženo došli do zlata.

Šveđanima, s druge strane, da je netko ponudio srebro prije početka turnira, mislim kako bi ga objeručke prihvatili. Uz Njemačku, imali su uvjerljivo najoslabljeniju selekciju, no izvukli su maksimum. Više zbog kvalitete, manje zbog ždrijeba.

Naravno da je finale prelomio fantastični Landin. Ponovno smo se imali priliku uvjeriti u značenje vratara. Po meni, golmani su postali najdominantnije figure u rukometu. Oni presuđuju kada se utakmica lomi. Landin je u završnici svakog susreta briljirao. Dakako, velike zasluge ima i obrana ispred njega.

Uz Dansku, najbolji tandem vratara imaju Španjolci s Corralesom i Perez de Vargasom. Mislim kako su i oni imali kvalitetu za otići do kraja. Ali za osvojiti turnir, potrebno je i malo sreće.

Treba istaknuti i domaćina Egipat koji je također bio hendikepiran jer nisu imali publiku. I bez toga, napravili su odličan rezultat, a sitnice su ih dijelile od toga da izbace Dansku.

Sjetimo se da su Danci na prošlom Europskom prvenstvu, spletom okolnosti, ispali već u grupi, ali kod njih nije bilo velikih potresa. Znalo se i tada koliku kvalitetu imaju. Zadržali su izbornika Jakobsena koji je vrhunski trener. Pokazao je puno taktičkih varijanti. Sjajno su igrali sedam na šest protiv Španjolske da otupe njihovu 5-1 obranu. Sačuvali su mir, pridodali još nekoliko mladih igrača i evo ih – opet su svjetski prvaci.

Oni bi nam mogli poslužiti kao primjer kako se vjeruje mladim igračima. Dancima su oni nosili dobar dio igre i dobili su veliku minutažu, dok kod naših to nije bio slučaj. Dobivali su mrvice, a nakon promašenog šuta često su odmah morali na klupu.

Prije utakmice prognoze su bile kako je Danska veliki favorit. 

No, iz iskustva, očekivao sam upravo onakav tvrdi dvoboj. Uvijek kada skandinavske zemlje igraju međusobno, vidi se taj uzajamni respekt. Gusto je bilo sve do 45. minute, dok Landin nije krenuo nizati obrane. Rekao bih kako je ovo bila tipična utakmica finala, ne toliko kvalitetna. Ipak se vidjelo da je ulog velik.

Mogao se primijetiti umor kod obje ekipe. Pogotovo kod Danaca koji su se iscrpili protiv Španjolske, a još i utakmicu prije s Egiptom koja je otišla do sedmeraca. Oni su te susrete odradili s manjim brojem igrača. Ali, na kraju treba priznati kako su zasluženo došli do zlata.
