Vlasnici broda za prijevoz kontejnera koji je u ožujku blokirao Sueski kanal dali su novu ponudu u sporu za odštetu s vlastima kanala, a sudska presuda o tom slučaju odgođena je za dva tjedna kako bi se ostavilo više vremena za pregovore, javlja Reuters.

Portal Tradewinds piše da najnovija ponuda iznosi 550 milijuna američkih dolara.

Divovski kontejnerski brod Ever Given usidren je u jezeru između dva dijela kanala otkako je odsukan još 29. ožujka. Šest je dana bio nasukan preko kanala, blokirajući stotine brodova i remeteći globalnu trgovinu.

Uprava Sueskog kanala (SCA) zatražila je 916 milijuna dolara odštete za pokriće troškova odsukavanja, štetu na ugledu i izgubljeni prihod, a nakon toga je zahtjev smanjila na 550 milijuna dolara.

Japanski vlasnici Ever Givena, tvrtka Shoei Kisen, i osiguravatelji osporili su zahtjev i zadržavanje broda prema nalogu egipatskog suda.

Pregovori su trajali do subote, a vlasnici broda dali su novu ponudu, rekao je odvjetnik SCA Khaled Abu Bakr na ročištu na sudu zbog zadržavanja broda u Ismailiji.

Stann Marine, koji zastupa vlasnike i osiguravatelje Ever Givena, rekao je: "Tijekom više od 15 dana i u produženim, dugim i mukotrpnim, ali pozitivnim radnim sastancima, vode se pregovori."

"Tijekom pregovora podnijeli smo prijedlog za koji vjerujemo da zadovoljava sve zahtjeve SCA", navodi se u priopćenju, dodajući da će detalji pregovora ostati tajni.

Predsjednik SCA-e prethodno je rekao da je Shoei Kisen ponudio 150 milijuna dolara.

Presuda suda trebala je biti objavljena u nedjelju nakon nekoliko odgoda, ali Stann Marine rekao je da je zatražio odgodu. Sudski izvori rekli su da je slučaj odgođen do 4. srpnja kako bi se omogućila "mirna nagodba".

Ovaj tjedan UK P&I Club, jedan od brodskih osiguravatelja, rekao je da se "nada pozitivnom rješenju ovih pregovora u bliskoj budućnosti".

Vlasnici broda za prijevoz kontejnera koji je u ožujku blokirao Sueski kanal dali su novu ponudu u sporu za odštetu s vlastima kanala, a sudska presuda o tom slučaju odgođena je za dva tjedna kako bi se ostavilo više vremena za pregovore, javlja Reuters.

Portal Tradewinds piše da najnovija ponuda iznosi 550 milijuna američkih dolara.

Divovski kontejnerski brod Ever Given usidren je u jezeru između dva dijela kanala otkako je odsukan još 29. ožujka. Šest je dana bio nasukan preko kanala, blokirajući stotine brodova i remeteći globalnu trgovinu.

Uprava Sueskog kanala (SCA) zatražila je 916 milijuna dolara odštete za pokriće troškova odsukavanja, štetu na ugledu i izgubljeni prihod, a nakon toga je zahtjev smanjila na 550 milijuna dolara.

Japanski vlasnici Ever Givena, tvrtka Shoei Kisen, i osiguravatelji osporili su zahtjev i zadržavanje broda prema nalogu egipatskog suda.

Pregovori su trajali do subote, a vlasnici broda dali su novu ponudu, rekao je odvjetnik SCA Khaled Abu Bakr na ročištu na sudu zbog zadržavanja broda u Ismailiji.

Stann Marine, koji zastupa vlasnike i osiguravatelje Ever Givena, rekao je: "Tijekom više od 15 dana i u produženim, dugim i mukotrpnim, ali pozitivnim radnim sastancima, vode se pregovori."

"Tijekom pregovora podnijeli smo prijedlog za koji vjerujemo da zadovoljava sve zahtjeve SCA", navodi se u priopćenju, dodajući da će detalji pregovora ostati tajni.

Predsjednik SCA-e prethodno je rekao da je Shoei Kisen ponudio 150 milijuna dolara.

Presuda suda trebala je biti objavljena u nedjelju nakon nekoliko odgoda, ali Stann Marine rekao je da je zatražio odgodu. Sudski izvori rekli su da je slučaj odgođen do 4. srpnja kako bi se omogućila "mirna nagodba".

Ovaj tjedan UK P&I Club, jedan od brodskih osiguravatelja, rekao je da se "nada pozitivnom rješenju ovih pregovora u bliskoj budućnosti".

Vlasnici broda za prijevoz kontejnera koji je u ožujku blokirao Sueski kanal dali su novu ponudu u sporu za odštetu s vlastima kanala, a sudska presuda o tom slučaju odgođena je za dva tjedna kako bi se ostavilo više vremena za pregovore, javlja Reuters.

Portal Tradewinds piše da najnovija ponuda iznosi 550 milijuna američkih dolara.

Divovski kontejnerski brod Ever Given usidren je u jezeru između dva dijela kanala otkako je odsukan još 29. ožujka. Šest je dana bio nasukan preko kanala, blokirajući stotine brodova i remeteći globalnu trgovinu.

Uprava Sueskog kanala (SCA) zatražila je 916 milijuna dolara odštete za pokriće troškova odsukavanja, štetu na ugledu i izgubljeni prihod, a nakon toga je zahtjev smanjila na 550 milijuna dolara.

Japanski vlasnici Ever Givena, tvrtka Shoei Kisen, i osiguravatelji osporili su zahtjev i zadržavanje broda prema nalogu egipatskog suda.

Pregovori su trajali do subote, a vlasnici broda dali su novu ponudu, rekao je odvjetnik SCA Khaled Abu Bakr na ročištu na sudu zbog zadržavanja broda u Ismailiji.

Stann Marine, koji zastupa vlasnike i osiguravatelje Ever Givena, rekao je: "Tijekom više od 15 dana i u produženim, dugim i mukotrpnim, ali pozitivnim radnim sastancima, vode se pregovori."

"Tijekom pregovora podnijeli smo prijedlog za koji vjerujemo da zadovoljava sve zahtjeve SCA", navodi se u priopćenju, dodajući da će detalji pregovora ostati tajni.

Predsjednik SCA-e prethodno je rekao da je Shoei Kisen ponudio 150 milijuna dolara.

Presuda suda trebala je biti objavljena u nedjelju nakon nekoliko odgoda, ali Stann Marine rekao je da je zatražio odgodu. Sudski izvori rekli su da je slučaj odgođen do 4. srpnja kako bi se omogućila "mirna nagodba".

Ovaj tjedan UK P&I Club, jedan od brodskih osiguravatelja, rekao je da se "nada pozitivnom rješenju ovih pregovora u bliskoj budućnosti".
