Još se ne sliježu sjajni dojmovi iz Andore gdje je jedriličar Tonči Stipanović osvojio naslov europskog prvaka u klasi ILCA 7 (bivši Laser) na Europskom prvenstvu dok je srebro osvojio Filip Jurišić. Bronca je pak pripala Cipraninu Pavlosu Kontidesu, koji je kao i Stipanović i Jurišić član splitskog Mornara. 

Iza ovih sjajnih momaka stoji red, rad i disciplina, ali i Jozo Jakelić, čuveni trener Mornara koji definitivno ima recept za ovakav nezapamćen trijumf. On je nekako mirnije od svih proživio uspjeh u Andori. Nakon povratka s mora u lučici je ispijao čaj, a ostao je ispijati čaj i prilikom svečanog proglašenja dodjeljivanja medalja. Njemu je ovo čak 27. medalja kao treneru.

Prije odlaska u Palmu de Mallorcu, na čuveni Trofeo Princesa Sofia, 52. izdanje, Jakelić je prokomentirao sve što se dogodilo i što se ima dogoditi. 

- Došli smo mi na svoje puno prije, individualno, ali ne ekipno kao sada. Ono što sam primijetio jest da sve druge ovaj uspjeh veseli više nego mene. Taj uspjeh je genijalan, ali da je toliko povijestan, nisam siguran. Falili su, na primjer, Englezi. Realno, naša vrijednost će se vidjeti tek na Palmi.

Da nije malo prestrog?

- Meni kao treneru, pa i cijeloj ekipi, ovo je top topova, međutim, treba to dokazati. Ovo je bila prva regata u sezoni, u gluhom dobu sezone, prvi put smo imali Europsko prvenstvo ovako rano. Treba vidjeti hoćemo li trajati. Ključ je Svjetsko prvenstvo u kolovozu u Den Haagu kad se lovi olimpijska norma. Tamo moramo biti najbolji. Ovo je u redu, ali nećemo se ljuljati i previše veseliti, jer je dug put ispred nas - kazao je Jakelić.

Tonči Stipanović i Filip Jurišić ga stalno hvale. Naglašavaju da ovoga ne bi bilo bez Joze, da je on u svemu broj jedan.

- Ma, oni to vole kazati. Mi smo toliko godina skupa i toliko smo se povezali, gurnuli ovu priču, ne samo rezultatski, nego i življenja s jedrenjem, ove klase. Mislim da smo to doveli na jedan nivo da će svakom sljedećem ovo biti teško ostvariti. Mi imamo svoj vijek trajanja, kao i svaka živa materija, mi smo u nekom zalaznom periodu. To će trajati do Pariza, neki možda do Los Angelesa, ali nakon toga će to ići u povijest. Jedino u što sam siguran jest da se više neće ponoviti tako moćna ekipa, ovakvi jedriličari, ovakva sinergija razmišljanja i interesa gdje bi jedrenje kao sport trebalo završiti. Po meni je to najveći uspjeh, a ne rezultati, ne medalje kojih je bilo i bit će ih, nadam se, još. Nije to Jozo, to smo svi mi - poručuje ovaj trener.

U međuvremenu se rodio nadimak "Jozina banda" za tu čudesnu skupinu jedriličara i može se reći da je nadimak opće prihvaćen, no kod Joze izaziva osmijeh.

- Jozina banda? To stvarno jest banda. Mi smo zbilja posebna priča. Imate federacije s multimilijunskim budžetima, a mi smo desperadosi koji zbilja kreiraju priču na poseban način. Meni je gušt u tome sudjelovati. Da je drugačije, ne bi bilo toliko interesantno. Idemo dalje, ima još goriva u nama. Neću se umoriti, bez brige.

Još se ne sliježu sjajni dojmovi iz Andore gdje je jedriličar Tonči Stipanović osvojio naslov europskog prvaka u klasi ILCA 7 (bivši Laser) na Europskom prvenstvu dok je srebro osvojio Filip Jurišić. Bronca je pak pripala Cipraninu Pavlosu Kontidesu, koji je kao i Stipanović i Jurišić član splitskog Mornara. 

Iza ovih sjajnih momaka stoji red, rad i disciplina, ali i Jozo Jakelić, čuveni trener Mornara koji definitivno ima recept za ovakav nezapamćen trijumf. On je nekako mirnije od svih proživio uspjeh u Andori. Nakon povratka s mora u lučici je ispijao čaj, a ostao je ispijati čaj i prilikom svečanog proglašenja dodjeljivanja medalja. Njemu je ovo čak 27. medalja kao treneru.

Prije odlaska u Palmu de Mallorcu, na čuveni Trofeo Princesa Sofia, 52. izdanje, Jakelić je prokomentirao sve što se dogodilo i što se ima dogoditi. 

- Došli smo mi na svoje puno prije, individualno, ali ne ekipno kao sada. Ono što sam primijetio jest da sve druge ovaj uspjeh veseli više nego mene. Taj uspjeh je genijalan, ali da je toliko povijestan, nisam siguran. Falili su, na primjer, Englezi. Realno, naša vrijednost će se vidjeti tek na Palmi.

- Meni kao treneru, pa i cijeloj ekipi, ovo je top topova, međutim, treba to dokazati. Ovo je bila prva regata u sezoni, u gluhom dobu sezone, prvi put smo imali Europsko prvenstvo ovako rano. Treba vidjeti hoćemo li trajati. Ključ je Svjetsko prvenstvo u kolovozu u Den Haagu kad se lovi olimpijska norma. Tamo moramo biti najbolji. Ovo je u redu, ali nećemo se ljuljati i previše veseliti, jer je dug put ispred nas - kazao je Jakelić.

Tonči Stipanović i Filip Jurišić ga stalno hvale. Naglašavaju da ovoga ne bi bilo bez Joze, da je on u svemu broj jedan.

- Ma, oni to vole kazati. Mi smo toliko godina skupa i toliko smo se povezali, gurnuli ovu priču, ne samo rezultatski, nego i življenja s jedrenjem, ove klase. Mislim da smo to doveli na jedan nivo da će svakom sljedećem ovo biti teško ostvariti. Mi imamo svoj vijek trajanja, kao i svaka živa materija, mi smo u nekom zalaznom periodu. To će trajati do Pariza, neki možda do Los Angelesa, ali nakon toga će to ići u povijest. Jedino u što sam siguran jest da se više neće ponoviti tako moćna ekipa, ovakvi jedriličari, ovakva sinergija razmišljanja i interesa gdje bi jedrenje kao sport trebalo završiti. Po meni je to najveći uspjeh, a ne rezultati, ne medalje kojih je bilo i bit će ih, nadam se, još. Nije to Jozo, to smo svi mi - poručuje ovaj trener.

U međuvremenu se rodio nadimak "Jozina banda" za tu čudesnu skupinu jedriličara i može se reći da je nadimak opće prihvaćen, no kod Joze izaziva osmijeh.

- Jozina banda? To stvarno jest banda. Mi smo zbilja posebna priča. Imate federacije s multimilijunskim budžetima, a mi smo desperadosi koji zbilja kreiraju priču na poseban način. Meni je gušt u tome sudjelovati. Da je drugačije, ne bi bilo toliko interesantno. Idemo dalje, ima još goriva u nama. Neću se umoriti, bez brige.

Čudo iz MornaraTrener Jozo Jakelić o fantastičnom uspjehu jedriličara: Mi smo desperadosi, više se neće ponoviti ovakva generacija

Još se ne sliježu sjajni dojmovi iz Andore gdje je jedriličar Tonči Stipanović osvojio naslov europskog prvaka u klasi ILCA 7 (bivši Laser) na Europskom prvenstvu dok je srebro osvojio Filip Jurišić. Bronca je pak pripala Cipraninu Pavlosu Kontidesu, koji je kao i Stipanović i Jurišić član splitskog Mornara. 

Iza ovih sjajnih momaka stoji red, rad i disciplina, ali i Jozo Jakelić, čuveni trener Mornara koji definitivno ima recept za ovakav nezapamćen trijumf. On je nekako mirnije od svih proživio uspjeh u Andori. Nakon povratka s mora u lučici je ispijao čaj, a ostao je ispijati čaj i prilikom svečanog proglašenja dodjeljivanja medalja. Njemu je ovo čak 27. medalja kao treneru.

Prije odlaska u Palmu de Mallorcu, na čuveni Trofeo Princesa Sofia, 52. izdanje, Jakelić je prokomentirao sve što se dogodilo i što se ima dogoditi. 

- Došli smo mi na svoje puno prije, individualno, ali ne ekipno kao sada. Ono što sam primijetio jest da sve druge ovaj uspjeh veseli više nego mene. Taj uspjeh je genijalan, ali da je toliko povijestan, nisam siguran. Falili su, na primjer, Englezi. Realno, naša vrijednost će se vidjeti tek na Palmi.
