Na Gradskom je vijeću govora bilo i o zamjeni gradskog zemljišta s HEP-ovim zemljištem na Sinjoretovu gdje Grad planira napraviiti zgradu mjesnog vrtića, malonogometno igralište za potrebe mjesnog odbora te pristupnu nerazvrstanu cestu, dok HEP planira nekretninu stečenu u postupku zamjene iskoristiti za izgradnju elektroenergetske infrastrukture.

Ni ova točka nije protekla bez rasprave, ali ne rasprave o tome je li potrebno mijenjati zemljišta, po kojoj cijeni i uvjetima, već tko je zaslužan za podnošenje amandmana koji bi trebao Sinjoretovu donijeti igralište za mali nogomet. 

Rasprava o zaslugama vodila se između vijećnika Mate Lukića (HSP) i Ante Rubeše (AM) koji se nisu mogli dogovoriti čiji je to bio amandman. 

Lukić se najprije zahvalio "zato što je usvojen njegov amandman", pa se Rubeša javio i rekao kako to nije njegov amandaman jer je on većina i da većina ne podnosi amandmane. Lukić je zatim krenuo čitati medijske natpise i spominjati kako je on još 2022. govorio o tom igralištu te dodao "ako je tako kako Rubeša tvrdi, nema veze, bitno da se napravilo". Rubeša je zatim kazao kako on "vodi brigu o svim predjelima Zadra i kvartovima pa tako i o njegovom kvartu". 

Podsjetimo kako je Grad Zadar vlasnik čestice u Diklu površine od 3947 kvadrata vrijedne 410 tisuća eura, dok je HEP vlasnik dviju čestica ukupune površine 5218 kvadrata na Žmirićima gdje je azil za pse, ukupne vrijednosti od 382 tisuće eura. 

Točka je unatoč raspravi "čiji je amandman" izglasana, a njome se HEP obvezuje da će Gradu Zadru isplatiti razliku u cijeni vrijednosti zemljišta koja iznosi 28 tisuća eura.

Na Gradskom je vijeću govora bilo i o zamjeni gradskog zemljišta s HEP-ovim zemljištem na Sinjoretovu gdje Grad planira napraviiti zgradu mjesnog vrtića, malonogometno igralište za potrebe mjesnog odbora te pristupnu nerazvrstanu cestu, dok HEP planira nekretninu stečenu u postupku zamjene iskoristiti za izgradnju elektroenergetske infrastrukture.

Ni ova točka nije protekla bez rasprave, ali ne rasprave o tome je li potrebno mijenjati zemljišta, po kojoj cijeni i uvjetima, već tko je zaslužan za podnošenje amandmana koji bi trebao Sinjoretovu donijeti igralište za mali nogomet. 

Rasprava o zaslugama vodila se između vijećnika Mate Lukića (HSP) i Ante Rubeše (AM) koji se nisu mogli dogovoriti čiji je to bio amandman. 

Lukić se najprije zahvalio "zato što je usvojen njegov amandman", pa se Rubeša javio i rekao kako to nije njegov amandaman jer je on većina i da većina ne podnosi amandmane. Lukić je zatim krenuo čitati medijske natpise i spominjati kako je on još 2022. govorio o tom igralištu te dodao "ako je tako kako Rubeša tvrdi, nema veze, bitno da se napravilo". Rubeša je zatim kazao kako on "vodi brigu o svim predjelima Zadra i kvartovima pa tako i o njegovom kvartu". 

Podsjetimo kako je Grad Zadar vlasnik čestice u Diklu površine od 3947 kvadrata vrijedne 410 tisuća eura, dok je HEP vlasnik dviju čestica ukupune površine 5218 kvadrata na Žmirićima gdje je azil za pse, ukupne vrijednosti od 382 tisuće eura. 

Točka je unatoč raspravi "čiji je amandman" izglasana, a njome se HEP obvezuje da će Gradu Zadru isplatiti razliku u cijeni vrijednosti zemljišta koja iznosi 28 tisuća eura.

Na Gradskom je vijeću govora bilo i o zamjeni gradskog zemljišta s HEP-ovim zemljištem na Sinjoretovu gdje Grad planira napraviiti zgradu mjesnog vrtića, malonogometno igralište za potrebe mjesnog odbora te pristupnu nerazvrstanu cestu, dok HEP planira nekretninu stečenu u postupku zamjene iskoristiti za izgradnju elektroenergetske infrastrukture.

Ni ova točka nije protekla bez rasprave, ali ne rasprave o tome je li potrebno mijenjati zemljišta, po kojoj cijeni i uvjetima, već tko je zaslužan za podnošenje amandmana koji bi trebao Sinjoretovu donijeti igralište za mali nogomet. 

Rasprava o zaslugama vodila se između vijećnika Mate Lukića (HSP) i Ante Rubeše (AM) koji se nisu mogli dogovoriti čiji je to bio amandman. 

Lukić se najprije zahvalio "zato što je usvojen njegov amandman", pa se Rubeša javio i rekao kako to nije njegov amandaman jer je on većina i da većina ne podnosi amandmane. Lukić je zatim krenuo čitati medijske natpise i spominjati kako je on još 2022. govorio o tom igralištu te dodao "ako je tako kako Rubeša tvrdi, nema veze, bitno da se napravilo". Rubeša je zatim kazao kako on "vodi brigu o svim predjelima Zadra i kvartovima pa tako i o njegovom kvartu". 

Podsjetimo kako je Grad Zadar vlasnik čestice u Diklu površine od 3947 kvadrata vrijedne 410 tisuća eura, dok je HEP vlasnik dviju čestica ukupune površine 5218 kvadrata na Žmirićima gdje je azil za pse, ukupne vrijednosti od 382 tisuće eura. 

Točka je unatoč raspravi "čiji je amandman" izglasana, a njome se HEP obvezuje da će Gradu Zadru isplatiti razliku u cijeni vrijednosti zemljišta koja iznosi 28 tisuća eura.
