Pokušavajući postići zacrtane ideale ljepote, snage i mladosti, mnogi kreću u teretanu. Drugi posežu za dodacima prehrani. Treći znaju da im od velike pomoći može biti zdrava prehrana pa se bacaju na otkrivanje namirnica koje sadrže sastojke za koje se zna ili bar pretpostavlja da pomažu u postizanju vitkosti, veće mišićne mase, vitalnosti, izdržljivosti... a zašto ne i bujne kose i ljepšeg tena?

Zaista postoji jelo za koje se smatra da može podržati zdrav razvoj mišića, ojačati kosu i učiniti je bujnom te poljepšati i pomladiti kožu. Ne samo da je prava poslastica za mišiće, kosu i kožu, nego i za nepce: avokado s jajem prijat će cijelom tijelu.

Avokado s jajem priprema se lako, dovoljno je znati razbiti jaje i prepoloviti avokadote ga očistiti ga od kore i sjemenke. Ako ste gurman, možda se poželite poigrati začinima pa vam u tom slučaju preporučujemo vlasac i papar.
Budete li ovo jelo jeli nekoliko puta tjedno - pri čemu je, prema nekim stručnjacima, najbolje jesti ga za doručak - kombinacija hranjivih sastojaka kojima obiluje djelovat će kao tonik za pomlađivanje kože. Masnoća će hidratizirati i umiriti suhu ili nadraženu kožu, otkrivajući blistav ten, a s vremenom će vam podariti i raskošne, sjajne pramenove.
No to nije sve: kombinacija zdravih masnoća također vam moće pomoći smanjiti rizik od kardiovaskularnih problema, ali i od propadanja kognitivnih funkcija do kojeg dolazi s godinama i uslijed izloženosti stresu. Kad smo već kod stresa, znanstvenici tvrde kako ova kombinacija potiče sintezu hormona koji smanjuju stres.

Donosimo vam jednostavan recept za dvije osobe.
Avokado s jajem
Sastojci
1 zreli avokado
2 manja jaja
1 žlica nasjeckanog vlasca ili peršina
½ žličice soli
¼ žličice svježe mljevenog crnog papra
¼ žličice pahuljica crvene paprike
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230°Celzija.
Avokado prepolovite po dužini i izvadite mu košticu. Koristeći žlicu, izdubite malo mesa svake polovice avokada (treba va mjesta za jaje).
Začinite polovice avokada solju i paprom (nemojte potrošiti sve, trebat će vam za kasnije) pa ih stavite u posudu za pečenje prerezanom stranom prema gore.
Razbijte svako jaje u zdjelicu, zatim pažljivo ubacite žumanjak i onoliko koliko stane od bjelanjaka u sredinu svake polovice avokada.
Pecite 15-ak minuta, odnosno dok bjelanjci ne pobijele. Začinite preostalom solju i paprom pa pospite mrvicama crvene paprike i ukrasite nasjeckanim vlascem ili peršinom.

Pokušavajući postići zacrtane ideale ljepote, snage i mladosti, mnogi kreću u teretanu. Drugi posežu za dodacima prehrani. Treći znaju da im od velike pomoći može biti zdrava prehrana pa se bacaju na otkrivanje namirnica koje sadrže sastojke za koje se zna ili bar pretpostavlja da pomažu u postizanju vitkosti, veće mišićne mase, vitalnosti, izdržljivosti... a zašto ne i bujne kose i ljepšeg tena?
Prije nego se ubijete guglajući, otkrit ćemo vam koje jelo vam može pomoći u postizanju cilja. Kojeg od navedenih, pitate se? Svih!
Zaista postoji jelo za koje se smatra da može podržati zdrav razvoj mišića, ojačati kosu i učiniti je bujnom te poljepšati i pomladiti kožu. Ne samo da je prava poslastica za mišiće, kosu i kožu, nego i za nepce: avokado s jajem prijat će cijelom tijelu.

Avokado s jajem priprema se lako, dovoljno je znati razbiti jaje i prepoloviti avokadote ga očistiti ga od kore i sjemenke. Ako ste gurman, možda se poželite poigrati začinima pa vam u tom slučaju preporučujemo vlasac i papar.
Budete li ovo jelo jeli nekoliko puta tjedno - pri čemu je, prema nekim stručnjacima, najbolje jesti ga za doručak - kombinacija hranjivih sastojaka kojima obiluje djelovat će kao tonik za pomlađivanje kože. Masnoća će hidratizirati i umiriti suhu ili nadraženu kožu, otkrivajući blistav ten, a s vremenom će vam podariti i raskošne, sjajne pramenove.
No to nije sve: kombinacija zdravih masnoća također vam moće pomoći smanjiti rizik od kardiovaskularnih problema, ali i od propadanja kognitivnih funkcija do kojeg dolazi s godinama i uslijed izloženosti stresu. Kad smo već kod stresa, znanstvenici tvrde kako ova kombinacija potiče sintezu hormona koji smanjuju stres.

Osim toga, jedete li avokado s jajem u kombinaciji s integralnim tostom osigurat ćete čitav niz nutrijenata koji osiguravaju dobru dozu energije i dugotrajnu sitost.
Donosimo vam jednostavan recept za dvije osobe.
Avokado s jajem
Sastojci
1 zreli avokado
2 manja jaja
1 žlica nasjeckanog vlasca ili peršina
½ žličice soli
¼ žličice svježe mljevenog crnog papra
¼ žličice pahuljica crvene paprike
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230°Celzija.
Avokado prepolovite po dužini i izvadite mu košticu. Koristeći žlicu, izdubite malo mesa svake polovice avokada (treba va mjesta za jaje).
Začinite polovice avokada solju i paprom (nemojte potrošiti sve, trebat će vam za kasnije) pa ih stavite u posudu za pečenje prerezanom stranom prema gore.
Razbijte svako jaje u zdjelicu, zatim pažljivo ubacite žumanjak i onoliko koliko stane od bjelanjaka u sredinu svake polovice avokada.
Pecite 15-ak minuta, odnosno dok bjelanjci ne pobijele. Začinite preostalom solju i paprom pa pospite mrvicama crvene paprike i ukrasite nasjeckanim vlascem ili peršinom.
