Izgleda da će brod za prijevoz kontejnera Ever Given, u vlasništvu japanske tvrtke Shoei Kisen, koji je u ožujku šest dana blokirao Sueski kanal, ostati usidren u kanalu još najmanje do sredine idućeg tjedna, javlja TradeWinds.

Vijest o nastavku zadržavanja Ever Givena na području Velikog gorkog jezera došla je unatoč nedavnoj najavi nagodbe za naknadu štete.

Čelnik Sueskog kanala (SCA) Osama Rabie još je ranije izjavio egipatskoj televizijskoj postaji DMC da će načelni sporazum biti formaliziran u skladu s egipatskim zakonom do otprilike 1. srpnja, što bi omogućilo puštanje Ever Givena.

Osiguravatelji broda nedavno su objavili da je nagodba dogovorena, ali nisu otkrili detalje.

Novinska agencija Bloomberg nedavno je izvijestila da su egipatskom sudskom postupku dostavljeni dokazi o svađi između dvojice pilota SCA koji su se nalazili na Ever Givenu. Piloti se nisu složili oko toga kako ploviti Ever Givenom po jakom vjetru, zbog čega je došlo do bočnog zanošenja broda.

Pilot je naredio da brod plovi brzinom od 13 čvorova, što premašuje ograničenje brzine od osam čvorova u Sueskom kanalu, kako bi se brod ispravio prije nego što dođe do nasukavanja.

Iz tog izvješća proizlazi da bi osiguratelji broda mogli imati pravne osnove za osporavanje zahtjeva SCA za naknadu štete.

Međutim, pravni stručnjaci tvrde da bi odredbe i uvjeti za plovila koja prolaze Sueskim kanalom u velikoj mjeri otežali osiguravateljima da dokažu bilo kakvu odgovornost SCA.

SCA je ukazao na svoj Pravilnik o plovidbi koji određuje ograničenja brzine u kanalu, a u njemu stoji da je prekoračenje brzine "isključiva odgovornost zapovjednika broda".

Izgleda da će brod za prijevoz kontejnera Ever Given, u vlasništvu japanske tvrtke Shoei Kisen, koji je u ožujku šest dana blokirao Sueski kanal, ostati usidren u kanalu još najmanje do sredine idućeg tjedna, javlja TradeWinds.

Vijest o nastavku zadržavanja Ever Givena na području Velikog gorkog jezera došla je unatoč nedavnoj najavi nagodbe za naknadu štete.

Čelnik Sueskog kanala (SCA) Osama Rabie još je ranije izjavio egipatskoj televizijskoj postaji DMC da će načelni sporazum biti formaliziran u skladu s egipatskim zakonom do otprilike 1. srpnja, što bi omogućilo puštanje Ever Givena.

Osiguravatelji broda nedavno su objavili da je nagodba dogovorena, ali nisu otkrili detalje.

Novinska agencija Bloomberg nedavno je izvijestila da su egipatskom sudskom postupku dostavljeni dokazi o svađi između dvojice pilota SCA koji su se nalazili na Ever Givenu. Piloti se nisu složili oko toga kako ploviti Ever Givenom po jakom vjetru, zbog čega je došlo do bočnog zanošenja broda.

Pilot je naredio da brod plovi brzinom od 13 čvorova, što premašuje ograničenje brzine od osam čvorova u Sueskom kanalu, kako bi se brod ispravio prije nego što dođe do nasukavanja.

Iz tog izvješća proizlazi da bi osiguratelji broda mogli imati pravne osnove za osporavanje zahtjeva SCA za naknadu štete.

Međutim, pravni stručnjaci tvrde da bi odredbe i uvjeti za plovila koja prolaze Sueskim kanalom u velikoj mjeri otežali osiguravateljima da dokažu bilo kakvu odgovornost SCA.

SCA je ukazao na svoj Pravilnik o plovidbi koji određuje ograničenja brzine u kanalu, a u njemu stoji da je prekoračenje brzine "isključiva odgovornost zapovjednika broda".

Izgleda da će brod za prijevoz kontejnera Ever Given, u vlasništvu japanske tvrtke Shoei Kisen, koji je u ožujku šest dana blokirao Sueski kanal, ostati usidren u kanalu još najmanje do sredine idućeg tjedna, javlja TradeWinds.

Vijest o nastavku zadržavanja Ever Givena na području Velikog gorkog jezera došla je unatoč nedavnoj najavi nagodbe za naknadu štete.

Čelnik Sueskog kanala (SCA) Osama Rabie još je ranije izjavio egipatskoj televizijskoj postaji DMC da će načelni sporazum biti formaliziran u skladu s egipatskim zakonom do otprilike 1. srpnja, što bi omogućilo puštanje Ever Givena.

Osiguravatelji broda nedavno su objavili da je nagodba dogovorena, ali nisu otkrili detalje.

Novinska agencija Bloomberg nedavno je izvijestila da su egipatskom sudskom postupku dostavljeni dokazi o svađi između dvojice pilota SCA koji su se nalazili na Ever Givenu. Piloti se nisu složili oko toga kako ploviti Ever Givenom po jakom vjetru, zbog čega je došlo do bočnog zanošenja broda.

Pilot je naredio da brod plovi brzinom od 13 čvorova, što premašuje ograničenje brzine od osam čvorova u Sueskom kanalu, kako bi se brod ispravio prije nego što dođe do nasukavanja.

Iz tog izvješća proizlazi da bi osiguratelji broda mogli imati pravne osnove za osporavanje zahtjeva SCA za naknadu štete.

Međutim, pravni stručnjaci tvrde da bi odredbe i uvjeti za plovila koja prolaze Sueskim kanalom u velikoj mjeri otežali osiguravateljima da dokažu bilo kakvu odgovornost SCA.

SCA je ukazao na svoj Pravilnik o plovidbi koji određuje ograničenja brzine u kanalu, a u njemu stoji da je prekoračenje brzine "isključiva odgovornost zapovjednika broda".
