Čarteraši odnosno pružatelji usluga na plovilima dobili su bolji porezni tretman, jer je zbog posljedica pandemije suspendirana odredba o minimalnim prihodima po plovilu za priznavanje fiksnih troškova, izvijestilo je u petak Udruženje pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter, pri HGK.

Napominjući da su se "izborili" za taj bolji tretman, iz tog HGK-ovog udruženja podsjećaju da su još u travnju 2020., na početku pandemije, Ministarstvu financija predložili suspenziju odredbe koja traži minimalno ostvarenje prihoda od sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila kako bi troškovi plovila bili porezno priznati.

Nakon toga su proveli anketu među članovima kako bi predstavili razmjer problema i poreznih obveznika koji bi time bili zahvaćeni, a i prije dva tjedna, uoči predaje godišnjih financijskih izvješća čarter tvrtki, sastali su se s Udruženjem računovođa HGK i predstavnicima Porezne uprave, iznosi predsjednik Udruženja pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter HGK Paško Klisović.

Rezultat svega je Pravilnik o dopunama Pravilnika o provedbi Općeg poreznog zakona, o čemu predsjednik Udruženja računovođa HGK Davor Brkić kaže da će suspendirati odredbu za 2020. prema kojoj su oni koji u poreznom razdoblju ne ispune uvjete ostvarenja prihoda u iznosu sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila, tj. pet posto vrijednosti apartmana ili kuće za odmor, dužni za to porezno razdoblje uvećati poreznu osnovicu za rashod amortizacije takve imovine te za sve pripadajuće troškove povezane s korištenjem takve imovine.

Klisović tome dodaje plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona - vez, osiguranje, dizalicu, troškove godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme i redovnog održavanja, za koje kaže da su većina fiksni, neovisno je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne.

"Svi ti troškovi bili bi porezno nepriznati da zakonodavac nije promijenio te odredbe, uključujući i trošak amortizacije koji je značajan i kada je obračunat po sniženim stopama", ističe Klisović, objasnivši da su time izbjegli da se nautički čarter povrh svih gubitaka još i dodatno penalizira porezom kada je ispunjavanje propisanih uvjeta teško ili nemoguće.

Iznosi i podatak da je u 2020. nautički čarter ukupno zabilježio u prosjeku 55 posto manje noćenja i dolazaka, ali i primjerice, puno lošije rezultate na jugu, dok se za sezonu 2021. nadaju da će epidemiološka situacija dopustiti da im ispunjenje ovih minimalnih uvjeta neće biti problem.

Na razumijevanju situacije i uvažavanju njihovih prijedloga uputio je u priopćenju iz HGK i zahvale ministru financija Zdravku Mariću, državnom tajniku Zdravku Zrinušiću i ravnatelju Porezne uprave Božidaru Kutleši te svima drugima koji su sudjelovali u komunikaciji.

Čarteraši odnosno pružatelji usluga na plovilima dobili su bolji porezni tretman, jer je zbog posljedica pandemije suspendirana odredba o minimalnim prihodima po plovilu za priznavanje fiksnih troškova, izvijestilo je u petak Udruženje pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter, pri HGK.

Napominjući da su se "izborili" za taj bolji tretman, iz tog HGK-ovog udruženja podsjećaju da su još u travnju 2020., na početku pandemije, Ministarstvu financija predložili suspenziju odredbe koja traži minimalno ostvarenje prihoda od sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila kako bi troškovi plovila bili porezno priznati.

Nakon toga su proveli anketu među članovima kako bi predstavili razmjer problema i poreznih obveznika koji bi time bili zahvaćeni, a i prije dva tjedna, uoči predaje godišnjih financijskih izvješća čarter tvrtki, sastali su se s Udruženjem računovođa HGK i predstavnicima Porezne uprave, iznosi predsjednik Udruženja pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter HGK Paško Klisović.

Rezultat svega je Pravilnik o dopunama Pravilnika o provedbi Općeg poreznog zakona, o čemu predsjednik Udruženja računovođa HGK Davor Brkić kaže da će suspendirati odredbu za 2020. prema kojoj su oni koji u poreznom razdoblju ne ispune uvjete ostvarenja prihoda u iznosu sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila, tj. pet posto vrijednosti apartmana ili kuće za odmor, dužni za to porezno razdoblje uvećati poreznu osnovicu za rashod amortizacije takve imovine te za sve pripadajuće troškove povezane s korištenjem takve imovine.

Klisović tome dodaje plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona - vez, osiguranje, dizalicu, troškove godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme i redovnog održavanja, za koje kaže da su većina fiksni, neovisno je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne.

"Svi ti troškovi bili bi porezno nepriznati da zakonodavac nije promijenio te odredbe, uključujući i trošak amortizacije koji je značajan i kada je obračunat po sniženim stopama", ističe Klisović, objasnivši da su time izbjegli da se nautički čarter povrh svih gubitaka još i dodatno penalizira porezom kada je ispunjavanje propisanih uvjeta teško ili nemoguće.

Iznosi i podatak da je u 2020. nautički čarter ukupno zabilježio u prosjeku 55 posto manje noćenja i dolazaka, ali i primjerice, puno lošije rezultate na jugu, dok se za sezonu 2021. nadaju da će epidemiološka situacija dopustiti da im ispunjenje ovih minimalnih uvjeta neće biti problem.

Na razumijevanju situacije i uvažavanju njihovih prijedloga uputio je u priopćenju iz HGK i zahvale ministru financija Zdravku Mariću, državnom tajniku Zdravku Zrinušiću i ravnatelju Porezne uprave Božidaru Kutleši te svima drugima koji su sudjelovali u komunikaciji.

ČUDA SU MOGUĆANakon godinu dana pregovora, Vlada mijenja porezni pravilnik za spas čarterskih kompanija

Čarteraši odnosno pružatelji usluga na plovilima dobili su bolji porezni tretman, jer je zbog posljedica pandemije suspendirana odredba o minimalnim prihodima po plovilu za priznavanje fiksnih troškova, izvijestilo je u petak Udruženje pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter, pri HGK.

Napominjući da su se "izborili" za taj bolji tretman, iz tog HGK-ovog udruženja podsjećaju da su još u travnju 2020., na početku pandemije, Ministarstvu financija predložili suspenziju odredbe koja traži minimalno ostvarenje prihoda od sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila kako bi troškovi plovila bili porezno priznati.

Nakon toga su proveli anketu među članovima kako bi predstavili razmjer problema i poreznih obveznika koji bi time bili zahvaćeni, a i prije dva tjedna, uoči predaje godišnjih financijskih izvješća čarter tvrtki, sastali su se s Udruženjem računovođa HGK i predstavnicima Porezne uprave, iznosi predsjednik Udruženja pružatelja usluga smještaja na plovilima-charter HGK Paško Klisović.

Rezultat svega je Pravilnik o dopunama Pravilnika o provedbi Općeg poreznog zakona, o čemu predsjednik Udruženja računovođa HGK Davor Brkić kaže da će suspendirati odredbu za 2020. prema kojoj su oni koji u poreznom razdoblju ne ispune uvjete ostvarenja prihoda u iznosu sedam posto nabavne vrijednosti plovila, tj. pet posto vrijednosti apartmana ili kuće za odmor, dužni za to porezno razdoblje uvećati poreznu osnovicu za rashod amortizacije takve imovine te za sve pripadajuće troškove povezane s korištenjem takve imovine.

Klisović tome dodaje plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona - vez, osiguranje, dizalicu, troškove godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme i redovnog održavanja, za koje kaže da su većina fiksni, neovisno je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne.

"Svi ti troškovi bili bi porezno nepriznati da zakonodavac nije promijenio te odredbe, uključujući i trošak amortizacije koji je značajan i kada je obračunat po sniženim stopama", ističe Klisović, objasnivši da su time izbjegli da se nautički čarter povrh svih gubitaka još i dodatno penalizira porezom kada je ispunjavanje propisanih uvjeta teško ili nemoguće.

Iznosi i podatak da je u 2020. nautički čarter ukupno zabilježio u prosjeku 55 posto manje noćenja i dolazaka, ali i primjerice, puno lošije rezultate na jugu, dok se za sezonu 2021. nadaju da će epidemiološka situacija dopustiti da im ispunjenje ovih minimalnih uvjeta neće biti problem.

Na razumijevanju situacije i uvažavanju njihovih prijedloga uputio je u priopćenju iz HGK i zahvale ministru financija Zdravku Mariću, državnom tajniku Zdravku Zrinušiću i ravnatelju Porezne uprave Božidaru Kutleši te svima drugima koji su sudjelovali u komunikaciji.
