Imam barku u Kaštelanskom zaljevu i katkad odlazim u ribolov sve do Omiša. Zanima me koji je sve ribolov dozvoljen oko ušća rijeka Jadra, Žrnovnice i Cetine i na kojim mjestima?

U moru pod jurisdikcijom Republike Hrvatske postoje posebna područja koja su zaštićena prema različitim kategorijama zaštite te na osnovi toga postoje i različiti propisi koji reguliraju ribolov u takvim područjima. Prema različitim kriterijima definirane su kategorije nacionalnog parka, posebnog ihtiološkog rezervata i posebnog rezervata u moru, parka prirode, posebnog staništa, a također su definirana i određena područja ribolovnog mora s posebnom regulacijom ribolova izvan prethodno navedenih kategorija.

Sav ribolov u tim područjima, uz ostale propise koji se inače odnose na kategorije ribolova te ribolovne alate i tehnike, regulira poseban podzakonski propis pod dugačkim nazivom Pravilnik o obavljanju ribolova u zaštićenim područjima, posebnim staništima i područjima s posebnom regulacijom ribolova.

Mjere zaštite

Budući da taj Pravilnik obuhvaća sve kategorije zaštićenih područja, nećemo ovdje navoditi sve propise već ćemo se koncentrirati samo na područja iz vašeg pitanja pa odmah navodim da su sva ušća rijeka koje se slijevaju u Jadransko more obuhvaćena određenim mjerama zaštite i većina njih, uključujući ušća rijeka Jadro, Žrnovnica i Cetina, spadaju u tzv. posebna staništa. Prema tim propisima definirane su i granice tih područja tako da se posebnim staništem smatra rijeka s ušćem do sljedećih granica izvan kojih je normalno ribolovno more:

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Jadro omeđen spojnicom rt kupališta Mramorno – naselje Čučine u Vranjicu,

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Cetine omeđen spojnicom Dugi Rat – Mala Luka,

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Žrnovnice omeđen spojnicom rt Stobreč – φ 43° 29,5485‘, λ 16° 32,1902‘.

E sad, iako je moje plovilo u lučici Stobreč, moram priznati da ni meni baš nije razvidan ovaj način definiranja posebnog staništa jer gledajući službene karte nije baš jasno gdje je rt Stobreč, a posebice mjesto koje je označeno zemljopisnom širinom i dužinom koristeći stupnjeve, minute i sekunde. Stoga sam za brže pregledavanje konvertirao vrijednosti širine i dužine u decimalne vrijednosti koje se jednostavnije mogu pregledavati online, primjerice u najraširenijem web alatu takve vrste Google maps, pa bi otprilike granice akvatorija ušća rijeke Žrnovnice bile od krajnje istočne točke lukobrana lučice Stobreč do otprilike najjužnije točke lučice Strožanac.

Strogi rezervat

Usput, iako niste pitali, za svaki slučaj navodim da u susjedstvu imate i akvatorij ušća rječice Pantan omeđen spojnicom Resnik – Arbanija do trogirskog mosta, koji također spada u posebna staništa, izuzev područja obuhvaćenog posebnim ihtiološkim rezervatom Pantan u kojem je bilo kakav ribolov u potpunosti zabranjen.

Ipak, ako je u posebnom ihtiološkom rezervatu ribolov bilo koje vrste zabranjen, to nije tako i u prethodno citiranim posebnim staništima ušća rijeka. Naime, u navedenim posebnim staništima zabranjeno je obavljanje bilo kakvog oblika ribolova osim ribolova povrazima, stajaćim parangalima, i to do dva komada s ukupno do 150 udica, vršama za lov ribe, i to ukupno trideset i pet komada te s ostima sa i bez upotrebe osvjetljenja.

Da ne bi bilo zabune kad pročitate ove brojke o količini ribolovnih alata, napomenut ću da se njihova količina koristi u skladu s vama dozvoljenom kategorijom ribolova jer navedena ograničenja u obavljanju ribolova se odnose na sve oblike ribolova (gospodarski, mali obalni, športski i rekreacijski ribolov), i pri tome se ne dovodi u pitanje odredbe kojima se propisuju ograničenja za obavljanje navedenih oblika ribolova sukladno posebnim propisima.

Imam barku u Kaštelanskom zaljevu i katkad odlazim u ribolov sve do Omiša. Zanima me koji je sve ribolov dozvoljen oko ušća rijeka Jadra, Žrnovnice i Cetine i na kojim mjestima?

U moru pod jurisdikcijom Republike Hrvatske postoje posebna područja koja su zaštićena prema različitim kategorijama zaštite te na osnovi toga postoje i različiti propisi koji reguliraju ribolov u takvim područjima. Prema različitim kriterijima definirane su kategorije nacionalnog parka, posebnog ihtiološkog rezervata i posebnog rezervata u moru, parka prirode, posebnog staništa, a također su definirana i određena područja ribolovnog mora s posebnom regulacijom ribolova izvan prethodno navedenih kategorija.

Sav ribolov u tim područjima, uz ostale propise koji se inače odnose na kategorije ribolova te ribolovne alate i tehnike, regulira poseban podzakonski propis pod dugačkim nazivom Pravilnik o obavljanju ribolova u zaštićenim područjima, posebnim staništima i područjima s posebnom regulacijom ribolova.

Mjere zaštite

Budući da taj Pravilnik obuhvaća sve kategorije zaštićenih područja, nećemo ovdje navoditi sve propise već ćemo se koncentrirati samo na područja iz vašeg pitanja pa odmah navodim da su sva ušća rijeka koje se slijevaju u Jadransko more obuhvaćena određenim mjerama zaštite i većina njih, uključujući ušća rijeka Jadro, Žrnovnica i Cetina, spadaju u tzv. posebna staništa. Prema tim propisima definirane su i granice tih područja tako da se posebnim staništem smatra rijeka s ušćem do sljedećih granica izvan kojih je normalno ribolovno more:

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Jadro omeđen spojnicom rt kupališta Mramorno – naselje Čučine u Vranjicu,

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Cetine omeđen spojnicom Dugi Rat – Mala Luka,

- akvatorij ušća rijeke Žrnovnice omeđen spojnicom rt Stobreč – φ 43° 29,5485‘, λ 16° 32,1902‘.

E sad, iako je moje plovilo u lučici Stobreč, moram priznati da ni meni baš nije razvidan ovaj način definiranja posebnog staništa jer gledajući službene karte nije baš jasno gdje je rt Stobreč, a posebice mjesto koje je označeno zemljopisnom širinom i dužinom koristeći stupnjeve, minute i sekunde. Stoga sam za brže pregledavanje konvertirao vrijednosti širine i dužine u decimalne vrijednosti koje se jednostavnije mogu pregledavati online, primjerice u najraširenijem web alatu takve vrste Google maps, pa bi otprilike granice akvatorija ušća rijeke Žrnovnice bile od krajnje istočne točke lukobrana lučice Stobreč do otprilike najjužnije točke lučice Strožanac.

Strogi rezervat

Usput, iako niste pitali, za svaki slučaj navodim da u susjedstvu imate i akvatorij ušća rječice Pantan omeđen spojnicom Resnik – Arbanija do trogirskog mosta, koji također spada u posebna staništa, izuzev područja obuhvaćenog posebnim ihtiološkim rezervatom Pantan u kojem je bilo kakav ribolov u potpunosti zabranjen.

Ipak, ako je u posebnom ihtiološkom rezervatu ribolov bilo koje vrste zabranjen, to nije tako i u prethodno citiranim posebnim staništima ušća rijeka. Naime, u navedenim posebnim staništima zabranjeno je obavljanje bilo kakvog oblika ribolova osim ribolova povrazima, stajaćim parangalima, i to do dva komada s ukupno do 150 udica, vršama za lov ribe, i to ukupno trideset i pet komada te s ostima sa i bez upotrebe osvjetljenja.

Da ne bi bilo zabune kad pročitate ove brojke o količini ribolovnih alata, napomenut ću da se njihova količina koristi u skladu s vama dozvoljenom kategorijom ribolova jer navedena ograničenja u obavljanju ribolova se odnose na sve oblike ribolova (gospodarski, mali obalni, športski i rekreacijski ribolov), i pri tome se ne dovodi u pitanje odredbe kojima se propisuju ograničenja za obavljanje navedenih oblika ribolova sukladno posebnim propisima.
