Zadarska kompanija "G&V Line Iadera" od sutra, 1. srpnja, preuzima državnu prugu Korčula – Orebić i obratno, a na njoj će ploviti brod "Zvijezda Kvarnera", izgrađen 2016. godine, kapaciteta 173 putnika.

Tu informaciju potvrdili su nam i u Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet, uz napomenu da je zadarska tvrtka "odabrana kao najpovoljniji ponuditelj za održavanje linije".

– Na odluku o odabiru izjavljena je žalba (komunalne tvrtke "Bilan" iz Orebića", op.a.), te nije bilo moguće potpisati ugovor do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave. To nacionalno tijelo odbilo je žalbu kao neosnovanu, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za potpisivanje ugovora – naglasili su iz Agencije.

Epilog je to višemjesečnih polemika oko odabira koncesionara državne brodske pruge koja se spominje kao druga po profitabilnosti na cijelom hrvatskom priobalju.

Na toj važnoj relaciji plovili su brodovi "Lovor" i "Tamaris", mnogima poznati kao nekadašnji dijelovi danas "pokojne" kompanije "Mediteranska plovidba" iz Korčule. Nakon stečaja nekadašnjeg otočnog ponosa, blizance je preuzeo "Bilan" i godišnje njima prevozio oko 230 tisuća putnika.

Međutim, nakon natječaja za dodjelu nove, trogodišnje koncesije, u veljači ove godine donesena je odluka kako će linija biti dodijeljena privatnom brodaru "G&V Line Iadera". Bio je to šok za komunalnu tvrtku, a još veći za 15 zaposlenika na spomenutoj liniji, i to troje u administraciji i 12 članova brodskih posada, od kojih je osam iz Orebića, a četiri iz Korčule.

"Bilan" je 2015. preuzeo pola koncesije od "Mediteranske plovidbe" u stečaju, a na sljedećem koncesijskom nadmetanju bili su jedini ponuditelji. Liniju su dobili na tri godine, uz napomenu kako je mogu, bez natječaja, zadržati i predstojećih devet godina uz uvjet nabave mlađe flote i sigurnijih brodova.

No Pelješčani nisu pomladili flotu, "Lovor" i "Tamaris" su stariji od 30 godina, a posljedice su došle na naplatu u veljači. Odmah u ožujku, "Bilanovo" čelništvo podnijelo je žalbu Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet u osam točaka, od čega su uvažene dvije.

Državna komisija nije zatražila prekidanje natječaja nego je Zadranima dala priliku za dopunu dokumentacije, te je nacionalna Agencija ponovno dodijelila koncesiju "G&V Line Iaderi". Općina Orebić i njezina komunalna tvrtka su "Lovora" i "Tamarisa" otkupili od "Mediteranske plovidbe" kreditnim zaduženjem za koje su tražili odgodu plaćanja pet godina.

Financijski teret nešto veći od tri milijuna kuna se ove godine počeo naplaćivati, a koncesija (i) od koje su trebali vraćati novac više nije njihova.

Lokalni vijećnik Roko Palihnić proljetos je upozoravao na ovakav ishod.

– Govorio sam kako je "Bilan" apsolutno odgovoran za ovakav razvoj situacije. Radi se o profitu od otprilike tri milijuna kuna godišnje plus subvencija države, najavljivali su kupnju mlađeg broda, no to nisu realizirali. Jasno mi je da nije lako izdvojiti pet, šest milijuna eura za kupnju broda, ali mogli smo se prijaviti na natječaje EU-a.

- Novcem zarađenim na toj liniji u "Bilanu" su krpali financijske probleme koji su nastali lošim gospodarenjem i odlaganjem otpada. Osim toga, Vijeću sam predlagao da se na natječaj prijavimo s unajmljenom brodicom na što su mi odgovorili kako to nije moguće. Zadrani su, na kraju, koncesiju dobili upravo unajmljenom brodicom – negodovao je Palihnić.

Zadarska kompanija "G&V Line Iadera" od sutra, 1. srpnja, preuzima državnu prugu Korčula – Orebić i obratno, a na njoj će ploviti brod "Zvijezda Kvarnera", izgrađen 2016. godine, kapaciteta 173 putnika.

Tu informaciju potvrdili su nam i u Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet, uz napomenu da je zadarska tvrtka "odabrana kao najpovoljniji ponuditelj za održavanje linije".

– Na odluku o odabiru izjavljena je žalba (komunalne tvrtke "Bilan" iz Orebića", op.a.), te nije bilo moguće potpisati ugovor do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave. To nacionalno tijelo odbilo je žalbu kao neosnovanu, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za potpisivanje ugovora – naglasili su iz Agencije.

Epilog je to višemjesečnih polemika oko odabira koncesionara državne brodske pruge koja se spominje kao druga po profitabilnosti na cijelom hrvatskom priobalju.

Na toj važnoj relaciji plovili su brodovi "Lovor" i "Tamaris", mnogima poznati kao nekadašnji dijelovi danas "pokojne" kompanije "Mediteranska plovidba" iz Korčule. Nakon stečaja nekadašnjeg otočnog ponosa, blizance je preuzeo "Bilan" i godišnje njima prevozio oko 230 tisuća putnika.

Međutim, nakon natječaja za dodjelu nove, trogodišnje koncesije, u veljači ove godine donesena je odluka kako će linija biti dodijeljena privatnom brodaru "G&V Line Iadera". Bio je to šok za komunalnu tvrtku, a još veći za 15 zaposlenika na spomenutoj liniji, i to troje u administraciji i 12 članova brodskih posada, od kojih je osam iz Orebića, a četiri iz Korčule.

"Bilan" je 2015. preuzeo pola koncesije od "Mediteranske plovidbe" u stečaju, a na sljedećem koncesijskom nadmetanju bili su jedini ponuditelji. Liniju su dobili na tri godine, uz napomenu kako je mogu, bez natječaja, zadržati i predstojećih devet godina uz uvjet nabave mlađe flote i sigurnijih brodova.

No Pelješčani nisu pomladili flotu, "Lovor" i "Tamaris" su stariji od 30 godina, a posljedice su došle na naplatu u veljači. Odmah u ožujku, "Bilanovo" čelništvo podnijelo je žalbu Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet u osam točaka, od čega su uvažene dvije.

Državna komisija nije zatražila prekidanje natječaja nego je Zadranima dala priliku za dopunu dokumentacije, te je nacionalna Agencija ponovno dodijelila koncesiju "G&V Line Iaderi". Općina Orebić i njezina komunalna tvrtka su "Lovora" i "Tamarisa" otkupili od "Mediteranske plovidbe" kreditnim zaduženjem za koje su tražili odgodu plaćanja pet godina.

Financijski teret nešto veći od tri milijuna kuna se ove godine počeo naplaćivati, a koncesija (i) od koje su trebali vraćati novac više nije njihova.

Lokalni vijećnik Roko Palihnić proljetos je upozoravao na ovakav ishod.

– Govorio sam kako je "Bilan" apsolutno odgovoran za ovakav razvoj situacije. Radi se o profitu od otprilike tri milijuna kuna godišnje plus subvencija države, najavljivali su kupnju mlađeg broda, no to nisu realizirali. Jasno mi je da nije lako izdvojiti pet, šest milijuna eura za kupnju broda, ali mogli smo se prijaviti na natječaje EU-a.

- Novcem zarađenim na toj liniji u "Bilanu" su krpali financijske probleme koji su nastali lošim gospodarenjem i odlaganjem otpada. Osim toga, Vijeću sam predlagao da se na natječaj prijavimo s unajmljenom brodicom na što su mi odgovorili kako to nije moguće. Zadrani su, na kraju, koncesiju dobili upravo unajmljenom brodicom – negodovao je Palihnić.

Zadarska kompanija "G&V Line Iadera" od sutra, 1. srpnja, preuzima državnu prugu Korčula – Orebić i obratno, a na njoj će ploviti brod "Zvijezda Kvarnera", izgrađen 2016. godine, kapaciteta 173 putnika.

Tu informaciju potvrdili su nam i u Agenciji za obalni linijski pomorski promet, uz napomenu da je zadarska tvrtka "odabrana kao najpovoljniji ponuditelj za održavanje linije".

– Na odluku o odabiru izjavljena je žalba (komunalne tvrtke "Bilan" iz Orebića", op.a.), te nije bilo moguće potpisati ugovor do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave. To nacionalno tijelo odbilo je žalbu kao neosnovanu, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za potpisivanje ugovora – naglasili su iz Agencije.

Epilog je to višemjesečnih polemika oko odabira koncesionara državne brodske pruge koja se spominje kao druga po profitabilnosti na cijelom hrvatskom priobalju.

Na toj važnoj relaciji plovili su brodovi "Lovor" i "Tamaris", mnogima poznati kao nekadašnji dijelovi danas "pokojne" kompanije "Mediteranska plovidba" iz Korčule. Nakon stečaja nekadašnjeg otočnog ponosa, blizance je preuzeo "Bilan" i godišnje njima prevozio oko 230 tisuća putnika.

Međutim, nakon natječaja za dodjelu nove, trogodišnje koncesije, u veljači ove godine donesena je odluka kako će linija biti dodijeljena privatnom brodaru "G&V Line Iadera". Bio je to šok za komunalnu tvrtku, a još veći za 15 zaposlenika na spomenutoj liniji, i to troje u administraciji i 12 članova brodskih posada, od kojih je osam iz Orebića, a četiri iz Korčule.

"Bilan" je 2015. preuzeo pola koncesije od "Mediteranske plovidbe" u stečaju, a na sljedećem koncesijskom nadmetanju bili su jedini ponuditelji. Liniju su dobili na tri godine, uz napomenu kako je mogu, bez natječaja, zadržati i predstojećih devet godina uz uvjet nabave mlađe flote i sigurnijih brodova.
