Opće je poznato kako je pamučno donje rublje najbolji izbor za zdravlje intimnih područja. Mnogi ljudi, međutim, odluče zanemariti ovaj savjet zbog mode te biraju donje rublje napravljeno od satena ili čipke, piše BuzzFeed.

Ipak, tri zemlje, Rusija, Bjelorusija i Kazahstan, učinkovito su zabranile čipkaste gaćice 2014. godine. Te vlade smatraju da je čipkasto donje rublje bez pamučne podstave nehigijensko i da predstavlja prijetnju zdravlju. Nakon ovih zabrana izbili su prosvjedi jer su žene tražile pravo na izbor vlastitih gaćica.

Pamučno donje rublje često je najudobnija opcija, ali postoje i neke zdravstvene prednosti njegovog nošenja, rekla je dr. Jennifer Angler, uroginekologinja i koautorica knjige "A Woman‘s Guide to Her Pelvic Floor: What The F*@# Is Going On There Down?" Kako kaže pamuk se smatra zlatnim standardom gaćica kada se radi o upijanju vlage i održavanju područja čistim i svježim, piše Jutarnji list. 

“Razlog zašto toliko liječnika preporučuje pamučne gaćice je taj što je pamuk vrlo nježan, upijajući i prozračan materijal. Sintetički materijali poput spandexa i najlona mogu zadržati vlagu i toplinu. To stvara idealno okruženje za rast bakterija i gljivica te izaziva razne infekcije“, rekla je dr. Victoria Scott, uroginekologinja te nadodala kako bi osobe s određenim zdravstvenim problemima trebale većinu vremena nositi pamučno donje rublje.

„Ako ste skloni gljivičnim infekcijama, bakterijskoj vaginozi ili infekcijama mokraćnog sustava, gaćice s pamučnim umetcima mogu smanjiti rizik od njihovog razvoja“, opisala je doktorica.

Nadodaje kako osobama koje imaju vaginalnu suhoću koja može uzrokovati bol gaćice s pamučnim preponama mogu pomoći da im bude bolje i udobnije.

„Prekomjerni rast gljivica može uzrokovati neugodne gljivične infekcije. Kada bakterije počnu rasti u tom području, to može dovesti do neravnoteže zdravih bakterija i uzrokovati bakterijsku vaginozu (BV) koja dovodi do pojave neugodnog iscjetka, a sve se može tretirati antibioticima“, rekla je ginekologinja dr. Erica Montes.

Unatoč rizicima, Scott kaže da nošenje gaćica od drugih materijala sigurno nije opasno za većinu ljudi. Budući da je ravnoteža vaginalnih bakterija različita za sve žene, mnoge mogu nositi ne pamučno donje rublje bez ikakvih negativnih učinaka.

Doktorica Christenie Greves naglašava da čipkasto donje rublje za neke ljude ima i svojih prednosti te da dobar par gaćica može biti mekan i ugodan.

Montes potiče svoje pacijente da razmisle o nošenju prave vrste donjeg rublja za sezonu i prigodu. Čipkaste gaćice mogu biti u redu u hladnoj zimi, ali mogu početi stvarati probleme u ljetnim vrućinama kada je znojenje češće.

Greves je objasnila da bi nošenje čipkastog donjeg rublja u posebnim prilikama moglo biti u redu, ali tijekom običnog dana ili dok vježbate možda ipak ne želite riskirati nadraživanje ženskih dijelova.

Scott također preporučuje da osobe koje su sklone infekcijama ili nelagodi peru svoje donje rublje deterdžentom bez mirisa i izbjegavaju omekšivače. Veličina gaćica je također bitna jer one preuske mogu povećati rizik od infekcija i iritacija.

Prema doktorici Scott, neki će ljudi nastaviti razvijati vaginalne infekcije ili iritaciju čak i nakon nošenja pamučnih gaćica. Njima preporuča da isprobaju gaćice od 100 postotnog pamuka.

Opće je poznato kako je pamučno donje rublje najbolji izbor za zdravlje intimnih područja. Mnogi ljudi, međutim, odluče zanemariti ovaj savjet zbog mode te biraju donje rublje napravljeno od satena ili čipke, piše BuzzFeed.

Ipak, tri zemlje, Rusija, Bjelorusija i Kazahstan, učinkovito su zabranile čipkaste gaćice 2014. godine. Te vlade smatraju da je čipkasto donje rublje bez pamučne podstave nehigijensko i da predstavlja prijetnju zdravlju. Nakon ovih zabrana izbili su prosvjedi jer su žene tražile pravo na izbor vlastitih gaćica.

Pamučno donje rublje često je najudobnija opcija, ali postoje i neke zdravstvene prednosti njegovog nošenja, rekla je dr. Jennifer Angler, uroginekologinja i koautorica knjige "A Woman‘s Guide to Her Pelvic Floor: What The F*@# Is Going On There Down?" Kako kaže pamuk se smatra zlatnim standardom gaćica kada se radi o upijanju vlage i održavanju područja čistim i svježim, piše Jutarnji list. 

“Razlog zašto toliko liječnika preporučuje pamučne gaćice je taj što je pamuk vrlo nježan, upijajući i prozračan materijal. Sintetički materijali poput spandexa i najlona mogu zadržati vlagu i toplinu. To stvara idealno okruženje za rast bakterija i gljivica te izaziva razne infekcije“, rekla je dr. Victoria Scott, uroginekologinja te nadodala kako bi osobe s određenim zdravstvenim problemima trebale većinu vremena nositi pamučno donje rublje.

„Ako ste skloni gljivičnim infekcijama, bakterijskoj vaginozi ili infekcijama mokraćnog sustava, gaćice s pamučnim umetcima mogu smanjiti rizik od njihovog razvoja“, opisala je doktorica.

Nadodaje kako osobama koje imaju vaginalnu suhoću koja može uzrokovati bol gaćice s pamučnim preponama mogu pomoći da im bude bolje i udobnije.

„Prekomjerni rast gljivica može uzrokovati neugodne gljivične infekcije. Kada bakterije počnu rasti u tom području, to može dovesti do neravnoteže zdravih bakterija i uzrokovati bakterijsku vaginozu (BV) koja dovodi do pojave neugodnog iscjetka, a sve se može tretirati antibioticima“, rekla je ginekologinja dr. Erica Montes.

Unatoč rizicima, Scott kaže da nošenje gaćica od drugih materijala sigurno nije opasno za većinu ljudi. Budući da je ravnoteža vaginalnih bakterija različita za sve žene, mnoge mogu nositi ne pamučno donje rublje bez ikakvih negativnih učinaka.

Doktorica Christenie Greves naglašava da čipkasto donje rublje za neke ljude ima i svojih prednosti te da dobar par gaćica može biti mekan i ugodan.

Montes potiče svoje pacijente da razmisle o nošenju prave vrste donjeg rublja za sezonu i prigodu. Čipkaste gaćice mogu biti u redu u hladnoj zimi, ali mogu početi stvarati probleme u ljetnim vrućinama kada je znojenje češće.

Greves je objasnila da bi nošenje čipkastog donjeg rublja u posebnim prilikama moglo biti u redu, ali tijekom običnog dana ili dok vježbate možda ipak ne želite riskirati nadraživanje ženskih dijelova.

Scott također preporučuje da osobe koje su sklone infekcijama ili nelagodi peru svoje donje rublje deterdžentom bez mirisa i izbjegavaju omekšivače. Veličina gaćica je također bitna jer one preuske mogu povećati rizik od infekcija i iritacija.

Prema doktorici Scott, neki će ljudi nastaviti razvijati vaginalne infekcije ili iritaciju čak i nakon nošenja pamučnih gaćica. Njima preporuča da isprobaju gaćice od 100 postotnog pamuka.

Opće je poznato kako je pamučno donje rublje najbolji izbor za zdravlje intimnih područja. Mnogi ljudi, međutim, odluče zanemariti ovaj savjet zbog mode te biraju donje rublje napravljeno od satena ili čipke, piše BuzzFeed.

Ipak, tri zemlje, Rusija, Bjelorusija i Kazahstan, učinkovito su zabranile čipkaste gaćice 2014. godine. Te vlade smatraju da je čipkasto donje rublje bez pamučne podstave nehigijensko i da predstavlja prijetnju zdravlju. Nakon ovih zabrana izbili su prosvjedi jer su žene tražile pravo na izbor vlastitih gaćica.

Pamučno donje rublje često je najudobnija opcija, ali postoje i neke zdravstvene prednosti njegovog nošenja, rekla je dr. Jennifer Angler, uroginekologinja i koautorica knjige "A Woman‘s Guide to Her Pelvic Floor: What The F*@# Is Going On There Down?" Kako kaže pamuk se smatra zlatnim standardom gaćica kada se radi o upijanju vlage i održavanju područja čistim i svježim, piše Jutarnji list. 

“Razlog zašto toliko liječnika preporučuje pamučne gaćice je taj što je pamuk vrlo nježan, upijajući i prozračan materijal. Sintetički materijali poput spandexa i najlona mogu zadržati vlagu i toplinu. To stvara idealno okruženje za rast bakterija i gljivica te izaziva razne infekcije“, rekla je dr.
