'Dragi moji Splićani, javljam vam se iz Milana, stanje je, kao što već svi znate, kritično, stoga ozbiljno shvatite sve mjere koje vam predlažu. Izolacija je jedini način da se zaraza bar donekle drži pod kontrolom. Puno ljudi misli da im se neće ništa dogodit, da su mladi i otporni, ali, ljudi moji, ovo nije šala. Koronavirus nije virus gripe, već je puno agresivniji, bolnice su pune mladosti i starosti i tko zna kakve posljedice ostavlja na plućima.
U vas je još uvijek sve pod kontrolom, stoga se morate čuvati da tako i ostane, jer kad počne, širi se nevjerovatnom brzinom. To što smo svi zatvoreni u kućama, to je najmanja stvar. Liječnici i svo medicinsko osoblje radi bez prestanka i stalno su izloženi zarazi, od nas se traži da budemo u svojim kućama udobno smješteni na kauču... pa zar je to problem?
Ja sam u samom žarištu koronavirisa, a još sam hvala dragom Bogu zdrava, a zašto? Zato što poštujem pravila, u izolaciji sam i ne bunim se zbog toga', napisala nam je čitateljica iz Milana, porijeklom Splićanka (podaci poznati redakciji) i njenu smo vam poruku prenijeli u cjelosti, a jasno vam je i zašto.
Socijalno distanciranje i samoizolacija sigurno nije nešto o čemu ste sanjali tijekom zimskih mjeseci, no kako nas uporno upozoravaju liječnici, neophodni su da bi se ograničilo širenje bolesti. Pokušajte iz ove situacije izvući najbolje što možete i ne dopustite da vas, kako bismo u Splitu rekli, 'umete'.
Posljednjih dana portali i društvene mreže prepuni su savjeta koji bi vam mogli dati ideju kako vrijeme provedeno u kući i izbjegavanju socijalnih kontakata možete mudro iskoristiti, a jedan od načina za to je usmjeravanje pažnje na potrebe drugih.
Ako niste u samoizolaciji pa možete nesmetano odlaziti u trgovinu, ponudite se starijim i nemoćnim susjedima da i za njih obavite kupovinu. Pritom poštujte preporučene mjere zaštite te nosite rukavice i masku kad im dostavljate kupljeno ili im samo pozvonite, a vrećice ostavite na kućnom pragu. Još jedan način na koji im možete pomoći je da u njihovo ime naručite dostavu gotove hrane.
Ako ste kupili previše hrane i drugih potrepština, možete ih donirati. Jedan od načina za to su brojne Facebook grupe, poput Jedni za druge koja je u par dana skupila preko 11 tisuća članova ili njenih 'podružnica' Jedni za druge-Split, Jedni za druge - Šibenik, Jedni za druge Zadar. U nekim su se splitskim kvartovima građani već organizirali u grupe, ovdje možete pročitati priču o tome pa možda i u svojoj četvrti ili susjedstvu pokrenuti sličnu inicijativu.
Gradsko društvo Crvenog križa Split otvara telefonsku liniju preko koje se možete informirati o mogućnostima pomoći u nabavci i dostavi osnovnih prehrambenih i higijenskih potrepština i lijekova za rizične skupine građana. Ako ste u mogućnosti, podržite manje tvrtke i obrtnike koji svoje proizvode i usluge nude online. Ako vam u ovom trenutku ti proizvodi i usluge nisu potrebni, provjerite možete li ih kupiti sada, a koristiti kasnije. Provjerite i nude li poklon bonove.
Usamljenost je jedna od negativnih posljedica samoizolacije i socijalnog distanciranja, no u doba moderne tehnologije lako joj je doskočiti. Javite se prijateljima, ali se nemojte ograničiti na dopisivanje porukama. Sjetite se i onih s kojima već dugo niste u kontaktu pa ga ponovo uspostavite, a posebno održavajte kontakte sa starijima, bilo da su vam članovi obitelji, umirovljeni kolege, nekadašnji susjedi ili profesori... Okrenite broj, 'ćirnite' se preko Skypea ili FaceTimea, ali nemojte previše razglabati o 'koroni', sjetite se sretnijih trenutaka provedenih zajedno.

'Dragi moji Splićani, javljam vam se iz Milana, stanje je, kao što već svi znate, kritično, stoga ozbiljno shvatite sve mjere koje vam predlažu. Izolacija je jedini način da se zaraza bar donekle drži pod kontrolom. Puno ljudi misli da im se neće ništa dogodit, da su mladi i otporni, ali, ljudi moji, ovo nije šala. Koronavirus nije virus gripe, već je puno agresivniji, bolnice su pune mladosti i starosti i tko zna kakve posljedice ostavlja na plućima.
U vas je još uvijek sve pod kontrolom, stoga se morate čuvati da tako i ostane, jer kad počne, širi se nevjerovatnom brzinom. To što smo svi zatvoreni u kućama, to je najmanja stvar. Liječnici i svo medicinsko osoblje radi bez prestanka i stalno su izloženi zarazi, od nas se traži da budemo u svojim kućama udobno smješteni na kauču... pa zar je to problem?
Ja sam u samom žarištu koronavirisa, a još sam hvala dragom Bogu zdrava, a zašto? Zato što poštujem pravila, u izolaciji sam i ne bunim se zbog toga', napisala nam je čitateljica iz Milana, porijeklom Splićanka (podaci poznati redakciji) i njenu smo vam poruku prenijeli u cjelosti, a jasno vam je i zašto.
Socijalno distanciranje i samoizolacija sigurno nije nešto o čemu ste sanjali tijekom zimskih mjeseci, no kako nas uporno upozoravaju liječnici, neophodni su da bi se ograničilo širenje bolesti. Pokušajte iz ove situacije izvući najbolje što možete i ne dopustite da vas, kako bismo u Splitu rekli, 'umete'.
Posljednjih dana portali i društvene mreže prepuni su savjeta koji bi vam mogli dati ideju kako vrijeme provedeno u kući i izbjegavanju socijalnih kontakata možete mudro iskoristiti, a jedan od načina za to je usmjeravanje pažnje na potrebe drugih.
Ako niste u samoizolaciji pa možete nesmetano odlaziti u trgovinu, ponudite se starijim i nemoćnim susjedima da i za njih obavite kupovinu. Pritom poštujte preporučene mjere zaštite te nosite rukavice i masku kad im dostavljate kupljeno ili im samo pozvonite, a vrećice ostavite na kućnom pragu. Još jedan način na koji im možete pomoći je da u njihovo ime naručite dostavu gotove hrane.
Ako ste kupili previše hrane i drugih potrepština, možete ih donirati. Jedan od načina za to su brojne Facebook grupe, poput Jedni za druge koja je u par dana skupila preko 11 tisuća članova ili njenih 'podružnica' Jedni za druge-Split, Jedni za druge - Šibenik, Jedni za druge Zadar. U nekim su se splitskim kvartovima građani već organizirali u grupe, ovdje možete pročitati priču o tome pa možda i u svojoj četvrti ili susjedstvu pokrenuti sličnu inicijativu.

Usamljenost je jedna od negativnih posljedica samoizolacije i socijalnog distanciranja, no u doba moderne tehnologije lako joj je doskočiti. Javite se prijateljima, ali se nemojte ograničiti na dopisivanje porukama. Sjetite se i onih s kojima već dugo niste u kontaktu pa ga ponovo uspostavite, a posebno održavajte kontakte sa starijima, bilo da su vam članovi obitelji, umirovljeni kolege, nekadašnji susjedi ili profesori... Okrenite broj, 'ćirnite' se preko Skypea ili FaceTimea, ali nemojte previše razglabati o 'koroni', sjetite se sretnijih trenutaka provedenih zajedno.
Najviše od svega, sebi i drugima ćete pomoći pridržavate li se odgovorno preporučenih mjera socijalnog distanciranja (ovdje se možete podsjetiti koja su točno) i da se što više držite svojg doma. Talijani su rekli #staiacasa, mi recimo #ostajemdoma.
