Davor Mladina se vraća u Poljud, kao trener nogometaša Rudeša. Šteta što nema gledatelja, žali zbog toga u povratku u svoj klub, u Hajduk. Opet stiže na poljudsku scenu, makar dolazi u svojstvu kormilara suparničke momčadi.

Hajduk je duboko u srcu Mladine i bit će to posebna emocija kad sjedne na klupu, pa makar je to s druge strane, tamo gdje piše „gosti”. Odavna u Hajduku više nije „domaći”, međutim zna se da je na Starom placu bio junior uspješne i darovite generacije, odmah poslije ere braće Vujović, a kao trener druge momčadi „bijelih” boravio je u Poljudu prije desetak godina. Radio je predano, dobar posao, a nisu mu ispunili obećanje da će i prvu ekipu preuzeti. Kad ode Krasimir Balakov. Ode Balakov, nije ispunjeno, takav je život. Hajdučke je rane prebolio. Znamo to sve dobro, jer tek mjesec i deset dana mlađi je od vašeg reportera.

Ne pričamo danas o tome, nego o Rudešu i trenutku Hajduka. Mladina nam, mimo redovite pressice koju je odradio u Zagrebu, kaže:

- Nama je Hajduk izuzetan motiv i bit ćemo na svome maksimumu. Uopće nismo loši kako biste pomislili, zaslužili smo bodove i u posljednjim utakmicama, ali ih nismo uknjižili. Ne mislim protiv Varaždina, ali protiv Osijeka smo bili blizu remiju, a protiv Slaven Belupa smo vodili, dugo vodili, ali nismo izdržali.

Kako provodite tu uzaludnu borbu?

- Nije uopće uzaludna, jer se predano pripremamo za iduću sezonu.

Vi ostajete?

- Imam ugovor i za iduću sezonu.

Imate, dakle, motiv?

- Vidjet ćete, dolazimo rasterećeni nasuprot Hajduku. Forsiramo naše mlade i žao mi je što nema Vanje Vukmanovića, 19-godišnjaka da ga pokažemo, ozlijedio se. Ali, imamo s kim istrčati na Poljud. Ima i iskusnih... Nećemo se samo tako predat - kaže Mladina, a mi se nadovezujemo:

Vidimo u vašem sastavu i povratnike u Poljud, Edin Šehić i Luka Pasariček na primjer, bili su uzdanice posebne epohe „bijelih”. Šehić vrijedan kotačić u prvoj momčadi, u proljeće 2017. kad je trener bio Joan Carrillo, a Pasaričeka je tadašnji šef Akademije Krešimir Gojun doveo iz Dinama da bude u projektu podizanja druge momčadi. Dobio je i veliki prostor u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji, intervju, uslikan na Matejuški, dinamovac u Hajduku. Došao je i prije Šehića, 2016. godine!

- Istina je, imamo zanimljivih igrača, a mlade uz iskusne moramo kvalitetno procijeniti.

Da je drugačije na vrhu, Hajduku bi imperativno trebali bodovi?

- Ja sam bio uvjeren da će ovo biti jedna od etapa Hajduka ka tituli i da će utakmica biti s posebnim nabojem. Ovako, nema ni naboja, ni publike. Sasvim posebne okolnosti. Svejedno, moglo bi biti zanimljivo. Žao mi je što je Hajduk otpao iz trke za titulom prvaka.

Kako to komentirate?

- Ne znam što je unutra, ni u klubu, ni posebno u svlačionici da bih proniknuo u razloge. Grubo je bilo što govoriti kad nisam upućen, ali da sam razočaran, to je sigurno. Bio sam uvjeren da će se do kraja prvenstva voditi bespoštedna borba utroje za titulom prvaka. A da će Hajduk ovako ispasti iz te bitke, malo je reći da sam iznenađen – iskren je Davor Mladina, trener Rudeša. Jedan iz plejade bivših hajdukovaca na aktualnoj sceni HNL-a.

Da, trebala je to biti samo skalina do zamišljenog slavlja u posljednjem kolu protiv Lokomotive u Zagrebu.

Davor Mladina se vraća u Poljud, kao trener nogometaša Rudeša. Šteta što nema gledatelja, žali zbog toga u povratku u svoj klub, u Hajduk. Opet stiže na poljudsku scenu, makar dolazi u svojstvu kormilara suparničke momčadi.

Hajduk je duboko u srcu Mladine i bit će to posebna emocija kad sjedne na klupu, pa makar je to s druge strane, tamo gdje piše „gosti”. Odavna u Hajduku više nije „domaći”, međutim zna se da je na Starom placu bio junior uspješne i darovite generacije, odmah poslije ere braće Vujović, a kao trener druge momčadi „bijelih” boravio je u Poljudu prije desetak godina. Radio je predano, dobar posao, a nisu mu ispunili obećanje da će i prvu ekipu preuzeti. Kad ode Krasimir Balakov. Ode Balakov, nije ispunjeno, takav je život. Hajdučke je rane prebolio. Znamo to sve dobro, jer tek mjesec i deset dana mlađi je od vašeg reportera.

Ne pričamo danas o tome, nego o Rudešu i trenutku Hajduka. Mladina nam, mimo redovite pressice koju je odradio u Zagrebu, kaže:

- Nama je Hajduk izuzetan motiv i bit ćemo na svome maksimumu. Uopće nismo loši kako biste pomislili, zaslužili smo bodove i u posljednjim utakmicama, ali ih nismo uknjižili. Ne mislim protiv Varaždina, ali protiv Osijeka smo bili blizu remiju, a protiv Slaven Belupa smo vodili, dugo vodili, ali nismo izdržali.

Kako provodite tu uzaludnu borbu?

- Nije uopće uzaludna, jer se predano pripremamo za iduću sezonu.

Vi ostajete?

- Imam ugovor i za iduću sezonu.

Imate, dakle, motiv?

- Vidjet ćete, dolazimo rasterećeni nasuprot Hajduku. Forsiramo naše mlade i žao mi je što nema Vanje Vukmanovića, 19-godišnjaka da ga pokažemo, ozlijedio se. Ali, imamo s kim istrčati na Poljud. Ima i iskusnih... Nećemo se samo tako predat - kaže Mladina, a mi se nadovezujemo:

Vidimo u vašem sastavu i povratnike u Poljud, Edin Šehić i Luka Pasariček na primjer, bili su uzdanice posebne epohe „bijelih”. Šehić vrijedan kotačić u prvoj momčadi, u proljeće 2017. kad je trener bio Joan Carrillo, a Pasaričeka je tadašnji šef Akademije Krešimir Gojun doveo iz Dinama da bude u projektu podizanja druge momčadi. Dobio je i veliki prostor u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji, intervju, uslikan na Matejuški, dinamovac u Hajduku. Došao je i prije Šehića, 2016. godine!

- Istina je, imamo zanimljivih igrača, a mlade uz iskusne moramo kvalitetno procijeniti.

Da je drugačije na vrhu, Hajduku bi imperativno trebali bodovi?

- Ja sam bio uvjeren da će ovo biti jedna od etapa Hajduka ka tituli i da će utakmica biti s posebnim nabojem. Ovako, nema ni naboja, ni publike. Sasvim posebne okolnosti. Svejedno, moglo bi biti zanimljivo. Žao mi je što je Hajduk otpao iz trke za titulom prvaka.

Kako to komentirate?

- Ne znam što je unutra, ni u klubu, ni posebno u svlačionici da bih proniknuo u razloge. Grubo je bilo što govoriti kad nisam upućen, ali da sam razočaran, to je sigurno. Bio sam uvjeren da će se do kraja prvenstva voditi bespoštedna borba utroje za titulom prvaka. A da će Hajduk ovako ispasti iz te bitke, malo je reći da sam iznenađen – iskren je Davor Mladina, trener Rudeša. Jedan iz plejade bivših hajdukovaca na aktualnoj sceni HNL-a.

Da, trebala je to biti samo skalina do zamišljenog slavlja u posljednjem kolu protiv Lokomotive u Zagrebu.

Davor Mladina se vraća u Poljud, kao trener nogometaša Rudeša. Šteta što nema gledatelja, žali zbog toga u povratku u svoj klub, u Hajduk. Opet stiže na poljudsku scenu, makar dolazi u svojstvu kormilara suparničke momčadi.

Hajduk je duboko u srcu Mladine i bit će to posebna emocija kad sjedne na klupu, pa makar je to s druge strane, tamo gdje piše „gosti”. Odavna u Hajduku više nije „domaći”, međutim zna se da je na Starom placu bio junior uspješne i darovite generacije, odmah poslije ere braće Vujović, a kao trener druge momčadi „bijelih” boravio je u Poljudu prije desetak godina.
