Najavljivana izgradnja i proširenje gradske luke Omiš, napokon je došlo i do faze biranja izvođača radova. Naime, stigle su dvije ponude za gradnju tog važnog infrastrukturnog projekta koji bi u potpunosti izmijenio sliku grada na ušću Cetine.
- U tijeku je rok za žalbu, pa ćemo uskoro imati i odluku tko će sutra graditi gradsku luku u Omišu. Pristigle su dvije ponude, jedna na iznos od 89 milijuna kuna, te druga na 103 milijuna kuna – županijski pročelnik za pomorstvo i turizam Stipe Čogelja, odgovorio je na upit vijećnice Sandre Mitrović-Nikšić (SDP) tijekom aktualnog sata 37. sjednice Županijske skupštine Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.
Radi se o dugoočekivanom projektu Županijske lučke uprave s ravnateljem Domagojem Maroevićem, ukupne vrijednosti od 81,1 milijun kuna, od čega je dodijeljeni iznos bespovratnih sredstava preko 50 milijuna kuna. Ostatak vrijednosti projekta od 30 milijuna kuna financirat će Lučka uprava SDŽ i Splitsko-dalmatinska županija.
Investicija se sastoji od gradnje novog glavnog lukobrana dužine 250 metara s platoom te manjim perom u funkciji zaštite akvatorija nove luke, uz rekonstrukciju i dogradnju postojećeg gata.
Pa će Omiš dobiti i 440 metara dugu šetnicu s oko 80 sezonskih vezova, hortikulturnim uređenjem, novom javnom rasvjetom i ormarima za struju i vodu. Uredit će se ukupno 12 tisuća obalnih kvadrata, te ispraviti i cestovna „S” krivina čime će ulaz u grad, na Fošal, biti znatno prometno sigurniji.
Inače ovo bi bila prva luka izgrađena u Omišu od vremena cara Franje Josipa, točnije poslije 1902. godine.
No s druge strane koliko Omišani žele novu gradsku luku, mještanima Krila Jesenice nije jasno zašto bi se u njihovom mjestu gradile – tri luke otvorene za javni promet. Pa je upravo to pitao vijećnik Mosta nezavisnih lista Jere Kovačić:
- Temeljem čega se u Prostorni plan županije ugrađuje još jedna luka u Krilu Jesenice. Postoji li uvjeti za to i koja je uloga nove luke udaljene od postojeće niti 300 metara. Zašto se na 2,5 kilometra planira graditi čak tri luke otvorene za javni promet?
Odgovor je dao Niko Mrčić, ravnatelj regionalnog Zavoda za prostorno uređenje:
- U prvoj varijanti županijskog Prostornog plana imali smo luku otvorenog tipa za javni promet u Krilu Jesenice, planiranu kao jedinstvenu luku u koju bi se na postojeću luku napravila dogradnja te time zadovoljili potrebe za vezovima Kriljanskih brodara. Imaju oko 210 brodova, prosječne dužine do 50 metara. U razvoju projekata, a kroz izradu Prostornog plana Općine Dugi Rat došlo se do toga da ta luka ne može egzistirati kao jedna, da se fizički ne može nadograditi. Naime, između te dvije luke, planirane i postojeće, postoji pojas od 150-200 metara plaže, a koji se nalazi preko puta spojne ceste na koridoru prometnica koje su zatražile Hrvatske ceste. No kako su građani zahtijevali ostanak plaže na tom mjestu, odluka je pala da se grade dvije luke jedna do druge, a ne planirana jedna velika.
Pojasnio je Mrčić, prvi čovjek za urbanizam Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kako će uz ove dvije luke u Krilu Jesenice, te i one treće u Bajnicama, napokon biti zadovoljena potreba za vezovima domicilnih poduzetnika iz Krila Jesenice.
Te je dodao kako ova treća, nova luka u Krilu uvodi u Prostorni plan SDŽ, na inicijativu upravo brodara zbog dodatnih vezova neophodnih za njihovu flotu.

Najavljivana izgradnja i proširenje gradske luke Omiš, napokon je došlo i do faze biranja izvođača radova. Naime, stigle su dvije ponude za gradnju tog važnog infrastrukturnog projekta koji bi u potpunosti izmijenio sliku grada na ušću Cetine.
- U tijeku je rok za žalbu, pa ćemo uskoro imati i odluku tko će sutra graditi gradsku luku u Omišu. Pristigle su dvije ponude, jedna na iznos od 89 milijuna kuna, te druga na 103 milijuna kuna – županijski pročelnik za pomorstvo i turizam Stipe Čogelja, odgovorio je na upit vijećnice Sandre Mitrović-Nikšić (SDP) tijekom aktualnog sata 37. sjednice Županijske skupštine Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.
Radi se o dugoočekivanom projektu Županijske lučke uprave s ravnateljem Domagojem Maroevićem, ukupne vrijednosti od 81,1 milijun kuna, od čega je dodijeljeni iznos bespovratnih sredstava preko 50 milijuna kuna. Ostatak vrijednosti projekta od 30 milijuna kuna financirat će Lučka uprava SDŽ i Splitsko-dalmatinska županija.
Investicija se sastoji od gradnje novog glavnog lukobrana dužine 250 metara s platoom te manjim perom u funkciji zaštite akvatorija nove luke, uz rekonstrukciju i dogradnju postojećeg gata.
Pa će Omiš dobiti i 440 metara dugu šetnicu s oko 80 sezonskih vezova, hortikulturnim uređenjem, novom javnom rasvjetom i ormarima za struju i vodu. Uredit će se ukupno 12 tisuća obalnih kvadrata, te ispraviti i cestovna „S” krivina čime će ulaz u grad, na Fošal, biti znatno prometno sigurniji.
Inače ovo bi bila prva luka izgrađena u Omišu od vremena cara Franje Josipa, točnije poslije 1902. godine.
No s druge strane koliko Omišani žele novu gradsku luku, mještanima Krila Jesenice nije jasno zašto bi se u njihovom mjestu gradile – tri luke otvorene za javni promet. Pa je upravo to pitao vijećnik Mosta nezavisnih lista Jere Kovačić:
- Temeljem čega se u Prostorni plan županije ugrađuje još jedna luka u Krilu Jesenice. Postoji li uvjeti za to i koja je uloga nove luke udaljene od postojeće niti 300 metara. Zašto se na 2,5 kilometra planira graditi čak tri luke otvorene za javni promet?
Odgovor je dao Niko Mrčić, ravnatelj regionalnog Zavoda za prostorno uređenje:
- U prvoj varijanti županijskog Prostornog plana imali smo luku otvorenog tipa za javni promet u Krilu Jesenice, planiranu kao jedinstvenu luku u koju bi se na postojeću luku napravila dogradnja te time zadovoljili potrebe za vezovima Kriljanskih brodara. Imaju oko 210 brodova, prosječne dužine do 50 metara. U razvoju projekata, a kroz izradu Prostornog plana Općine Dugi Rat došlo se do toga da ta luka ne može egzistirati kao jedna, da se fizički ne može nadograditi. Naime, između te dvije luke, planirane i postojeće, postoji pojas od 150-200 metara plaže, a koji se nalazi preko puta spojne ceste na koridoru prometnica koje su zatražile Hrvatske ceste. No kako su građani zahtijevali ostanak plaže na tom mjestu, odluka je pala da se grade dvije luke jedna do druge, a ne planirana jedna velika.
Pojasnio je Mrčić, prvi čovjek za urbanizam Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kako će uz ove dvije luke u Krilu Jesenice, te i one treće u Bajnicama, napokon biti zadovoljena potreba za vezovima domicilnih poduzetnika iz Krila Jesenice.
Te je dodao kako ova treća, nova luka u Krilu uvodi u Prostorni plan SDŽ, na inicijativu upravo brodara zbog dodatnih vezova neophodnih za njihovu flotu.
