Na prvoj Međunarodnoj manifestaciji meda Mediterana "Ambrozijana" koja je održana u Supetru na otoku Braču sudjelovalo je 27 pčelara s 30 uzoraka uglavnom lanjskog jesensko-zimskog meda.

Osim domaćina, sudjelovali su i pčelari sa šireg područja Dalmacije. Sa željom da postane tradicionalna, manifestaciju je organizirala pčelarska udruga "Bračke kamene košnice" koja to ime nosi u čast sjećanja na 333 košnice koje su prije tri stoljeća bile izrađene u Pustinji Blaca.

Stručnjaci tvrde kako danas na Braču ima više takvih sačuvanih kamenih košnica nego na cijelom Mediteranu.

Ocjenjivački sud na čijem se čelu nalazio dr. Dragan Bubalo s Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu za šampiona "Ambrozijane" proglasio je med od drače Gorana Jurjevića iz Splita. Bio je to jedini med od drače na ovoj smotri, ali vrijedan titule.

- Biti u jakoj konkurenciji najbolji među najboljima zaista me čini sretnim i ponosnim. Hvala organizatoru i ocjenjivačkom sudu, ali najveću zahvalnost dugujem mojim pčelama koje su mi podarile med vrhunske kvalitete - kazao je Jurjević s pobjedničkim pokalom u ruci dok je primao čestitke sa svih strana.

Kuriozitet je da je med od drače promaknut u šampiona tako da je iza sebe ostavio proizvode od kadulje i vriska koji su najčešće među nagrađivanima. Pčelar Jurjević je to objasnio ovako:

- Drača je vrhunski med koji je počesto nepravedno u sjeni kadulje, jer je ona medijski puno više eksponirana. Što se tiče kvalitete med od drače zna biti i bolji.

Laureatu "Ambrozijane" med je u krvi, jer su se tim poslom bavili njegov otac i nono. Mladi Splićanin se profesionalno bavi pčelarstvom od 2014. godine.

Ima oko 220 košnica od čega mu se polovica nalaze na stacionaru u selu Tinj u Ravnim kotarima, smještenom između Biograda na Moru i Benkovca. S drugom polovicom u kontejnerima seli pčele na ispašu širom Dalmacije, a ovisno o godišnjem dobu i u Liku. Od pčelarstva živi cijela njegova obitelj, a sa suprugom očekuje drugog sina.

- U uzgoju pčela znanost i praksa odnosno iskustvo trebaju ići šotobraco, jer je dug put do vrcanja meda. Često idem na ovakva natjecanja, jer na taj način testiram kvalitetu svog proizvoda, što kupci izuzetno cijene.

Šampionski med je vrhunske kvalitete pa će bez problema pronaći put do kupaca. Na tržištu je sve više patvorenog meda i to inspekcijske službe trebaju spriječiti.

Po struci sam geodet, ali je ljubav prema pčelama i medu bila jača. Kada jednom zavolite pčele onda postanete njihov ovisnik - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Naslov vicešampiona pripao je Petru Turudiću iz Vrlike za njegov med od vriska. Od bračkih pčelara, Darijan Marijančević iz Selaca bio je šampion u klasi meda od vrijeska, a Ivan Anić iz Bola u kategoriji cvjetnih medova.

Organizatori su plaketu počasnog člana posthumno dodijelili Stipi Nigojeviću iz Nerežišća za doprinos razvoju bračkog pčelarstva i dr. Bubalu za unapređenje pčelarstva na tom škoju.

Splitski pčelar Goran Jurjević pobjednik je prve bračne ‘Ambrozijane‘

Na prvoj Međunarodnoj manifestaciji meda Mediterana "Ambrozijana" koja je održana u Supetru na otoku Braču sudjelovalo je 27 pčelara s 30 uzoraka uglavnom lanjskog jesensko-zimskog meda.

Osim domaćina, sudjelovali su i pčelari sa šireg područja Dalmacije. Sa željom da postane tradicionalna, manifestaciju je organizirala pčelarska udruga "Bračke kamene košnice" koja to ime nosi u čast sjećanja na 333 košnice koje su prije tri stoljeća bile izrađene u Pustinji Blaca.

Stručnjaci tvrde kako danas na Braču ima više takvih sačuvanih kamenih košnica nego na cijelom Mediteranu.

Ocjenjivački sud na čijem se čelu nalazio dr. Dragan Bubalo s Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu za šampiona "Ambrozijane" proglasio je med od drače Gorana Jurjevića iz Splita. Bio je to jedini med od drače na ovoj smotri, ali vrijedan titule.

- Biti u jakoj konkurenciji najbolji među najboljima zaista me čini sretnim i ponosnim. Hvala organizatoru i ocjenjivačkom sudu, ali najveću zahvalnost dugujem mojim pčelama koje su mi podarile med vrhunske kvalitete - kazao je Jurjević s pobjedničkim pokalom u ruci dok je primao čestitke sa svih strana.

Kuriozitet je da je med od drače promaknut u šampiona tako da je iza sebe ostavio proizvode od kadulje i vriska koji su najčešće među nagrađivanima. Pčelar Jurjević je to objasnio ovako:

- Drača je vrhunski med koji je počesto nepravedno u sjeni kadulje, jer je ona medijski puno više eksponirana. Što se tiče kvalitete med od drače zna biti i bolji.

Laureatu "Ambrozijane" med je u krvi, jer su se tim poslom bavili njegov otac i nono. Mladi Splićanin se profesionalno bavi pčelarstvom od 2014. godine.

Ima oko 220 košnica od čega mu se polovica nalaze na stacionaru u selu Tinj u Ravnim kotarima, smještenom između Biograda na Moru i Benkovca. S drugom polovicom u kontejnerima seli pčele na ispašu širom Dalmacije, a ovisno o godišnjem dobu i u Liku. Od pčelarstva živi cijela njegova obitelj, a sa suprugom očekuje drugog sina.

- U uzgoju pčela znanost i praksa odnosno iskustvo trebaju ići šotobraco, jer je dug put do vrcanja meda. Često idem na ovakva natjecanja, jer na taj način testiram kvalitetu svog proizvoda, što kupci izuzetno cijene.

Šampionski med je vrhunske kvalitete pa će bez problema pronaći put do kupaca. Na tržištu je sve više patvorenog meda i to inspekcijske službe trebaju spriječiti.

Po struci sam geodet, ali je ljubav prema pčelama i medu bila jača. Kada jednom zavolite pčele onda postanete njihov ovisnik - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Naslov vicešampiona pripao je Petru Turudiću iz Vrlike za njegov med od vriska. Od bračkih pčelara, Darijan Marijančević iz Selaca bio je šampion u klasi meda od vrijeska, a Ivan Anić iz Bola u kategoriji cvjetnih medova.

Organizatori su plaketu počasnog člana posthumno dodijelili Stipi Nigojeviću iz Nerežišća za doprinos razvoju bračkog pčelarstva i dr. Bubalu za unapređenje pčelarstva na tom škoju.
