Plaža na kojoj se često ljeti kupam neposredno je uz jednu isturenu puntu pred kojom brodovi često prolaze. Kako plaža nema plutajuću zaštitnu ogradu, neki prolaze vrlo blizu obali, nekada čak i između plivača. Krše li oni neka pravila i imaju li ovdje kupači neku prednost?

U teoriji, a i prema svim pravilnicima, kupači i plovila u plovidbi nikako se ne bi smjeli naći na istom prostoru. Prvo o kupačima. Pravilnik o uvjetima i načinu održavanja reda u lukama i na ostalim dijelovima unutarnjih morskih voda i teritorijalnog mora RH definira što sve oni mogu, a što ne.

Pravila za kupače

U lukama, prilazima luka, uskim vodenim prolazima i kanalima u kojima se obavlja plovidba kupanje je zabranjeno. Nadalje, na uređenim plažama zabranjeno je plivanje izvan plutajuće zaštitne ograde, a na prirodnim kupalištima na udaljenosti većoj od 100 metara od obale.

Propisana udaljenost

Ograničenja za plovila navedena su u Pravilniku o sigurnosti pomorske plovidbe u unutarnjim morskim vodama teritorijalnog mora RH. Tamo je jasno navedeno kako jahte i brodice u plovidbi blizu uređenog kupališta moraju biti udaljene najmanje 50 metara od plutajuće zaštitne ograde, a kod prirodnog kupališta na udaljenosti većoj od 150 metara. Inače, generalno za plovidbu izvan zona prirodnog ili uređenog kupališta, brodovi i hidroavioni ne smiju se približiti obali na udaljenost manjoj od 300 metara, jahte 150, a motorne brodice i jedrilice 50 metara od obale. Na manje udaljenosti od navedenih mogu ploviti samo radi uplovljavanja u luku, na sidrište ili pristajanja uz obalu, ali su tada dužni smanjiti brzinu da lako i brzo mogu obaviti manevar skretanja i zaustavljanja. Brodice bez mehaničkog poriva smiju neograničeno ploviti u području do 50 metara od obale.

Ograničenje brzine

Pravilnik dalje navodi kao su svi plovni objekti u području do 150 metara od obale dužni ploviti s posebnom pažnjom i brzinom ne većom od 5 čvorova, a u području od 150 do 300 metara od obale ne većom od 8 čvorova. Glisirati se može samo na udaljenosti većoj od 300 metara od obale, naravno ako na tom području to nije zabranjeno. Takva područja određuje nadležna lučka kapetanija i objavljuje je u službenim pomorskim kartama i publikacijama.

Za javne brodove i brodice prilikom provođenja zakonskih ovlasti ove se odredbe pravilnika ne primjenjuju.

Kupačima se najbolje držati ograde

Plaža na kojoj se često ljeti kupam neposredno je uz jednu isturenu puntu pred kojom brodovi često prolaze. Kako plaža nema plutajuću zaštitnu ogradu, neki prolaze vrlo blizu obali, nekada čak i između plivača. Krše li oni neka pravila i imaju li ovdje kupači neku prednost?

U teoriji, a i prema svim pravilnicima, kupači i plovila u plovidbi nikako se ne bi smjeli naći na istom prostoru. Prvo o kupačima. Pravilnik o uvjetima i načinu održavanja reda u lukama i na ostalim dijelovima unutarnjih morskih voda i teritorijalnog mora RH definira što sve oni mogu, a što ne.

Pravila za kupače

U lukama, prilazima luka, uskim vodenim prolazima i kanalima u kojima se obavlja plovidba kupanje je zabranjeno. Nadalje, na uređenim plažama zabranjeno je plivanje izvan plutajuće zaštitne ograde, a na prirodnim kupalištima na udaljenosti većoj od 100 metara od obale.

Na prirodnim kupalištima, gdje je konfiguracija takva da onemogućuje plovidbu, kao što su pličine, grebeni ili hridi, mogu se kupati i na udaljenosti većoj od 100 metara od obale. Isto tako, mogu plivati 100 metara dalje od obale ako sudjeluju na organiziranoj sportskoj aktivnosti, ali za to moraju dobiti odobrenje od lučke kapetanije. Kupačima s plovila kupanje u neposrednoj blizini plovila dopušteno je, kada je ono usidreno, propeler mu je izvan pogona i svojim kupanjem ne ugrožavaju sigurnost, ni svoju ni sigurnost drugim plovilima. Istim pravilnikom zabranjena je plovidba, pristajanje, sidrenje i vezivanje unutar područja uređenog kupališta.

Propisana udaljenost

Ograničenja za plovila navedena su u Pravilniku o sigurnosti pomorske plovidbe u unutarnjim morskim vodama teritorijalnog mora RH. Tamo je jasno navedeno kako jahte i brodice u plovidbi blizu uređenog kupališta moraju biti udaljene najmanje 50 metara od plutajuće zaštitne ograde, a kod prirodnog kupališta na udaljenosti većoj od 150 metara. Inače, generalno za plovidbu izvan zona prirodnog ili uređenog kupališta, brodovi i hidroavioni ne smiju se približiti obali na udaljenost manjoj od 300 metara, jahte 150, a motorne brodice i jedrilice 50 metara od obale. Na manje udaljenosti od navedenih mogu ploviti samo radi uplovljavanja u luku, na sidrište ili pristajanja uz obalu, ali su tada dužni smanjiti brzinu da lako i brzo mogu obaviti manevar skretanja i zaustavljanja. Brodice bez mehaničkog poriva smiju neograničeno ploviti u području do 50 metara od obale.

Ograničenje brzine

Pravilnik dalje navodi kao su svi plovni objekti u području do 150 metara od obale dužni ploviti s posebnom pažnjom i brzinom ne većom od 5 čvorova, a u području od 150 do 300 metara od obale ne većom od 8 čvorova. Glisirati se može samo na udaljenosti većoj od 300 metara od obale, naravno ako na tom području to nije zabranjeno. Takva područja određuje nadležna lučka kapetanija i objavljuje je u službenim pomorskim kartama i publikacijama.

Za javne brodove i brodice prilikom provođenja zakonskih ovlasti ove se odredbe pravilnika ne primjenjuju.
