Francusku tvrtku Societe Internationale des Moteurs Baudouin osnovao je 1918. godine Charles Baudouin, a prvi im je brodski motor bio benzinac od 5 KS. U međuvremenu su postali gigant u ovoj kategoriji i sada prodaju najmodernije pogonske strojeve zapremine od 4,5 do 31,8 litara.
Isto tako nude motore za hidrauličke sustave, bočne potisnike, pumpe i generatore, kao i kompletne propulzijske sustave, brodske reduktore, osovinske vodove, propelere, te PowerKit seriju industrijskih motora.
Velika ulaganja u razvoj
Treba kazati kako je 2009. Baudouina kupio kineski Weichai Power (vlasnici su i Ferretti grupacije), treći najveći svjetski proizvođač dizelskih motora čija je prodaja u 2015. godini dosegla vrijednost od čak 16,5 milijardi dolara.
Kinezi nisu štedjeli u financijama, pa su najprije uložili 10 milijuna eura u razvoj novog motora M26.3. Kada su vidjeli da uspjeh ne izostaje, odlučili su uložiti još 80 milijuna eura u nove proizvode, inovacije i širenje globalne prodajne mreže.
Puno godina je Baudouin izrađivao sporohodne dizelaše, itekako prikladne za ribarske brodove u Francuskoj i zemljama Magreba.
Međutim, ulaskom Kineza u projekt počeli su s proizvodnjom high-speed pogonskih strojeva za uporabu u širem spektru marine aplikacija. Štoviše, u sklopu modernizacije kompanija je u 2020. počela izradu prvih stacionarnih LNG motora, te krenula s razvojem novih LNG/dizel motora.
Heavy-duty modeli
Neprijeporno je da su perjanice game francuskih motora modeli 6 M26.3 i 12 M26.3 s direktnim common-rail ubrizgavanjem i novim ekološkim certifikatima, a postoji i verzija bijele boje za megajahte snage 1750 KS/2300 rpm.
Iz Baudouina rado ističu kako već 102 godine proizvode prave pogonske strojeve za brodove. Dakle, nisu marinizirani iz kamiona ili automobila, nego su baš namijenjeni brodovima, i to u teškim uvjetima rada (heavy-duty).
Motori imaju ekološke certifikate za mora i jezera, odličan odnos snage i težine, te modularni dizajn s manje komponenti kako bi svi dijelovi bili lako dostupni.
U usporedbi s modelima drugih proizvođača, francuski su motori štedljiviji i dugotrajniji s obzirom da je vremenski period do remonta (TBO) čak 32.000 radnih sati, što je ostvareno uporabom novih lijevanih materijala. Što se tiče nabavke dijelova, online usluga radi 24 sata.
Za radne i vojne brodove
Baudouin pogonski strojevi udovoljavaju svim profesionalnim zahtjevima radnih i vojnih brodova, te zahtjevima velikih klasifikacijskih društava što uključuje: ABS, BV, CCS, DHV/GL, KRS, RINA i Hrvatski registar brodova. Vrijedi napomenuti da su cijene iste u svim zemljama EU-a i kreiraju se prema dogovoru.
Francuzi neprijeporno rade vrlo kvalitetne motore. Primjerice, u brodovima francuske ratne mornarice ima preko 800 Baudouina, a godišnja prodaja samo na Mediteranu za brodove raznih gabarita i namjena kreće se oko brojke 400.
Osim što ih vole Francuzi, Španjolci, Alžirci, Tunižani i Talijani, Baudouin motore očito cijene i u SAD-u, jer je pomorska taksi-služba iz New Yorka kupila čak 44 motora.
Nije nevažan podatak kako kompanija iz Cassisa kod Marseillea dobro posluje u brojnim zemljama – izvoze čak 85 posto proizvodnje, a prodaju i servisne usluge nude u 50 država. Motore Baudouin u Hrvatskoj prodaje tvrtka BluePower iz Dugopolja.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Francusku tvrtku Societe Internationale des Moteurs Baudouin osnovao je 1918. godine Charles Baudouin, a prvi im je brodski motor bio benzinac od 5 KS. U međuvremenu su postali gigant u ovoj kategoriji i sada prodaju najmodernije pogonske strojeve zapremine od 4,5 do 31,8 litara.
Isto tako nude motore za hidrauličke sustave, bočne potisnike, pumpe i generatore, kao i kompletne propulzijske sustave, brodske reduktore, osovinske vodove, propelere, te PowerKit seriju industrijskih motora.
Velika ulaganja u razvoj
Treba kazati kako je 2009. Baudouina kupio kineski Weichai Power (vlasnici su i Ferretti grupacije), treći najveći svjetski proizvođač dizelskih motora čija je prodaja u 2015. godini dosegla vrijednost od čak 16,5 milijardi dolara.
Kinezi nisu štedjeli u financijama, pa su najprije uložili 10 milijuna eura u razvoj novog motora M26.3. Kada su vidjeli da uspjeh ne izostaje, odlučili su uložiti još 80 milijuna eura u nove proizvode, inovacije i širenje globalne prodajne mreže.
Puno godina je Baudouin izrađivao sporohodne dizelaše, itekako prikladne za ribarske brodove u Francuskoj i zemljama Magreba.
Međutim, ulaskom Kineza u projekt počeli su s proizvodnjom high-speed pogonskih strojeva za uporabu u širem spektru marine aplikacija. Štoviše, u sklopu modernizacije kompanija je u 2020. počela izradu prvih stacionarnih LNG motora, te krenula s razvojem novih LNG/dizel motora.
Heavy-duty modeli
Neprijeporno je da su perjanice game francuskih motora modeli 6 M26.3 i 12 M26.3 s direktnim common-rail ubrizgavanjem i novim ekološkim certifikatima, a postoji i verzija bijele boje za megajahte snage 1750 KS/2300 rpm.
Iz Baudouina rado ističu kako već 102 godine proizvode prave pogonske strojeve za brodove. Dakle, nisu marinizirani iz kamiona ili automobila, nego su baš namijenjeni brodovima, i to u teškim uvjetima rada (heavy-duty).
Motori imaju ekološke certifikate za mora i jezera, odličan odnos snage i težine, te modularni dizajn s manje komponenti kako bi svi dijelovi bili lako dostupni.
U usporedbi s modelima drugih proizvođača, francuski su motori štedljiviji i dugotrajniji s obzirom da je vremenski period do remonta (TBO) čak 32.000 radnih sati, što je ostvareno uporabom novih lijevanih materijala. Što se tiče nabavke dijelova, online usluga radi 24 sata.
Za radne i vojne brodove
Baudouin pogonski strojevi udovoljavaju svim profesionalnim zahtjevima radnih i vojnih brodova, te zahtjevima velikih klasifikacijskih društava što uključuje: ABS, BV, CCS, DHV/GL, KRS, RINA i Hrvatski registar brodova. Vrijedi napomenuti da su cijene iste u svim zemljama EU-a i kreiraju se prema dogovoru.
Francuzi neprijeporno rade vrlo kvalitetne motore. Primjerice, u brodovima francuske ratne mornarice ima preko 800 Baudouina, a godišnja prodaja samo na Mediteranu za brodove raznih gabarita i namjena kreće se oko brojke 400.
Osim što ih vole Francuzi, Španjolci, Alžirci, Tunižani i Talijani, Baudouin motore očito cijene i u SAD-u, jer je pomorska taksi-služba iz New Yorka kupila čak 44 motora.
Nije nevažan podatak kako kompanija iz Cassisa kod Marseillea dobro posluje u brojnim zemljama – izvoze čak 85 posto proizvodnje, a prodaju i servisne usluge nude u 50 država. Motore Baudouin u Hrvatskoj prodaje tvrtka BluePower iz Dugopolja.
