Osobe s invaliditetom mogu od danas putem platforme e-Građani podnijeti zahtjev za Iskaznicu kojom ostvaruju pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama, kao i pravo na pratnju te osobno vozilo.

Zahtjev za iskaznicom podnosi se na platformi e-Građani odabirom usluge u Katalogu usluga, područje Obitelj i život ili putem poveznice https://prava-osi.hr.

Za to je potrebna vjerodajnica značajne ili visoke razine sigurnosti. Ako je od izdavanja osobne iskaznice podnositelja prošlo više od pet godina, zahtjevu je potrebno priložiti fotografiju, dok je uplatu moguće obaviti putem sustava e-pristojba.

O svim promjenama u zahtjevu korisnik će dobiti obavijest u svoj korisnički pretinac, a iskaznica će biti dostavljena na adresu prebivališta u roku od 30 dana od dana zaprimanja zahtjeva, izvijestila je Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost (AKD).

Podnositelj zahtjeva ne dostavlja nalaze vještačenja ili rješenja o invaliditetu. Provjera ostvaruje li korisnik pravo na besplatan prijevoz u pomorskom prometu obavlja se putem Registra o osobama s invaliditetom (ROI) koji vodi Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo te su ažurirani podaci u evidenciji ROI-a osnovni preduvjet za uspješnu obradu zahtjeva za izdavanje Iskaznice.

Pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama s obvezom javne usluge ostvaruju osobe s invaliditetom kod kojih je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje donjih ekstremiteta 80 posto ili više, hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi sa 100-postonim tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe kojima je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje osjetila vida od 100 posto, gluhoslijepe osobe sa 100-postotni tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe s invaliditetom s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja te djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja.

Besplatan prijevoz za navedene kategorije odnosi se na korisnika, pratnju i osobno vozilo. Pravo na besplatan prijevoz ostvaruju i djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim I. i II. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja koja imaju prebivalište na otoku te njihova pratnja.

Osobe s invaliditetom mogu od danas putem platforme e-Građani podnijeti zahtjev za Iskaznicu kojom ostvaruju pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama, kao i pravo na pratnju te osobno vozilo.

Zahtjev za iskaznicom podnosi se na platformi e-Građani odabirom usluge u Katalogu usluga, područje Obitelj i život ili putem poveznice https://prava-osi.hr.

Za to je potrebna vjerodajnica značajne ili visoke razine sigurnosti. Ako je od izdavanja osobne iskaznice podnositelja prošlo više od pet godina, zahtjevu je potrebno priložiti fotografiju, dok je uplatu moguće obaviti putem sustava e-pristojba.

O svim promjenama u zahtjevu korisnik će dobiti obavijest u svoj korisnički pretinac, a iskaznica će biti dostavljena na adresu prebivališta u roku od 30 dana od dana zaprimanja zahtjeva, izvijestila je Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost (AKD).

Podnositelj zahtjeva ne dostavlja nalaze vještačenja ili rješenja o invaliditetu. Provjera ostvaruje li korisnik pravo na besplatan prijevoz u pomorskom prometu obavlja se putem Registra o osobama s invaliditetom (ROI) koji vodi Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo te su ažurirani podaci u evidenciji ROI-a osnovni preduvjet za uspješnu obradu zahtjeva za izdavanje Iskaznice.

Pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama s obvezom javne usluge ostvaruju osobe s invaliditetom kod kojih je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje donjih ekstremiteta 80 posto ili više, hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi sa 100-postonim tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe kojima je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje osjetila vida od 100 posto, gluhoslijepe osobe sa 100-postotni tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe s invaliditetom s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja te djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja.

Besplatan prijevoz za navedene kategorije odnosi se na korisnika, pratnju i osobno vozilo. Pravo na besplatan prijevoz ostvaruju i djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim I. i II. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja koja imaju prebivalište na otoku te njihova pratnja.

Osobe s invaliditetom mogu od danas putem platforme e-Građani podnijeti zahtjev za Iskaznicu kojom ostvaruju pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama, kao i pravo na pratnju te osobno vozilo.

Zahtjev za iskaznicom podnosi se na platformi e-Građani odabirom usluge u Katalogu usluga, područje Obitelj i život ili putem poveznice https://prava-osi.hr.

Za to je potrebna vjerodajnica značajne ili visoke razine sigurnosti. Ako je od izdavanja osobne iskaznice podnositelja prošlo više od pet godina, zahtjevu je potrebno priložiti fotografiju, dok je uplatu moguće obaviti putem sustava e-pristojba.

O svim promjenama u zahtjevu korisnik će dobiti obavijest u svoj korisnički pretinac, a iskaznica će biti dostavljena na adresu prebivališta u roku od 30 dana od dana zaprimanja zahtjeva, izvijestila je Agencija za komercijalnu djelatnost (AKD).

Podnositelj zahtjeva ne dostavlja nalaze vještačenja ili rješenja o invaliditetu. Provjera ostvaruje li korisnik pravo na besplatan prijevoz u pomorskom prometu obavlja se putem Registra o osobama s invaliditetom (ROI) koji vodi Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo te su ažurirani podaci u evidenciji ROI-a osnovni preduvjet za uspješnu obradu zahtjeva za izdavanje Iskaznice.

Pravo na besplatan prijevoz na državnim trajektnim linijama s obvezom javne usluge ostvaruju osobe s invaliditetom kod kojih je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje donjih ekstremiteta 80 posto ili više, hrvatski ratni vojni invalidi sa 100-postonim tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe kojima je utvrđeno tjelesno oštećenje osjetila vida od 100 posto, gluhoslijepe osobe sa 100-postotni tjelesnim oštećenjem, osobe s invaliditetom s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja te djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim III. i IV. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja.

Besplatan prijevoz za navedene kategorije odnosi se na korisnika, pratnju i osobno vozilo. Pravo na besplatan prijevoz ostvaruju i djeca s teškoćama u razvoju s utvrđenim I. i II. stupnjem funkcionalnog oštećenja koja imaju prebivalište na otoku te njihova pratnja.
