“Zidić” u Ljetnom kinu “Bačvice” bio je dan u prodaju da FMFS ulaznice potencijalno dobiju i oni koji nisu na vrijeme kupili karte za rasprodanu projekciju španjolskog filma “Zatvor 77” (“Modelo 77”/”Prison 77”). Odakle takav interes za “Zatvor 77” koji se potom prikazao i na Pulskom festivalu, također unutar programa Greater Adria?
FMFS publika oduvijek je bila posebno sklona španjolskoj kinematografiji na festivalu. Pored toga, “Prison 77” je i zasad posljednji film redatelja Alberta Rodrigueza čija “Močvara ” ili “La isla minima”, višestruko ovjenčana Goyama, slovi za “jedan od najpopularnijih i najposjećenijih filmova u povijesti FMFS-a”.

Nakon punokrvnog kriminalističkog “serial killer” trilera u stilu “Sedmice ”, “Sjećanja na ubojstvo ”, “Zodijaka ” i “Pravog detektiva ”, Rodriguez se odlučio okušati u žanru zatvorskog filma koji, ako ne računamo da se remake “Leptira” snimio u španjolskoj koprodukciji, nije odveć rasprostranjen u kinematografiji Španjolske (“Ćelija 211 ” i “Platforma ” su rijetki primjerci), kao ni na mediteransko-splitskom festivalu (“Noć kraljeva ”). Za ovog kritičara Rodriguezu je bolje legao žanr “Močvare”, ali nije da se on nije snašao i iza rešetaka zatvorskog filma, naprotiv.
Najveći problem solidnog “Zatvora 77” jest što je “prison movie” jedan od “najizlizanijih” žanrova i što ga je teško osvježiti nakon “Papillona ”, “Bijega iz Alcatraza ”, “Iza rešetaka ”, “Iskupljenja u Shawshanku ”, “Plana za bijeg ”, “Zakona jačeg ”, “Obračuna u bloku 99 ”, “Krvavog izlaska ”, “Konačne slobode ”...
“Prison 77” uvelike podsjeća na “The Shawshank Redemption” u formiranju prijateljstva između mlađeg zatvorenika Manuela (Miguel Herran iz hit-serije “Kuća od papira ”) i starijeg/iskusnijeg Pina (Javier Gutierrez ; glumio u “La isla minima”), odnosno orkestriranju trijumfalnog bijega. Manuel je, k tome, računovođa, baš kao lik Tima Robbinsa , samo što je on osuđen za pronevjeru novca, ne ubojstvo.

Međutim, na Rodriguezovoj strani je autentičnost: politizirani zatvorski film snimao se u pravom zatvoru Modesto, sukladno tome da je inspiriran istinitom pričom iz razdoblja nakon pada španjolskog diktatora Francisca Franca , a i filmičan je u stilu kinematografije sedamdesetih.
Teška tranzicija Španolske iz diktature u demokraciju ogleda se u krajnje neuglednom zatvoru punom buha, kamo čuvari njeguju fašizam. Kad se Manuel pobuni za osnovna prava, čuvari će ga pošteno propustiti kroz šake. “Imaš li novac za pritužbu? To ti je demokracija”, podbada kasnije jedan čuvar Manuela.
Zatvorenici smatraju da su “osuđeni nepošteno po nepravednim zakonima i diskriminatornom represivnom i fašističkom sudbenom dustavu” i zato imaju “pravo na opće pomilovanje kako bi mogli sudjelovati u izgradnji novog i pravednijeg društvenog sustava”, a Manuel će ih ujediniti u Udrugu za prava zatvorenika i započeti pobunu, što dakako neće naići na odobravanje čuvara.
Rodriguez umije vjerno prikazati muku zatvorenika, poput brutalnog premlaćivanja, plikova od buha i čireva na stopalima od dezinficijensa na podovima ćelija, ali i pronaći tračak ljepote u užasnim uvjetima, primjerice prilikom posjete sestre Manuelove djevojke (Catalina Sopelana ) ili kad naš mladi zatvorenik stavi 3D naočale kao da je u kinu. Zatvor je barem na trenutak sagledan ružičastim očima u “Zatvoru 77”.

“Zidić” u Ljetnom kinu “Bačvice” bio je dan u prodaju da FMFS ulaznice potencijalno dobiju i oni koji nisu na vrijeme kupili karte za rasprodanu projekciju španjolskog filma “Zatvor 77” (“Modelo 77”/”Prison 77”). Odakle takav interes za “Zatvor 77” koji se potom prikazao i na Pulskom festivalu, također unutar programa Greater Adria?
FMFS publika oduvijek je bila posebno sklona španjolskoj kinematografiji na festivalu. Pored toga, “Prison 77” je i zasad posljednji film redatelja Alberta Rodrigueza čija “Močvara ” ili “La isla minima”, višestruko ovjenčana Goyama, slovi za “jedan od najpopularnijih i najposjećenijih filmova u povijesti FMFS-a”.

Nakon punokrvnog kriminalističkog “serial killer” trilera u stilu “Sedmice ”, “Sjećanja na ubojstvo ”, “Zodijaka ” i “Pravog detektiva ”, Rodriguez se odlučio okušati u žanru zatvorskog filma koji, ako ne računamo da se remake “Leptira” snimio u španjolskoj koprodukciji, nije odveć rasprostranjen u kinematografiji Španjolske (“Ćelija 211 ” i “Platforma ” su rijetki primjerci), kao ni na mediteransko-splitskom festivalu (“Noć kraljeva ”). Za ovog kritičara Rodriguezu je bolje legao žanr “Močvare”, ali nije da se on nije snašao i iza rešetaka zatvorskog filma, naprotiv.
Najveći problem solidnog “Zatvora 77” jest što je “prison movie” jedan od “najizlizanijih” žanrova i što ga je teško osvježiti nakon “Papillona ”, “Bijega iz Alcatraza ”, “Iza rešetaka ”, “Iskupljenja u Shawshanku ”, “Plana za bijeg ”, “Zakona jačeg ”, “Obračuna u bloku 99 ”, “Krvavog izlaska ”, “Konačne slobode ”...
“Prison 77” uvelike podsjeća na “The Shawshank Redemption” u formiranju prijateljstva između mlađeg zatvorenika Manuela (Miguel Herran iz hit-serije “Kuća od papira ”) i starijeg/iskusnijeg Pina (Javier Gutierrez ; glumio u “La isla minima”), odnosno orkestriranju trijumfalnog bijega. Manuel je, k tome, računovođa, baš kao lik Tima Robbinsa , samo što je on osuđen za pronevjeru novca, ne ubojstvo.

Međutim, na Rodriguezovoj strani je autentičnost: politizirani zatvorski film snimao se u pravom zatvoru Modesto, sukladno tome da je inspiriran istinitom pričom iz razdoblja nakon pada španjolskog diktatora Francisca Franca , a i filmičan je u stilu kinematografije sedamdesetih.
Teška tranzicija Španolske iz diktature u demokraciju ogleda se u krajnje neuglednom zatvoru punom buha, kamo čuvari njeguju fašizam. Kad se Manuel pobuni za osnovna prava, čuvari će ga pošteno propustiti kroz šake. “Imaš li novac za pritužbu? To ti je demokracija”, podbada kasnije jedan čuvar Manuela.
Zatvorenici smatraju da su “osuđeni nepošteno po nepravednim zakonima i diskriminatornom represivnom i fašističkom sudbenom dustavu” i zato imaju “pravo na opće pomilovanje kako bi mogli sudjelovati u izgradnji novog i pravednijeg društvenog sustava”, a Manuel će ih ujediniti u Udrugu za prava zatvorenika i započeti pobunu, što dakako neće naići na odobravanje čuvara.
Rodriguez umije vjerno prikazati muku zatvorenika, poput brutalnog premlaćivanja, plikova od buha i čireva na stopalima od dezinficijensa na podovima ćelija, ali i pronaći tračak ljepote u užasnim uvjetima, primjerice prilikom posjete sestre Manuelove djevojke (Catalina Sopelana ) ili kad naš mladi zatvorenik stavi 3D naočale kao da je u kinu. Zatvor je barem na trenutak sagledan ružičastim očima u “Zatvoru 77”.
