U nakladi Kluba pomoraca Lošinja predstavljena je "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" dr. Julijana Sokolića, izvještava Novi list.

Knjiga je izašla na dvjestotinjak stranica, s tim da je svaka stranica podijeljena po dužini, tako da je na lijevoj strani tekst na hrvatskom, a na desnoj prijevod na engleski jezik, što je obavio Boris Rukonić iz uprave Kluba pomoraca.

Opisujući, kako ga je nazvao, "herojsko vrijeme" procvata brodarstva i brodogradnje Lošinja u XIX. stoljeću, dr. Sokolić je "između redova" poručio i da bi se Lošinj trebao vratiti brodarstvu, koje je posljednjih godina ovdje spalo na nisko grane, iako je još uvijek velik broj Lošinjana zaposlen i cijenjen na brodovima pod domaćom i stranim zastavama.

Podijeljena u pet poglavlja, s ilustracijama od kojih neke još nisu viđene u otočnoj zavičajnoj biblioteci "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" može se tumačiti i kao sinteza dosadašnjih istraživanja pomorske povijesti Lošinja, a ujedno i poziv na dublje istraživanje lošinjskog pomorstva u XVIII. i ranijim stoljećima.

Postoji lijepa inicijativa Kluba pomoraca da se duž Rive lošinjskih kapetana i Priko, na vrhovima ormarića za struju i vodu postave likovi zaslužnih lošinjskih admirala i kapetana, u čemu je dr. Sokolić uključen kao svojevrsni izbornik 26 najzaslužnijih.

- Do sada se lošinjski otok nije dostojno odužio svojim brodograditeljima i brodarima, onima koji su umijećem i smjelošću stvarali otočnu pomorsku povijest, pronijeli ime Lošinja diljem svijeta, ostavili dragocjena svjedočanstva čiji smo mi baštinici.

Bez tih ljudi mjesta otoka Lošinja ne bi izgledala ovako kako izgledaju danas. Njihov novac koji su priskrbili svojim radom i poduzetničkim duhom izgradio je ova mjesta i omogućio daljnji razvoj budućim generacijama - navode iz kluba.

Također, ovaj klub zaključio je godinu i promocijom osmog izdanja časopisa Pomorac, koje je tiskano na gotovo pedesetak stranica, u nakladi od 500 komada.

U nakladi Kluba pomoraca Lošinja predstavljena je "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" dr. Julijana Sokolića, izvještava Novi list.

Knjiga je izašla na dvjestotinjak stranica, s tim da je svaka stranica podijeljena po dužini, tako da je na lijevoj strani tekst na hrvatskom, a na desnoj prijevod na engleski jezik, što je obavio Boris Rukonić iz uprave Kluba pomoraca.

Opisujući, kako ga je nazvao, "herojsko vrijeme" procvata brodarstva i brodogradnje Lošinja u XIX. stoljeću, dr. Sokolić je "između redova" poručio i da bi se Lošinj trebao vratiti brodarstvu, koje je posljednjih godina ovdje spalo na nisko grane, iako je još uvijek velik broj Lošinjana zaposlen i cijenjen na brodovima pod domaćom i stranim zastavama.

Podijeljena u pet poglavlja, s ilustracijama od kojih neke još nisu viđene u otočnoj zavičajnoj biblioteci "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" može se tumačiti i kao sinteza dosadašnjih istraživanja pomorske povijesti Lošinja, a ujedno i poziv na dublje istraživanje lošinjskog pomorstva u XVIII. i ranijim stoljećima.

Postoji lijepa inicijativa Kluba pomoraca da se duž Rive lošinjskih kapetana i Priko, na vrhovima ormarića za struju i vodu postave likovi zaslužnih lošinjskih admirala i kapetana, u čemu je dr. Sokolić uključen kao svojevrsni izbornik 26 najzaslužnijih.

- Do sada se lošinjski otok nije dostojno odužio svojim brodograditeljima i brodarima, onima koji su umijećem i smjelošću stvarali otočnu pomorsku povijest, pronijeli ime Lošinja diljem svijeta, ostavili dragocjena svjedočanstva čiji smo mi baštinici.

Bez tih ljudi mjesta otoka Lošinja ne bi izgledala ovako kako izgledaju danas. Njihov novac koji su priskrbili svojim radom i poduzetničkim duhom izgradio je ova mjesta i omogućio daljnji razvoj budućim generacijama - navode iz kluba.

Također, ovaj klub zaključio je godinu i promocijom osmog izdanja časopisa Pomorac, koje je tiskano na gotovo pedesetak stranica, u nakladi od 500 komada.

promocija‘Lošinj se treba vratiti brodarstvu!‘: predstavljena ‘zlatna knjiga‘ o lošinjskom pomorstvu

U nakladi Kluba pomoraca Lošinja predstavljena je "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" dr. Julijana Sokolića, izvještava Novi list.

Knjiga je izašla na dvjestotinjak stranica, s tim da je svaka stranica podijeljena po dužini, tako da je na lijevoj strani tekst na hrvatskom, a na desnoj prijevod na engleski jezik, što je obavio Boris Rukonić iz uprave Kluba pomoraca.

Opisujući, kako ga je nazvao, "herojsko vrijeme" procvata brodarstva i brodogradnje Lošinja u XIX. stoljeću, dr. Sokolić je "između redova" poručio i da bi se Lošinj trebao vratiti brodarstvu, koje je posljednjih godina ovdje spalo na nisko grane, iako je još uvijek velik broj Lošinjana zaposlen i cijenjen na brodovima pod domaćom i stranim zastavama.

Podijeljena u pet poglavlja, s ilustracijama od kojih neke još nisu viđene u otočnoj zavičajnoj biblioteci "Zlatna knjiga lošinjskog pomorstva" može se tumačiti i kao sinteza dosadašnjih istraživanja pomorske povijesti Lošinja, a ujedno i poziv na dublje istraživanje lošinjskog pomorstva u XVIII. i ranijim stoljećima.

Postoji lijepa inicijativa Kluba pomoraca da se duž Rive lošinjskih kapetana i Priko, na vrhovima ormarića za struju i vodu postave likovi zaslužnih lošinjskih admirala i kapetana, u čemu je dr. Sokolić uključen kao svojevrsni izbornik 26 najzaslužnijih.

- Do sada se lošinjski otok nije dostojno odužio svojim brodograditeljima i brodarima, onima koji su umijećem i smjelošću stvarali otočnu pomorsku povijest, pronijeli ime Lošinja diljem svijeta, ostavili dragocjena svjedočanstva čiji smo mi baštinici.

Bez tih ljudi mjesta otoka Lošinja ne bi izgledala ovako kako izgledaju danas. Njihov novac koji su priskrbili svojim radom i poduzetničkim duhom izgradio je ova mjesta i omogućio daljnji razvoj budućim generacijama - navode iz kluba.

Također, ovaj klub zaključio je godinu i promocijom osmog izdanja časopisa Pomorac, koje je tiskano na gotovo pedesetak stranica, u nakladi od 500 komada.
