Tehnički direktor hrvatske reprezentacije Stipe Pletikosa u razgovoru za Hrvatski radio prokomentirao je događanja unutar Vatrenih, govorio je o izborniku Zlatku Daliću, ali i o momčadi Hrvatske nakon odlaska kapetana Luke Modrića.

- Mislim da nema straha jer talenata će uvijek biti. Nošeni ovim duhom u reprezentaciji, koji nastojimo očuvati, uvijek ćemo pronaći igrače za nešto veliko. Pritom smo pokrenuli projekte poput širenja baze kroz dijasporu, ali najbitnije u ovoj priči je da ti mladi igrači imaju podršku ljudi u Savezu i da budemo svjesni da im za sazrijevanje u nositelje reprezentacije neće biti dovoljno nekoliko nastupa, nego 20-30 utakmica. Općenito je za razvoj mladih igrača nužno strpljenje, kojeg u našoj ligi nema puno. Za sazrijevanje bilo kojeg sportskog djelatnika, a osobito igrača, potrebno je vrijeme.

Bivši hrvatski vratar se dotaknuo i Dalićevog mandata.

- Dalić nas je zadužio za sva vremena i ta odluka će biti samo njegova. Ja vjerujem da će, s obzirom na prisnu i dobru suradnju, on još dugo godina biti s nama.

Osim reprezentacije, komentirao je i stanje u domaćem prvenstvu.

- Rijeka u ovom trenutku ima jedan sjajan roster mladih igrača, perspektivnih, zanimljivih za budućnost i sadašnjost reprezentacije. Jako dobri kući, jako dobra tranzicija, najbolja, što se vidi i po broju golova. Trener s jako dobrom energijom, neki će reći pretjeranom, a meni je to jedna doza šarma ovome natjecanju. Zbilja jako dobri. Što se tiče Hajduka, mislim da ta navijačka podrška daje jedan nevjerojatan dodatan angažman za svakog igrača, naravno dosta je uvijek problema nakon svakog poraza. Nedostaje te konzistentnosti, pogotovo na klupi, odnosno, vođenju momčadi. Što se tiče Dinama, mislim da će moći nakon, nažalost, teškog ispadanja iz PAOK-a prebaciti dio fokusa koji im je možda nedostajao na domaću ligu. Bit će jedna sjajna završnica i ja se jako veselim ovom zadnjem krugu. Mislim da se veselimo svi mi koji volimo domaći nogomet. Vjerujem da će biti borba fer i korektna zato pozivam sve koji utječu na igru i koji su u njoj, igračima samima, da budu fer i korektni jedni prema drugima, tako da to zadrži oblike sporta najizazovnijeg, kako je pokojni Špaco volio govoriti - viteške igre - pa neka pobijedi bolji.

Tehnički direktor hrvatske reprezentacije Stipe Pletikosa u razgovoru za Hrvatski radio prokomentirao je događanja unutar Vatrenih, govorio je o izborniku Zlatku Daliću, ali i o momčadi Hrvatske nakon odlaska kapetana Luke Modrića.

- Mislim da nema straha jer talenata će uvijek biti. Nošeni ovim duhom u reprezentaciji, koji nastojimo očuvati, uvijek ćemo pronaći igrače za nešto veliko. Pritom smo pokrenuli projekte poput širenja baze kroz dijasporu, ali najbitnije u ovoj priči je da ti mladi igrači imaju podršku ljudi u Savezu i da budemo svjesni da im za sazrijevanje u nositelje reprezentacije neće biti dovoljno nekoliko nastupa, nego 20-30 utakmica. Općenito je za razvoj mladih igrača nužno strpljenje, kojeg u našoj ligi nema puno. Za sazrijevanje bilo kojeg sportskog djelatnika, a osobito igrača, potrebno je vrijeme.

Bivši hrvatski vratar se dotaknuo i Dalićevog mandata.

- Dalić nas je zadužio za sva vremena i ta odluka će biti samo njegova. Ja vjerujem da će, s obzirom na prisnu i dobru suradnju, on još dugo godina biti s nama.

Osim reprezentacije, komentirao je i stanje u domaćem prvenstvu.

- Rijeka u ovom trenutku ima jedan sjajan roster mladih igrača, perspektivnih, zanimljivih za budućnost i sadašnjost reprezentacije. Jako dobri kući, jako dobra tranzicija, najbolja, što se vidi i po broju golova. Trener s jako dobrom energijom, neki će reći pretjeranom, a meni je to jedna doza šarma ovome natjecanju. Zbilja jako dobri. Što se tiče Hajduka, mislim da ta navijačka podrška daje jedan nevjerojatan dodatan angažman za svakog igrača, naravno dosta je uvijek problema nakon svakog poraza. Nedostaje te konzistentnosti, pogotovo na klupi, odnosno, vođenju momčadi. Što se tiče Dinama, mislim da će moći nakon, nažalost, teškog ispadanja iz PAOK-a prebaciti dio fokusa koji im je možda nedostajao na domaću ligu. Bit će jedna sjajna završnica i ja se jako veselim ovom zadnjem krugu. Mislim da se veselimo svi mi koji volimo domaći nogomet. Vjerujem da će biti borba fer i korektna zato pozivam sve koji utječu na igru i koji su u njoj, igračima samima, da budu fer i korektni jedni prema drugima, tako da to zadrži oblike sporta najizazovnijeg, kako je pokojni Špaco volio govoriti - viteške igre - pa neka pobijedi bolji.

Stipe Pletikosa: ‘Hajduku nedostaje konzistentnosti, pogotovo na klupi, a Dinamo se sad može fokusirati na HNL‘

Tehnički direktor hrvatske reprezentacije Stipe Pletikosa u razgovoru za Hrvatski radio prokomentirao je događanja unutar Vatrenih, govorio je o izborniku Zlatku Daliću, ali i o momčadi Hrvatske nakon odlaska kapetana Luke Modrića.

- Mislim da nema straha jer talenata će uvijek biti. Nošeni ovim duhom u reprezentaciji, koji nastojimo očuvati, uvijek ćemo pronaći igrače za nešto veliko. Pritom smo pokrenuli projekte poput širenja baze kroz dijasporu, ali najbitnije u ovoj priči je da ti mladi igrači imaju podršku ljudi u Savezu i da budemo svjesni da im za sazrijevanje u nositelje reprezentacije neće biti dovoljno nekoliko nastupa, nego 20-30 utakmica. Općenito je za razvoj mladih igrača nužno strpljenje, kojeg u našoj ligi nema puno. Za sazrijevanje bilo kojeg sportskog djelatnika, a osobito igrača, potrebno je vrijeme.

Bivši hrvatski vratar se dotaknuo i Dalićevog mandata.

- Dalić nas je zadužio za sva vremena i ta odluka će biti samo njegova. Ja vjerujem da će, s obzirom na prisnu i dobru suradnju, on još dugo godina biti s nama.

Osim reprezentacije, komentirao je i stanje u domaćem prvenstvu.

- Rijeka u ovom trenutku ima jedan sjajan roster mladih igrača, perspektivnih, zanimljivih za budućnost i sadašnjost reprezentacije. Jako dobri kući, jako dobra tranzicija, najbolja, što se vidi i po broju golova. Trener s jako dobrom energijom, neki će reći pretjeranom, a meni je to jedna doza šarma ovome natjecanju.
