Tradicija je tradicija, pa se tako Jedriličarski klub Mornar iz Splita i ove godine uhvatio organizacije regate "Sveti Nikola za samce i dvojce" koja se održava od 3. do 6. prosinca.

Start je bio predviđen za ovu subotu, no zbog vremenskih uvjeta odgođen je na nedjelju, i to iz Komiže gdje je i cilj. Zadana je ruta: Komiža – Svetac – Palagruža – Sušac – Split – O. Stipanska – Komiža, odnosno zahtjevnih 178 nautičkih milja.

Broj prijava bio je ograničen na 20 jedrilica, a prednost su imali samci, te prema redosljedu s kojim su prijave pristizale.

- Imali smo 16 prijava, a hoće li ih toliko i biti na službenom startu vidjet ćemo. Za sada su dva samca prijavljena. Obavili smo pregled opreme koji je bio rigorozan, kao i obično, jer oni koji ne zadovolje uvjete nemaju dopuštenje regatnog odbora da se upuste u regatu. Nakon naše ‘inspekcije‘ sa zadovoljstvom možemo reći da su jedriličari najozbiljnije shvatili pravila i potrebu za kompletnom opremom na čemu inzistiramo.

Vidjet ćemo kakvo nas vrijeme dočekuje, no prognoze predviđaju jako jugo, pa je subotnji start prebačen na nedjelju. Bez obzira na sve, atmosfera među jedriličarima je odlična - u vedrom tonu nam kaže Damir Mitrović iz JK Mornar.

Ova regata ima inače poseban status među jedriličarima. Do 2015. godine bila je rezervirana isključivo za solo jedriličare, no potom je uvedeno da mogu nastupati i dvojci. Lani je nastupilo 15 posada i to isključivo dvojaca. Evo, ovaj put stigle su prijave za dva samca.

Svakako, riječ je o regati koja je fizički i mentalno jako izazovna, a jedrenje u prosincu kada je kratak dan, vrijeme promjenjivo, more čudljivo, uz svu potrebnu opremu, je poseban izazov.

Tradicija je tradicija, pa se tako Jedriličarski klub Mornar iz Splita i ove godine uhvatio organizacije regate "Sveti Nikola za samce i dvojce" koja se održava od 3. do 6. prosinca.

Start je bio predviđen za ovu subotu, no zbog vremenskih uvjeta odgođen je na nedjelju, i to iz Komiže gdje je i cilj. Zadana je ruta: Komiža – Svetac – Palagruža – Sušac – Split – O. Stipanska – Komiža, odnosno zahtjevnih 178 nautičkih milja.

Broj prijava bio je ograničen na 20 jedrilica, a prednost su imali samci, te prema redosljedu s kojim su prijave pristizale.

- Imali smo 16 prijava, a hoće li ih toliko i biti na službenom startu vidjet ćemo. Za sada su dva samca prijavljena. Obavili smo pregled opreme koji je bio rigorozan, kao i obično, jer oni koji ne zadovolje uvjete nemaju dopuštenje regatnog odbora da se upuste u regatu. Nakon naše ‘inspekcije‘ sa zadovoljstvom možemo reći da su jedriličari najozbiljnije shvatili pravila i potrebu za kompletnom opremom na čemu inzistiramo.

Vidjet ćemo kakvo nas vrijeme dočekuje, no prognoze predviđaju jako jugo, pa je subotnji start prebačen na nedjelju. Bez obzira na sve, atmosfera među jedriličarima je odlična - u vedrom tonu nam kaže Damir Mitrović iz JK Mornar.

Ova regata ima inače poseban status među jedriličarima. Do 2015. godine bila je rezervirana isključivo za solo jedriličare, no potom je uvedeno da mogu nastupati i dvojci. Lani je nastupilo 15 posada i to isključivo dvojaca. Evo, ovaj put stigle su prijave za dva samca.

Svakako, riječ je o regati koja je fizički i mentalno jako izazovna, a jedrenje u prosincu kada je kratak dan, vrijeme promjenjivo, more čudljivo, uz svu potrebnu opremu, je poseban izazov.
