Dan planeta Zemlje obilježen je u ponedjeljak, 22. travnja, a tim povodom je bivši gradski vijećnik Branimir Urlić na Facebooku dao jedan prijedlog. 

- Kako godinama tupim da veliki dio grada nema uređenih zelenih/parkovnih površina i da bi grad trebao započeti otkup zemljišta za formiranje novih evo jedne povoljne prilike na Mejašima. Hrvatski telekom prodaje parcelu od skoro 1700 metara kvadratnih za samo 145.000 eura, ili 85 eura po m2. Nema jeftinije zemlje trenutno u Splitu.

Naravno da je nitko nije kupio jer je po prostornom planu uređenja Mejaša cijela parcela predviđena za zelenu zonu i manji parking uz cestu. Eto našem gradonačelniku mogućnosti još jedanput bit prvi u nečemu, prvi kupio zemljište za park.

O imenu parka nek odluče naknadno, možda Park Ivice Mudrinića, za sve šta je napravio za Hrvatsku nakon povratka iz Kanade na poziv Franje - napisao je Urlić.

Status Branimira Urlića o zemljištu HT-a na Mejašima

Kako piše na stranicama HT-a, riječ je o zemljištu u Ulici Svetog Spasa površine 1.689 metara kvadratnih. Početna prodajna cijena je 145.000 eura.

- Zemljište se nalazi unutar građevinskog područja, ali prema Urbanističkom planu uređenja namjena mu je dijelom kao javno parkiralište (cca 200 m²), a većim dijelom je u zoni zelenih površina (1.354 m²), te dijelom prometna površina – cesta (cca 135 m²). Moguća je izgradnja prema odredbama Urbanističkog plana uređenja područja dijela Mejaša i Dragovoda. Pristup zemljištu omogućen je asfaltiranom ulicom. Nekretnina se prodaje po načelu „viđeno/ kupljeno” što isključuje odgovornost za materijalne i pravne nedostatke Nekretnine kao i za eventualne skrivene nedostatke - stoji u oglasu HT-a.

Dan planeta Zemlje obilježen je u ponedjeljak, 22. travnja, a tim povodom je bivši gradski vijećnik Branimir Urlić na Facebooku dao jedan prijedlog. 

- Kako godinama tupim da veliki dio grada nema uređenih zelenih/parkovnih površina i da bi grad trebao započeti otkup zemljišta za formiranje novih evo jedne povoljne prilike na Mejašima. Hrvatski telekom prodaje parcelu od skoro 1700 metara kvadratnih za samo 145.000 eura, ili 85 eura po m2. Nema jeftinije zemlje trenutno u Splitu.

Naravno da je nitko nije kupio jer je po prostornom planu uređenja Mejaša cijela parcela predviđena za zelenu zonu i manji parking uz cestu. Eto našem gradonačelniku mogućnosti još jedanput bit prvi u nečemu, prvi kupio zemljište za park.

O imenu parka nek odluče naknadno, možda Park Ivice Mudrinića, za sve šta je napravio za Hrvatsku nakon povratka iz Kanade na poziv Franje - napisao je Urlić.

Kako piše na stranicama HT-a, riječ je o zemljištu u Ulici Svetog Spasa površine 1.689 metara kvadratnih. Početna prodajna cijena je 145.000 eura.

- Zemljište se nalazi unutar građevinskog područja, ali prema Urbanističkom planu uređenja namjena mu je dijelom kao javno parkiralište (cca 200 m²), a većim dijelom je u zoni zelenih površina (1.354 m²), te dijelom prometna površina – cesta (cca 135 m²). Moguća je izgradnja prema odredbama Urbanističkog plana uređenja područja dijela Mejaša i Dragovoda. Pristup zemljištu omogućen je asfaltiranom ulicom. Nekretnina se prodaje po načelu „viđeno/ kupljeno” što isključuje odgovornost za materijalne i pravne nedostatke Nekretnine kao i za eventualne skrivene nedostatke - stoji u oglasu HT-a.
