Pomorci će dobiti povećanje plaće od 4,5% u sljedeće dvije godine, objavljeno je nakon što je ITF postigao dogovor s poslodavcima, koje zastupa Joint Negotiating Group (JNG), javlja Splash247.
Pregovori između poslodavaca i sindikata pomoraca koji predstavljaju članove posade koji rade na plovilima pod zastavama pogodnosti diljem svijeta rezultirali su dogovorom o povećanju plaća i naknada pomorcima za 4,5 posto u dvije godine, kao i povećanju doprinosa u fond za podršku pomorcima od strane poslodavaca.
Kako piše The Maritime Executive, obje su strane rekle da je sporazum, koji je odgađan 17 mjeseci zbog pandemije, važan korak u prepoznavanju pomoraca i pružanju stabilnosti pomorskoj industriji, prenosi Pomorac.hr.
International Bargaining Forum (IBF), koji okuplja pomorce koje zastupa Međunarodno udruženje transportnih radnika (ITF) i JNG, postigli su dogovor o povećanju plaća i naknada za 3% od siječnja iduće godine te još jednom povećanju od 1,5% od siječnja 2023. godine.
Sindikati i poslodavci trebali su se sastati u ožujku 2020. kako bi se dogovorili o povećanju plaća pomoraca za razdoblje 2021.-2022. No, početak pandemije doveo je do odgađanja pregovora do rujna 2021. godine.
JNG čine International Maritime Employers’ Council (IMEC), International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ), Korean Shipowners Association (KSA) i tajvanska kompanija Evergreen.
“Od početnog rizika koji je pandemija predstavljala pomorcima, stalnih izazova s kojima su se pomorci suočavali zbog nedostupnosti hitne medicinske pomoći u lukama, do globalnog skandala koji je kriza smjene posade: pomorci su u posljednjih 18 mjeseci pokazali iznimnu profesionalnost i predanost. Stoga smo ponosni što smo uspjeli ostvariti povećanje prihoda pomoraca. Prepoznata su njihova svakodnevna odricanja kako bi omogućili da se lanci opskrbe nastavili kretati, isporučujući robu koja je ključna za oporavak nebrojenih potrošača i poduzeća”, izjavili su iz ITF-a.
IBF-ovim sporazumom između ITF-a i JNG-a utvrđuju se uvjeti i plaće za pomorce diljem svijeta koji rade na plovilima pod zastavama pogodnosti koje je definirao ITF.
Više od 9200 plovila bit će obuhvaćeno ovim sporazumom, a iz ITF-a su izvijestili da se vjerojatno radi o najvećem kolektivnom ugovoru o plaći u privatnom sektoru na svijetu.

Pomorci će dobiti povećanje plaće od 4,5% u sljedeće dvije godine, objavljeno je nakon što je ITF postigao dogovor s poslodavcima, koje zastupa Joint Negotiating Group (JNG), javlja Splash247.
Pregovori između poslodavaca i sindikata pomoraca koji predstavljaju članove posade koji rade na plovilima pod zastavama pogodnosti diljem svijeta rezultirali su dogovorom o povećanju plaća i naknada pomorcima za 4,5 posto u dvije godine, kao i povećanju doprinosa u fond za podršku pomorcima od strane poslodavaca.
Kako piše The Maritime Executive, obje su strane rekle da je sporazum, koji je odgađan 17 mjeseci zbog pandemije, važan korak u prepoznavanju pomoraca i pružanju stabilnosti pomorskoj industriji, prenosi Pomorac.hr.
International Bargaining Forum (IBF), koji okuplja pomorce koje zastupa Međunarodno udruženje transportnih radnika (ITF) i JNG, postigli su dogovor o povećanju plaća i naknada za 3% od siječnja iduće godine te još jednom povećanju od 1,5% od siječnja 2023. godine.
Sindikati i poslodavci trebali su se sastati u ožujku 2020. kako bi se dogovorili o povećanju plaća pomoraca za razdoblje 2021.-2022. No, početak pandemije doveo je do odgađanja pregovora do rujna 2021. godine.
JNG čine International Maritime Employers’ Council (IMEC), International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ), Korean Shipowners Association (KSA) i tajvanska kompanija Evergreen.
“Od početnog rizika koji je pandemija predstavljala pomorcima, stalnih izazova s kojima su se pomorci suočavali zbog nedostupnosti hitne medicinske pomoći u lukama, do globalnog skandala koji je kriza smjene posade: pomorci su u posljednjih 18 mjeseci pokazali iznimnu profesionalnost i predanost. Stoga smo ponosni što smo uspjeli ostvariti povećanje prihoda pomoraca. Prepoznata su njihova svakodnevna odricanja kako bi omogućili da se lanci opskrbe nastavili kretati, isporučujući robu koja je ključna za oporavak nebrojenih potrošača i poduzeća”, izjavili su iz ITF-a.
IBF-ovim sporazumom između ITF-a i JNG-a utvrđuju se uvjeti i plaće za pomorce diljem svijeta koji rade na plovilima pod zastavama pogodnosti koje je definirao ITF.
Više od 9200 plovila bit će obuhvaćeno ovim sporazumom, a iz ITF-a su izvijestili da se vjerojatno radi o najvećem kolektivnom ugovoru o plaći u privatnom sektoru na svijetu.
