Kupio sam polovni Ocqueteau 745 iz 2012. godine s turbodizelskim motorom Nanni 205 KS, koji je vrlo dobro održavan i servisiran, pa je u odličnom stanju. Budući da jako volim panulavanje, planiram tim načinom što češće loviti bijele i plave grabljivice, te lignje. No, neki mi prijatelji govore da ću takvim lovom upropastiti motor, jer on ne podnosi dužu plovidbu na malim okretajima. Molim za vaše mišljenje i, ako je panulavanje doista štetno, savjet što mogu učiniti da ne pravim štetu motoru.

Prihvaćeno je mišljenje da dugotrajniji rad na minimumu nije dobar za motor, što je velikim dijelom točno, osobito za starije tipove motora.

Naime, ti su motori bili masivniji i teži, tada su i termostati bili slabiji, pa im je trebalo i više vremena da se zagriju na radnu temperaturu, a što bi radom na malim okretajima teško postigli. Pothlađenom motoru izgaranje je slabije i na ispušnom dijelu motora stvarala se garež.

Kombinirani rad

Moderniji motori su lakši, brže postignu radnu temperaturu i normalno izgaranje. Ipak, serviseri preporučuju da bi bilo dobro nakon svakog dužeg rada na minimumu barem desetak do dvadeset minuta ploviti na većim okretajima, barem s pola gasa. Općenito, nije poželjno da motor pod opterećenjem duže vrijeme radi na minimumu.

Osim toga, vaš Merry Fisher s tim motorom na minimumu ima relativno veliku brzinu, što za, kako vi navodite, plave grabljivice nije problem, ali za lignje i bijelu ribu uglavnom je prebrzo.

Ugrađeni trolling ventil

Održavanje manje brzine čestim prebacivanjem iz lera u brzinu i obrnuto nije baš ni praktično i odvraća punu koncentraciju s ribolova.

Mislim da bi u vašem slučaju bilo dobro na kopču ugraditi trolling ventil, koji služi za smanjivanje broja okretaja na osovini. Radni tlak ulja u hidrauličnim kopčama obično je između 20 i 25 bara.

Korisni ventil

Reguliranjem tlaka na cilindrima koji pritišću pakete lamela može se kontrolirati njihovo proklizavanje i time regulirati broj okretaja osovine. Ulje koje se skida s cilindra preusmjerava se za podmazivanje i hlađenje lamela, čime se one štite od oštećenja.

Nikada se ne uključuje pri radu motora većem od 1300-1400 okretaja, a preporuka je servisera da to bude između 1000 i 1200 okretaja, ovisno o plovilu i u kojem režimu motor radi mirnije.

Brzinu plovila regulirate ručicom za otvaranje i zatvaranje ventila.

Jedino na što trebate uvijek, ali baš uvijek paziti jest da prilikom dodavanja gasa i podizanja iznad 1400 okretaja prethodno obavezno isključite trolling.

Kupio sam polovni Ocqueteau 745 iz 2012. godine s turbodizelskim motorom Nanni 205 KS, koji je vrlo dobro održavan i servisiran, pa je u odličnom stanju. Budući da jako volim panulavanje, planiram tim načinom što češće loviti bijele i plave grabljivice, te lignje. Prihvaćeno je mišljenje da dugotrajniji rad na minimumu nije dobar za motor, što je velikim dijelom točno, osobito za starije tipove motora.

Naime, ti su motori bili masivniji i teži, tada su i termostati bili slabiji, pa im je trebalo i više vremena da se zagriju na radnu temperaturu, a što bi radom na malim okretajima teško postigli. Pothlađenom motoru izgaranje je slabije i na ispušnom dijelu motora stvarala se garež.

Kombinirani rad

Moderniji motori su lakši, brže postignu radnu temperaturu i normalno izgaranje. Ipak, serviseri preporučuju da bi bilo dobro nakon svakog dužeg rada na minimumu barem desetak do dvadeset minuta ploviti na većim okretajima, barem s pola gasa. Općenito, nije poželjno da motor pod opterećenjem duže vrijeme radi na minimumu.

Osim toga, vaš Merry Fisher s tim motorom na minimumu ima relativno veliku brzinu, što za, kako vi navodite, plave grabljivice nije problem, ali za lignje i bijelu ribu uglavnom je prebrzo.

Održavanje manje brzine čestim prebacivanjem iz lera u brzinu i obrnuto nije baš ni praktično i odvraća punu koncentraciju s ribolova.

Mislim da bi u vašem slučaju bilo dobro na kopču ugraditi trolling ventil, koji služi za smanjivanje broja okretaja na osovini. Radni tlak ulja u hidrauličnim kopčama obično je između 20 i 25 bara.

Korisni ventil

Reguliranjem tlaka na cilindrima koji pritišću pakete lamela može se kontrolirati njihovo proklizavanje i time regulirati broj okretaja osovine. Ulje koje se skida s cilindra preusmjerava se za podmazivanje i hlađenje lamela, čime se one štite od oštećenja.

Nikada se ne uključuje pri radu motora većem od 1300-1400 okretaja, a preporuka je servisera da to bude između 1000 i 1200 okretaja, ovisno o plovilu i u kojem režimu motor radi mirnije.

Brzinu plovila regulirate ručicom za otvaranje i zatvaranje ventila.

Jedino na što trebate uvijek, ali baš uvijek paziti jest da prilikom dodavanja gasa i podizanja iznad 1400 okretaja prethodno obavezno isključite trolling.

Kupio sam polovni Ocqueteau 745 iz 2012. godine s turbodizelskim motorom Nanni 205 KS, koji je vrlo dobro održavan i servisiran, pa je u odličnom stanju. Budući da jako volim panulavanje, planiram tim načinom što češće loviti bijele i plave grabljivice, te lignje. No, neki mi prijatelji govore da ću takvim lovom upropastiti motor, jer on ne podnosi dužu plovidbu na malim okretajima.
