U lučici gdje mi je brod na zimovanju nedavno je potonula jedna jedrilica. Navodno je vlasnik skinuo WC školjku, a kako je cijevi ostavio visoko iznad vodene linije zaboravio je zatvoriti ventile.

Tijekom noći zapuhalo je snažno jugo, brod se valjao, cijevi su pale i ujutro je iz mora virio sam jarbol. Jedrilica je odmah dignuta s dna i izvučena na kopno.

Zanima me što je sve u ovakvoj situaciji potrebno poduzeti kako bi šteta bila što manja.

Štete na potopljenim brodicama i jahtama prosječno budu oko 40 posto njezine ukupne vrijednosti, što velikim dijelom ovisi o pravovremenom početku, opsegu i kvaliteti sanacije.

Sanaciju treba započeti odmah nakon vađenja plovila iz mora, a ako za to niste spremni, bolje je plovilo koji dan ostaviti potopljeno nego ga izvući na kopno i čekati nekoliko dana.

Naravno, ako potopljeno ne smeta drugima i ne prijeti opasnost od onečišćenja.

Obilato ispiranje

Svu opremu koja se može jednostavno ukloniti potrebno je izbaciti i obilato ispiranje kompletnog potpalublja treba započeti odmah nakon izvlačenja plovila na kopno. Kaljužne pumpe vjerojatno nisu oštećene, ali akumulatori su neupotrebljivi, a upitno je i stanje kompletnih električnih instalacija, pa osigurajte neki drugi način pražnjenja vode.

Netko u ovakvoj situaciji na najnižoj točki trupa probije rupu promjera desetak milimetara, koja se poslije lako zakrpi. Zaostali kristali soli privlače vlagu i pridonose daljnjem propadanju, naročito metala.

Nakon ispiranja potpalublje je potrebno dobro isušiti. Sama grijalica ovdje neće puno pomoći već ju je dobro koristiti u kombinaciji s odvlaživačem zraka. Potpalublje se zatvori, grijanjem se oslobađa vlaga iz namještaja, a odvlaživač je kupi u spremnik.

Ovdje je dovoljan i odvlaživač koji se koristi u kućanstvu, kapaciteta 10 do 20 litara. Nemojte se iznenaditi kada uočite koliko brzo se rezervoar puni.

Motor je pun mora, zatvoreni sistemi goriva i hlađenja ne, ali se more pomiješalo s uljem i sada je u motoru, pa i u cilindrima. Potrebno ga je ispustiti, a umjesto ulja uliti naftu, do čepa. Time je spriječen daljnji razvoj korozije, a motor spreman za vađenje i odnošenje u servis.

Nekome je to komplicirano, pa prije nadolijevanja novog ulja ovako motor naftom ispere nekoliko puta, uz ručno zakretanje radilice kako bi se izbacilo i more iz cilindara. U svakom slučaju, prije ponovnog pokretanja motora potrebno je servisirati anlaser i alternator.

Nakon obilnog ispiranja i namakanja u slatkoj vodi, treba ih i dobro osušiti, jer bi u suprotnom stvarna šteta nastala tek njihovim pokretanjem. Na isti način mogu se spasiti i svi ostali elektromotori, pramčanog potisnika, sidrenog vitla, ventilacije strojarnice, pumpi vode, kao i kompresori hladnjaka.

Generalni servis

Ovako se može spasiti i motor autopilota, ali ne i njegov elektronički sklop. Inače, sa svim elektroničkim uređajima imate najmanje brige. Svi su uništeni, a ako su glavne sklopke ostale uključene, pregorio je i veliki dio električnih instalacija.

Same instalacije također treba mijenjati, jer se voda uvukla među bakrene žice koje će se vremenom raspadati, što ponekad zna dovesti do požara.

Plinsko kuhalo zahtijeva generalni servis, a treba dobro isprati i dovodne cijevi plina, te unutrašnjost cijevi posušiti komprimiranim zrakom. Kroz oduške more je prodrlo i u spremnike goriva i vode. Ispraznite ih, dobro isperite i posušite, vodom iz tanka isperite i cjevovod, a naftu prelijte u posudu u kojoj se može separirati od mora.

I uklonjenu opremu treba dobro isprati i prosušiti, naročito spužve i tkanine, kao i tapecirane obloge, koje treba skinuti i ukloniti iz plovila. Ugrađena drvenarija također je upila vlagu koju treba isušiti.

Na kvalitetnijem drvu neće biti većih posljedica, a ono manje kvalitetno će se deformirati pa će ga trebati ponovno prilagoditi ili zamijeniti. Sve britvele, brave i kvake potrebno je očistiti i podmazati.

U lučici gdje mi je brod na zimovanju nedavno je potonula jedna jedrilica. Navodno je vlasnik skinuo WC školjku, a kako je cijevi ostavio visoko iznad vodene linije zaboravio je zatvoriti ventile.

Tijekom noći zapuhalo je snažno jugo, brod se valjao, cijevi su pale i ujutro je iz mora virio sam jarbol. Jedrilica je odmah dignuta s dna i izvučena na kopno.

Zanima me što je sve u ovakvoj situaciji potrebno poduzeti kako bi šteta bila što manja.

Štete na potopljenim brodicama i jahtama prosječno budu oko 40 posto njezine ukupne vrijednosti, što velikim dijelom ovisi o pravovremenom početku, opsegu i kvaliteti sanacije.

Sanaciju treba započeti odmah nakon vađenja plovila iz mora, a ako za to niste spremni, bolje je plovilo koji dan ostaviti potopljeno nego ga izvući na kopno i čekati nekoliko dana.

Naravno, ako potopljeno ne smeta drugima i ne prijeti opasnost od onečišćenja.

Obilato ispiranje

Svu opremu koja se može jednostavno ukloniti potrebno je izbaciti i obilato ispiranje kompletnog potpalublja treba započeti odmah nakon izvlačenja plovila na kopno. Kaljužne pumpe vjerojatno nisu oštećene, ali akumulatori su neupotrebljivi, a upitno je i stanje kompletnih električnih instalacija, pa osigurajte neki drugi način pražnjenja vode.

Netko u ovakvoj situaciji na najnižoj točki trupa probije rupu promjera desetak milimetara, koja se poslije lako zakrpi. Zaostali kristali soli privlače vlagu i pridonose daljnjem propadanju, naročito metala.

Nakon ispiranja potpalublje je potrebno dobro isušiti. Sama grijalica ovdje neće puno pomoći već ju je dobro koristiti u kombinaciji s odvlaživačem zraka. Potpalublje se zatvori, grijanjem se oslobađa vlaga iz namještaja, a odvlaživač je kupi u spremnik.

Ovdje je dovoljan i odvlaživač koji se koristi u kućanstvu, kapaciteta 10 do 20 litara. Nemojte se iznenaditi kada uočite koliko brzo se rezervoar puni.

Motor je pun mora, zatvoreni sistemi goriva i hlađenja ne, ali se more pomiješalo s uljem i sada je u motoru, pa i u cilindrima. Potrebno ga je ispustiti, a umjesto ulja uliti naftu, do čepa. Time je spriječen daljnji razvoj korozije, a motor spreman za vađenje i odnošenje u servis.

Nekome je to komplicirano, pa prije nadolijevanja novog ulja ovako motor naftom ispere nekoliko puta, uz ručno zakretanje radilice kako bi se izbacilo i more iz cilindara. U svakom slučaju, prije ponovnog pokretanja motora potrebno je servisirati anlaser i alternator.

Nakon obilnog ispiranja i namakanja u slatkoj vodi, treba ih i dobro osušiti, jer bi u suprotnom stvarna šteta nastala tek njihovim pokretanjem. Na isti način mogu se spasiti i svi ostali elektromotori, pramčanog potisnika, sidrenog vitla, ventilacije strojarnice, pumpi vode, kao i kompresori hladnjaka.

Generalni servis

Ovako se može spasiti i motor autopilota, ali ne i njegov elektronički sklop. Inače, sa svim elektroničkim uređajima imate najmanje brige. Svi su uništeni, a ako su glavne sklopke ostale uključene, pregorio je i veliki dio električnih instalacija.

Same instalacije također treba mijenjati, jer se voda uvukla među bakrene žice koje će se vremenom raspadati, što ponekad zna dovesti do požara.

Plinsko kuhalo zahtijeva generalni servis, a treba dobro isprati i dovodne cijevi plina, te unutrašnjost cijevi posušiti komprimiranim zrakom. Kroz oduške more je prodrlo i u spremnike goriva i vode. Ispraznite ih, dobro isperite i posušite, vodom iz tanka isperite i cjevovod, a naftu prelijte u posudu u kojoj se može separirati od mora.

I uklonjenu opremu treba dobro isprati i prosušiti, naročito spužve i tkanine, kao i tapecirane obloge, koje treba skinuti i ukloniti iz plovila. Ugrađena drvenarija također je upila vlagu koju treba isušiti.

Na kvalitetnijem drvu neće biti većih posljedica, a ono manje kvalitetno će se deformirati pa će ga trebati ponovno prilagoditi ili zamijeniti. Sve britvele, brave i kvake potrebno je očistiti i podmazati.
