U barci od 8 m (Adriatic), lovim arbune na 30 metara dubine, pustio sam da me kurenat polako nosi, nisam pustio sidro, motor ugašen, najčešće je brod okrenut bokom prema valovima (ako ima valova). Dan je. Nemam podignutu nikakvu oznaku (kuglu, stožac). Nisam na plovnom putu (u nekakvom tjesnacu). Barke prolaze kraj mene i ja se pitam moraju li me zaobilaziti? Otkud oni znaju da ja zapravo stojim (ako je kurenat brži od 1 kt, ionako odustajem od kančanice). Pravilo desne strane ovdje nema smisla. Molim vas da mi pojasnite ovu situaciju. ​Međunarodna pravila o izbjegavanju sudara na moru pisana su vrlo jasno, jezgrovito i jednostavno, odnose se na sve potencijalne situacije sudara i nigdje se ne mogu tumačiti dvosmisleno. Osim tehničkog dijela u kojem precizno određuju svjetla i oznake te zvučne i svjetlosne signale, sve ostalo je napisano naizgled općenito, ali i toliko precizno da je sve definirano. Problem se može javiti samo ako ih se pokuša tumači površno ili djelomično.

Brojne dileme

Pretpostavljam da ovdje kod vas postoji nekoliko dilema, jeste li brod zauzet ribarenjem ili ne, s obzirom na to da mirujete može li vas se smatrati usidrenim ili brodom bez mogućnosti manevriranja, a ako se krećete koji je vaš kurs. Gledano iz vaše perspektive, vi ribarite, jedva se mičete, gotovo jednako kao i brod kojem oboreno sidro soraje, a s obzirom na to da vam je motor ugašen nemate ni mogućnosti manevriranja. Dakle, možda možete smatrati da vas svi moraju izbjegavati. Međutim, kako nemate dnevnu oznaku, stožac, to znate samo vi, ali ne nužno i plovila oko vas ili koja vam prilaze. Iskusniji nautičari će vidjeti da vam je brzina kretanja neznatna i da pramcem niste okrenuti na val, te će shvatiti da plutate, međutim, na moru je dosta i onih neiskusnih.

Prema definiciji iz Pravila brod zauzet ribarenjem označava svaki brod koji je angažiran u ribolovu s pomoću mreža, povraza, potegača (koća) ili drugoga ribarskog pribora, što ograničava mogućnost manevriranja, ali ne uključuje brod angažiran u ribolovu povlačnim povrazima (panula) ili drugim ribarskim priborom koji ne ograničavaju sposobnost manevriranja. Definicija riječi plovi znači da brod nije usidren, privezan ili nasukan. Dakle, kako nemate oznaku, za vas vrijede sva pravila kao da ste u plovidbi.

Plovilo koje dolazi ne može odrediti vaš stvaran smjer kretanja i vaš će kurs procijeniti prema smjeru pramca, odnosno uzdužnici broda. Međutim, u tom smjeru vaša je brzina nula, a zanošenje u čisti bok te vi plovite bočno i vaš se kurs preko dna razlikuje za 90 stupnjeva od onog što on vidi.

Dnevna oznaka

Za plovilo koje vas pretječe to ne znači mnogo, jer ono ionako mora to obaviti na sigurnoj udaljenosti, pa čak i da promijenite smjer, ono se i dalje smatra plovilom koje pretječe. Plovilu u protukursu lakše ste uočljivi, a ako vam je kurenat u lijevi bok, vi se ionako pomičete udesno. Međutim, ako vam je kurenat s desnog boka, možete presijecati kurs plovila koje vas već izbjegava, što podrazumijeva da ono mora dodatno skrenuti desno ili vi morate nešto poduzeti. Ona plovila koja vam dolaze s lijevog boka moraju vas izbjegavati svakako, ali za ona koja dolaze s desne strane, vi ste samo brod na mehanički pogon u plovidbi i za koji vrijede sva pravila.

Prema tome, predlažem vam da nabavite dnevnu oznaku, stožac, te je kod ovakvog ribolova koristite. Još uvijek važeći i neizmijenjeni Pravilnik o brodicama, čamcima i jahtama to od vas ne zahtijeva, ali u točci 4.1.14.1., iako s greškama i proturječnostima unutar iste, ipak navodi da je promjer baze i visine stošca 0,30 metara. Ovako označenom svi brodovi, osim onih koji ne mogu ili imaju ograničene sposobnosti manevriranja, moraju vam se ukloniti.

U barci od 8 m (Adriatic), lovim arbune na 30 metara dubine, pustio sam da me kurenat polako nosi, nisam pustio sidro, motor ugašen, najčešće je brod okrenut bokom prema valovima (ako ima valova). Dan je. Nemam podignutu nikakvu oznaku (kuglu, stožac). Nisam na plovnom putu (u nekakvom tjesnacu). Barke prolaze kraj mene i ja se pitam moraju li me zaobilaziti? Otkud oni znaju da ja zapravo stojim (ako je kurenat brži od 1 kt, ionako odustajem od kančanice). Pravilo desne strane ovdje nema smisla. Molim vas da mi pojasnite ovu situaciju. ​Međunarodna pravila o izbjegavanju sudara na moru pisana su vrlo jasno, jezgrovito i jednostavno, odnose se na sve potencijalne situacije sudara i nigdje se ne mogu tumačiti dvosmisleno. Osim tehničkog dijela u kojem precizno određuju svjetla i oznake te zvučne i svjetlosne signale, sve ostalo je napisano naizgled općenito, ali i toliko precizno da je sve definirano. Problem se može javiti samo ako ih se pokuša tumači površno ili djelomično.

Brojne dileme

Pretpostavljam da ovdje kod vas postoji nekoliko dilema, jeste li brod zauzet ribarenjem ili ne, s obzirom na to da mirujete može li vas se smatrati usidrenim ili brodom bez mogućnosti manevriranja, a ako se krećete koji je vaš kurs. Gledano iz vaše perspektive, vi ribarite, jedva se mičete, gotovo jednako kao i brod kojem oboreno sidro soraje, a s obzirom na to da vam je motor ugašen nemate ni mogućnosti manevriranja. Dakle, možda možete smatrati da vas svi moraju izbjegavati. Međutim, kako nemate dnevnu oznaku, stožac, to znate samo vi, ali ne nužno i plovila oko vas ili koja vam prilaze. Iskusniji nautičari će vidjeti da vam je brzina kretanja neznatna i da pramcem niste okrenuti na val, te će shvatiti da plutate, međutim, na moru je dosta i onih neiskusnih.

Prema definiciji iz Pravila brod zauzet ribarenjem označava svaki brod koji je angažiran u ribolovu s pomoću mreža, povraza, potegača (koća) ili drugoga ribarskog pribora, što ograničava mogućnost manevriranja, ali ne uključuje brod angažiran u ribolovu povlačnim povrazima (panula) ili drugim ribarskim priborom koji ne ograničavaju sposobnost manevriranja. Definicija riječi plovi znači da brod nije usidren, privezan ili nasukan. Dakle, kako nemate oznaku, za vas vrijede sva pravila kao da ste u plovidbi.

Plovilo koje dolazi ne može odrediti vaš stvaran smjer kretanja i vaš će kurs procijeniti prema smjeru pramca, odnosno uzdužnici broda. Međutim, u tom smjeru vaša je brzina nula, a zanošenje u čisti bok te vi plovite bočno i vaš se kurs preko dna razlikuje za 90 stupnjeva od onog što on vidi.

Dnevna oznaka

Za plovilo koje vas pretječe to ne znači mnogo, jer ono ionako mora to obaviti na sigurnoj udaljenosti, pa čak i da promijenite smjer, ono se i dalje smatra plovilom koje pretječe. Plovilu u protukursu lakše ste uočljivi, a ako vam je kurenat u lijevi bok, vi se ionako pomičete udesno. Međutim, ako vam je kurenat s desnog boka, možete presijecati kurs plovila koje vas već izbjegava, što podrazumijeva da ono mora dodatno skrenuti desno ili vi morate nešto poduzeti. Ona plovila koja vam dolaze s lijevog boka moraju vas izbjegavati svakako, ali za ona koja dolaze s desne strane, vi ste samo brod na mehanički pogon u plovidbi i za koji vrijede sva pravila.

Prema tome, predlažem vam da nabavite dnevnu oznaku, stožac, te je kod ovakvog ribolova koristite. Još uvijek važeći i neizmijenjeni Pravilnik o brodicama, čamcima i jahtama to od vas ne zahtijeva, ali u točci 4.1.14.1., iako s greškama i proturječnostima unutar iste, ipak navodi da je promjer baze i visine stošca 0,30 metara. Ovako označenom svi brodovi, osim onih koji ne mogu ili imaju ograničene sposobnosti manevriranja, moraju vam se ukloniti.
