Sa svih smo strana bombardirani savjetima iz literature za samopomoć, izuzetno plodnog žanra u kojemu kao da se želi okušati – svatko. Evo i malog doprinosa u tom smislu s portala YourTango, na kojemu stoji nekoliko – u osnovi jednostavnih i možda baš zato i korisnih – preporuka na temu što činiti i kako se ponašati s ciljem unaprjeđenja životnih prilika.
Formula "kako biti uspješna/uspješan" ne temelji se na mrežnoj pseudostvarnosti, naime prividu obilja i ljepote koji ćemo servirati na Instagramu ili drugim platformama. Poanta je u osobnom zadovoljstvu, koje čak nije mjerljivo niti unosnom zaradom.
Autori ove poslanice ističu da "sreća nema vremensku crtu, ne možemo izabrati da ćemo biti sretni nakon završetka studija, prve plaće, dobitka na lutriji...". Sreća, podsjećaju, dolazi iznutra, a potiču je izražavanje suosjećanja, poštovanja, zahvalnosti i prihvaćanja.
Bitna je i svakodnevna rutina kroz ova četiri koraka.
1. Postavimo manje ciljeve
Ljudi nekad naviknu biti na vrhu, što je dugoročno teško održivo. Stoga pad može rezultirati osjećajem obeshrabrenosti, pa i depresije. Nemojmo previše očekivati od sebe, ali nastojmo biti uvijek malo bolji! Do uspjeha se ide sitnim koracima, usput se razvija samopouzdanje.
2. Vježbajmo reći "ne"
Postavimo granice prema van, bez obzira je li riječ o obitelji, kolegama, poznanicima, prijateljima... Treba reći "ne" tuđim problemima te se riješiti osoba koje nam uskraćuju radost. Zbogom "energetskim vampirima", poručuje YourTango.
3. Njegujmo svoje tijelo
Bitno je voditi računa o sebi kroz vježbanje, dovoljno sna, zdravu prehranu i unos tekućine. Razlog? Jednostavno je: u zdravom tijelu-zdrav duh.
4. Budimo svjesni svoje vrijednosti i emocija
Bitno je ono što unosimo u svoje odnose, posao i zajednicu. Svatko ima jedinstven skup talenata koje unosi u situaciju i društvo. Budimo svjesni svojeg doprinosa! K tomu, važno je biti okružen poticajnim ljudima koji to umiju cijeniti. Upravljajmo i svojim emocijama! U redu je ponekad – ne biti u redu.
Potiskivanje osjećaja – bilo kakvih – dovodi do osjećaja frustracije, što može rezulturati nekontroliranim izljevima bijesa – ukazuju autori ove četverolisne self-help poslanice.

Sa svih smo strana bombardirani savjetima iz literature za samopomoć, izuzetno plodnog žanra u kojemu kao da se želi okušati – svatko. Evo i malog doprinosa u tom smislu s portala YourTango, na kojemu stoji nekoliko – u osnovi jednostavnih i možda baš zato i korisnih – preporuka na temu što činiti i kako se ponašati s ciljem unaprjeđenja životnih prilika.
Formula "kako biti uspješna/uspješan" ne temelji se na mrežnoj pseudostvarnosti, naime prividu obilja i ljepote koji ćemo servirati na Instagramu ili drugim platformama. Poanta je u osobnom zadovoljstvu, koje čak nije mjerljivo niti unosnom zaradom.
