"Veselo" je bilo sudskom vještaku angažiranom da procijeni vrijednost strojeva i opreme u Spaladium Areni, koja je zbog blokade računa od strane Grada Splita prije više od godinu dana zatvorila svoja vrata, te su se tamo prestala organizirati sportska i glazbena događanja, sajmovi...
Strojeve i opremu vještak je pregledao zadnjeg dana listopada 2023. i 7. veljače 2024. godine. Kako je Spaladium Arena u travnju 2023. isključena iz elektroenergetske mreže, vještak je morao angažirati tvrtku koja je osposobila dva elektroagregata, tako da su zamijenili neispravne akumulatore, pregledali agregate i pustili ih u pogon.
To je omogućilo vještaku da ispita ispravnost opreme koja je manjeg nivoa potrošnje energije, a to su, navodi, razglas, video i audio tehnika, rasvjeta, sustav požarne zaštite, dizala...

No kako su svi akumulatori bili prazni jer su dulje vrijeme bili bez napajanja, navodi vještak u svom nalazu, stalno su se uključivale sirene alarma vatrodojave, što je otežavalo ispitivanje. Također, nije radila panična rasvjeta, otvorile su se protudimne kupole, koje su poslije spuštene...
Nije ispitivao sustave grijanja, hlađenja, ventilacije i one koji zahtijevaju puno veću snagu električne energije.
– Potrebna su ulaganja kako bi se strojevi i oprema u Spaladium Areni, nakon puštanja u pogon, doveli u stanje ispravnosti i funkcionalnosti, kako bi se ispitala i atestirana sigurnosna oprema – naveo je vještak, koji je procijenio da je stvarna (fer) vrijednost strojeva i opreme u Areni, koji su većinom nabavljeni 2008. godine, 3.250.000 eura, koji iznos treba uvećati za PDV.

Ranije ove godine napravljena je i nova procjena tržišne vrijednosti Spaladium Arene, a radi se o 56.600.000 eura. Kako je sada procijenjena i ugrađena oprema, Trgovački sud je za 26. travnja zakazao ročište na kojem će se utvrditi konačna vrijednost multifunkcionalne dvorane u Lori za potrebe njezine prodaje na javnoj dražbi.
Na tom ročištu za stol bi mogli sjesti predstavnici splitske gradske uprave, te Banke Austria, Erste i Zagrebačke banke, koje su financirale gradnju Spaladium Arene.
U biti radi se o 30.798 kvadrata državnog zemljištu na kojem je tvrtka "Sportski grad" dobila pravo građenja na kojem je izgradila Spaladium Arenu, dok nikada nije izgradila planirani poslovni toranj. Po proteku 30 godina prava građenja, a to će biti 2037. godine, Grad Split ima pravo prvokupa.

"Veselo" je bilo sudskom vještaku angažiranom da procijeni vrijednost strojeva i opreme u Spaladium Areni, koja je zbog blokade računa od strane Grada Splita prije više od godinu dana zatvorila svoja vrata, te su se tamo prestala organizirati sportska i glazbena događanja, sajmovi...
Strojeve i opremu vještak je pregledao zadnjeg dana listopada 2023. i 7. veljače 2024. godine. Kako je Spaladium Arena u travnju 2023. isključena iz elektroenergetske mreže, vještak je morao angažirati tvrtku koja je osposobila dva elektroagregata, tako da su zamijenili neispravne akumulatore, pregledali agregate i pustili ih u pogon.
To je omogućilo vještaku da ispita ispravnost opreme koja je manjeg nivoa potrošnje energije, a to su, navodi, razglas, video i audio tehnika, rasvjeta, sustav požarne zaštite, dizala...

No kako su svi akumulatori bili prazni jer su dulje vrijeme bili bez napajanja, navodi vještak u svom nalazu, stalno su se uključivale sirene alarma vatrodojave, što je otežavalo ispitivanje. Također, nije radila panična rasvjeta, otvorile su se protudimne kupole, koje su poslije spuštene...
Nije ispitivao sustave grijanja, hlađenja, ventilacije i one koji zahtijevaju puno veću snagu električne energije.
– Potrebna su ulaganja kako bi se strojevi i oprema u Spaladium Areni, nakon puštanja u pogon, doveli u stanje ispravnosti i funkcionalnosti, kako bi se ispitala i atestirana sigurnosna oprema – naveo je vještak, koji je procijenio da je stvarna (fer) vrijednost strojeva i opreme u Areni, koji su većinom nabavljeni 2008. godine, 3.250.000 eura, koji iznos treba uvećati za PDV.

Ranije ove godine napravljena je i nova procjena tržišne vrijednosti Spaladium Arene, a radi se o 56.600.000 eura. Kako je sada procijenjena i ugrađena oprema, Trgovački sud je za 26. travnja zakazao ročište na kojem će se utvrditi konačna vrijednost multifunkcionalne dvorane u Lori za potrebe njezine prodaje na javnoj dražbi.
Na tom ročištu za stol bi mogli sjesti predstavnici splitske gradske uprave, te Banke Austria, Erste i Zagrebačke banke, koje su financirale gradnju Spaladium Arene.
U biti radi se o 30.798 kvadrata državnog zemljištu na kojem je tvrtka "Sportski grad" dobila pravo građenja na kojem je izgradila Spaladium Arenu, dok nikada nije izgradila planirani poslovni toranj. Po proteku 30 godina prava građenja, a to će biti 2037. godine, Grad Split ima pravo prvokupa.
