Pandemija, masovne blagdanske narudžbe i Brexit među glavnim su krivcima zastoja u velikim svjetskim lukama, zbog kojih su morale intervenirati i vlade.

Američki predsjednik Joe Biden dogovorio je s direktorom luke u Los Angelesu da uvedu 24-satno radno vrijeme, kako ne bi došlo do većih zastoja s opskrbom dnevnih dobara, pogotovo uoči sezone blagdana, koja sama po sebi stvara pritisak na njih, piše Jutarnji.

Dvije kalifornijske luke, ona u Los Angelesu i luka u Long Beachu zajedno obrađuju četrdeset posto kontejnerskog prometa koji ulazi u SAD. No, situacija nije ništa bolja u lukama na istočnoj obali te zemlje, poput one u Baltimoreu. Snimke iz zraka prikazuju tisuće naslaganih kontejnera, koji čekaju svoj red.

Najveća kontejnerska luka u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, Felixtowe, sama zaprima 36% ukupnog kontejnerskog prometa za tu zemlju. Situaciju je ondje dodatno opteretio Brexit, zbog kojeg je lancu opskrbe dodatno naštetio manjak obučenih vozača kamiona pa je diljem Britanije dolazilo do povremene nestašice goriva, svježeg voća i povrća, kruha, mliječnih i drugih proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu.

Veliki zastoji prijavljeni su i u najvećoj europskoj luci, u nizozemskom Roterdamu. Ondje je krajem rujna vrijeme čekanja skočilo na 163 sata, što je gotovo punih sedam dana stajanja u luci, u samom startu.

Novi zastoji "poharali" su velike transportne luke samo pet mjeseci nakon što je blokada kanala Suez prouzrokovala velike distribucijske probleme.

Stručnjaci za logistiku, direktori luka i političari nadaju se konkretnim i brzim rješenjima kako ne bi došlo do praznih blagdanskih stolova diljem svijeta.

'Situacija će se prije pogoršati nego poboljšati'

Analitičari kreditne agencije Moody's prije nekoliko dana upozorili su da će se stanje lanaca opskrbe "prije pogoršati nego poboljšati".

- Sve je očitije da će problemi koji more globalne lance opskrbe otežati oporavak svjetske ekonomije koji se taman zahuktava - stoji u izvješću agencije Moody's.

Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) ovih je dana svoju projekciju rasta američke ekonomije smanjio za jedan posto, što je najveće smanjenje predviđenog rasta neke G7 zemlje. MMF je rekao da projekciju snizio zbog problema u lancima opskrbe i slabljenja potrošnje.

- Kontrole na granicama, ograničena mobilnost, nedostupnost globalne covid propusnice i potisnuta potražnja zbog zarobljenosti ljudi u domovima doveli su do toga da globalna ekonomija pati zato što se dostave ne ispunjavaju na vrijeme, što pak dovodi do rasta cijena i troškova. Sve to znači da rast BDP-a na globalnoj razini neće biti toliko robustan - piše u izvješću.

Moody's kaže da je nedostatak vozača teretnih vozila "najslabija karika" u lancu. Britanske luke su zakrčene, a benzinske crpke bez goriva upravo zbog manjka vozača.

Agencija kaže da budućnost trenutno nije svijetla zbog nekoliko faktora koji otežavaju oporavak lanaca opskrbe.

Kao prvo, Moody's kaže da se različite zemlje na različiti način bore s covidom-19 te da se zbog toga ne mogu usuglasiti pravila po kojima će se ravnati dionici svjetske ekonomije. Primjerice, Kina želi broj slučajeva zaraze svesti na nulu, a SAD je spreman živjeti s covidom i tretirati ga kao endemsku bolest.

- Te razlike predstavljaju ozbiljnu prepreku jer se zbog njih ne mogu uskladiti obrasci za kretanje djelatnika u lancima opskrbe - kažu analitičari agencije.

Kao drugo, Moody's kaže da nema "koordiniranog globalnog htijenja" da se osigura bolje funkcioniranje lanca opskrbe.

Pandemija, masovne blagdanske narudžbe i Brexit među glavnim su krivcima zastoja u velikim svjetskim lukama, zbog kojih su morale intervenirati i vlade.

Američki predsjednik Joe Biden dogovorio je s direktorom luke u Los Angelesu da uvedu 24-satno radno vrijeme, kako ne bi došlo do većih zastoja s opskrbom dnevnih dobara, pogotovo uoči sezone blagdana, koja sama po sebi stvara pritisak na njih, piše Jutarnji.

Dvije kalifornijske luke, ona u Los Angelesu i luka u Long Beachu zajedno obrađuju četrdeset posto kontejnerskog prometa koji ulazi u SAD. No, situacija nije ništa bolja u lukama na istočnoj obali te zemlje, poput one u Baltimoreu. Snimke iz zraka prikazuju tisuće naslaganih kontejnera, koji čekaju svoj red.

Najveća kontejnerska luka u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, Felixtowe, sama zaprima 36% ukupnog kontejnerskog prometa za tu zemlju. Situaciju je ondje dodatno opteretio Brexit, zbog kojeg je lancu opskrbe dodatno naštetio manjak obučenih vozača kamiona pa je diljem Britanije dolazilo do povremene nestašice goriva, svježeg voća i povrća, kruha, mliječnih i drugih proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu.

Veliki zastoji prijavljeni su i u najvećoj europskoj luci, u nizozemskom Roterdamu. Ondje je krajem rujna vrijeme čekanja skočilo na 163 sata, što je gotovo punih sedam dana stajanja u luci, u samom startu.

Novi zastoji "poharali" su velike transportne luke samo pet mjeseci nakon što je blokada kanala Suez prouzrokovala velike distribucijske probleme.

Stručnjaci za logistiku, direktori luka i političari nadaju se konkretnim i brzim rješenjima kako ne bi došlo do praznih blagdanskih stolova diljem svijeta.

'Situacija će se prije pogoršati nego poboljšati'

Analitičari kreditne agencije Moody's prije nekoliko dana upozorili su da će se stanje lanaca opskrbe "prije pogoršati nego poboljšati".

- Sve je očitije da će problemi koji more globalne lance opskrbe otežati oporavak svjetske ekonomije koji se taman zahuktava - stoji u izvješću agencije Moody's.

Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) ovih je dana svoju projekciju rasta američke ekonomije smanjio za jedan posto, što je najveće smanjenje predviđenog rasta neke G7 zemlje. MMF je rekao da projekciju snizio zbog problema u lancima opskrbe i slabljenja potrošnje.

- Kontrole na granicama, ograničena mobilnost, nedostupnost globalne covid propusnice i potisnuta potražnja zbog zarobljenosti ljudi u domovima doveli su do toga da globalna ekonomija pati zato što se dostave ne ispunjavaju na vrijeme, što pak dovodi do rasta cijena i troškova. Sve to znači da rast BDP-a na globalnoj razini neće biti toliko robustan - piše u izvješću.

Moody's kaže da je nedostatak vozača teretnih vozila "najslabija karika" u lancu. Britanske luke su zakrčene, a benzinske crpke bez goriva upravo zbog manjka vozača.

Agencija kaže da budućnost trenutno nije svijetla zbog nekoliko faktora koji otežavaju oporavak lanaca opskrbe.

Kao prvo, Moody's kaže da se različite zemlje na različiti način bore s covidom-19 te da se zbog toga ne mogu usuglasiti pravila po kojima će se ravnati dionici svjetske ekonomije. Primjerice, Kina želi broj slučajeva zaraze svesti na nulu, a SAD je spreman živjeti s covidom i tretirati ga kao endemsku bolest.

- Te razlike predstavljaju ozbiljnu prepreku jer se zbog njih ne mogu uskladiti obrasci za kretanje djelatnika u lancima opskrbe - kažu analitičari agencije.

Kao drugo, Moody's kaže da nema "koordiniranog globalnog htijenja" da se osigura bolje funkcioniranje lanca opskrbe.
