Na svojoj motornoj brodici s kabinom imam ugrađen motor od 60 konjskih snaga s klasičnom osovinom i trokrakim propelerom. Negdje krajem prošle sezone primijetio sam da su vibracije motora veće i bučnije. Provjerio sam da slučajno rezervno sidro ili neka druga oprema nisu negdje nezgodno naslonjeni, međutim, nije do toga. Izvan sezone plovilo je na kopnu i ovaj bih problem s povećanim vibracijama želio riješiti prije iduće sezone. Što sve moram provjeriti?

Iz vašeg pitanja nije jasno jesu li te pojačane vibracije stalne ili povremene, javljaju li se samo u plovidbi ili i dok je motor u leru, javljaju li se samo kod određenih okretaja ili stalno? U plovidbi sva plovila imaju nekakve vibracije na koje se vlasnik navikne, a ako se one pojačaju, to ukazuje na to da nešto više nije u balansu ili je istrošeno. Ignoriranjem možete samo stvoriti veći problem.

Neke stvari možete provjeriti sada, dok je plovilo na kopnu. Najčešći uzroci pojačanih vibracija imaju veze s porivom, ali ponekad i s kormilom. Provjerite ima li na listu kormila nekakvih deformacija i jesu li ležajevi osovine kormila pretjerano istrošeni. Minimalna odstupanja nisu problem, ali ako osovina osjetno pleše u ležajevima, osim što uzrokuje ove neugodne vibracije, sada i znatno agresivnije troši ležajeve, koji tijekom sezone mogu puknuti. Poželjnije ih je promijeniti odmah.

Provjerite zazor

Odmah provjerite propeler, osovinu i njezine ležajeve. Ako je propeler bio previše obrastao školjkama ili je oštećen, to također može biti uzrok povećanim vibracijama. Provjerite i je li propeler krivo postavljen. Na list kormila stegom postavite neku krutu letvu tako da dodiruje jednu palu propelera na njezinu najširem dijelu. Zakretanjem osovine usporedite zazor na svim palama. Odstupanja ne smiju biti veća od 1,5 mm. Isto ponovite i na vrhovima pala. Nekad razlog može biti oštećen konus, klin ili utor za klin, pa skinite propeler i provjerite.

Osovina, ležaj u škroku ili statvenoj cijevi također mogu biti uzrok vibracijama. Neposredno uz statvenu cijev prstom prođite oko osovine i probajte provjeriti osjećate li ikakav utor. Čak i te male deformacije na osovini mogu biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama. Dok je kopča u leru, osovina bi se trebala relativno lako okretati. Ako se okreće teško, a naročito ako se to u određenom položaju ponavlja, to ukazuje da je osovina vjerojatno iskrivljena. Snažno prodrmajte osovinu i vidite da li se u ležaju pomiče. Ako se pomiče, zamijenite ga. Naprijed-nazad se ne bi se smjela pomicati, jer to bi značilo da je spojka, flanđa, labava ili je problem u mjenjaču.

Provjerite pričvršćenost spojke osovine i je li pravilno poravnata sa spojkom na mjenjaču. Svako odstupanje veće od 0,1 mm može biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama.

Zanemareni detalj

Neka plovila na ovom spoju mjenjača i osovine imaju i fleksibilnu spojku, kojom se donekle amortiziraju ova odstupanja, ili kardanski zglob. Njihov nepravilan rad, radi dotrajalosti ili kvara, također može biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama.

Ako je sve ranije navedeno u redu, vi nemate problema s prijenosom, a ove pojačane i bučnije vibracije ne javljaju se samo u plovidbi nego i kada motor radi u leru. Za to mogu biti dva osnovna uzroka. Jedan je nepravilan rad samog motora i potrebno mu je obaviti dijagnostičku provjeru, a drugi razlog su nosači motora.

Istrošeni ili oštećeni nosači i jesu najčešći razlog pretjeranim vibracijama na plovilu. Budući da ne zahtijevaju nikakvo specijalno održavanje, često ih se zanemaruje, a kao i sve, tako i oni imaju svoj vijek trajanja. Ovisno o opterećenju i specifikaciji nosača, očekivani vijek trajanja je 5-6 godina, dok u nekih modela traju 10-12 godina. Obično prvi strada onaj ispod pumpe vode.

Na svojoj motornoj brodici s kabinom imam ugrađen motor od 60 konjskih snaga s klasičnom osovinom i trokrakim propelerom. Negdje krajem prošle sezone primijetio sam da su vibracije motora veće i bučnije. Provjerio sam da slučajno rezervno sidro ili neka druga oprema nisu negdje nezgodno naslonjeni, međutim, nije do toga. Izvan sezone plovilo je na kopnu i ovaj bih problem s povećanim vibracijama želio riješiti prije iduće sezone. Što sve moram provjeriti?

Iz vašeg pitanja nije jasno jesu li te pojačane vibracije stalne ili povremene, javljaju li se samo u plovidbi ili i dok je motor u leru, javljaju li se samo kod određenih okretaja ili stalno? U plovidbi sva plovila imaju nekakve vibracije na koje se vlasnik navikne, a ako se one pojačaju, to ukazuje na to da nešto više nije u balansu ili je istrošeno. Ignoriranjem možete samo stvoriti veći problem.

Neke stvari možete provjeriti sada, dok je plovilo na kopnu. Najčešći uzroci pojačanih vibracija imaju veze s porivom, ali ponekad i s kormilom. Provjerite ima li na listu kormila nekakvih deformacija i jesu li ležajevi osovine kormila pretjerano istrošeni. Minimalna odstupanja nisu problem, ali ako osovina osjetno pleše u ležajevima, osim što uzrokuje ove neugodne vibracije, sada i znatno agresivnije troši ležajeve, koji tijekom sezone mogu puknuti. Poželjnije ih je promijeniti odmah.

Provjerite zazor

Odmah provjerite propeler, osovinu i njezine ležajeve. Ako je propeler bio previše obrastao školjkama ili je oštećen, to također može biti uzrok povećanim vibracijama. Provjerite i je li propeler krivo postavljen. Na list kormila stegom postavite neku krutu letvu tako da dodiruje jednu palu propelera na njezinu najširem dijelu. Zakretanjem osovine usporedite zazor na svim palama. Odstupanja ne smiju biti veća od 1,5 mm. Isto ponovite i na vrhovima pala. Nekad razlog može biti oštećen konus, klin ili utor za klin, pa skinite propeler i provjerite.

Osovina, ležaj u škroku ili statvenoj cijevi također mogu biti uzrok vibracijama. Neposredno uz statvenu cijev prstom prođite oko osovine i probajte provjeriti osjećate li ikakav utor. Čak i te male deformacije na osovini mogu biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama. Dok je kopča u leru, osovina bi se trebala relativno lako okretati. Ako se okreće teško, a naročito ako se to u određenom položaju ponavlja, to ukazuje da je osovina vjerojatno iskrivljena. Snažno prodrmajte osovinu i vidite da li se u ležaju pomiče. Ako se pomiče, zamijenite ga. Naprijed-nazad se ne bi se smjela pomicati, jer to bi značilo da je spojka, flanđa, labava ili je problem u mjenjaču.

Provjerite pričvršćenost spojke osovine i je li pravilno poravnata sa spojkom na mjenjaču. Svako odstupanje veće od 0,1 mm može biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama.

Zanemareni detalj

Neka plovila na ovom spoju mjenjača i osovine imaju i fleksibilnu spojku, kojom se donekle amortiziraju ova odstupanja, ili kardanski zglob. Njihov nepravilan rad, radi dotrajalosti ili kvara, također može biti uzrok pojačanim vibracijama.

Ako je sve ranije navedeno u redu, vi nemate problema s prijenosom, a ove pojačane i bučnije vibracije ne javljaju se samo u plovidbi nego i kada motor radi u leru. Za to mogu biti dva osnovna uzroka. Jedan je nepravilan rad samog motora i potrebno mu je obaviti dijagnostičku provjeru, a drugi razlog su nosači motora.

Istrošeni ili oštećeni nosači i jesu najčešći razlog pretjeranim vibracijama na plovilu. Budući da ne zahtijevaju nikakvo specijalno održavanje, često ih se zanemaruje, a kao i sve, tako i oni imaju svoj vijek trajanja. Ovisno o opterećenju i specifikaciji nosača, očekivani vijek trajanja je 5-6 godina, dok u nekih modela traju 10-12 godina. Obično prvi strada onaj ispod pumpe vode.
